About: I have owned dogs my entire life. I’m very attentive pet lover I enjoy spending time with animals, will play with, walk, feed, and care for your dog as if he or she is my own. I have dog sat for many friends and family members. Even got offered pets because of how well they seen me take care animals. I Have experience administering medicine, giving baths, nursing dogs back to health, training, and more. I’m very energetic and playful and will make sure your pet gets the proper exercise and burn off all that extra energy. I volunteer at the local animal shelter taking dogs on bow wow break out and fostering. I have 2 dogs stormy and koda. Stormy just turned a year old and koda is 6 months old very playful and loves other animals. We go on long walks in the park and on nearby trails. They love car rides and pup cups from Jermiah’s. I have two 4 year old cats Chloe, and Oliver that have their own room and kept separate from other animals when needed. I work from home overnight and I home school my 7 year old daughter so I’m home majority of the time outside of running errands. Morning feeding happen between 6 and 8am followed by yard play and then nap time. Pm feeding are usually between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm followed by a little time to burn off steam or a walk before bedtime. I do let pets out to use the bathroom every 2 to 4 hours. Bowls and crates are washed and kept clean daily along with vacuuming the floors. Loving and caring for your pet as if it’s my own, long walks, supervised play time, separate feedings, time to decompress, pets will always be leashed or in a secure enclosed area. Pets are allowed on furniture. I will keep pet owners updated with pictures and videos throughout visit. Calls and text anytime day or night are welcome.

About: I have loved pets all my life, but decided to do this full time after I retired. I am free most weekends if you need to get away and feel like your fur babies are in safe hands. I am retired an can watch your fur babies during the week or weekends. You can leave your babies and know they are in loving hands. I will watch your babies in your home, where they are more familiar. I can feed them, play with them, walk them or what ever else they enjoy doing. I can sit for up to 2 weeks at a time. So go have fun on your vacation and know your babies are loved and safe!! I'm also available for last minute emergencies.

She provided excellent communication and pictures every few hours. I could tell from the pictures that Sugar was happy and not stressed, which was huge. I’m happy to have found her and will definitely use her again to come stay in our home to watch Sugar. Highly recommended, except for when I need her, I get first dibs! :D”

About: Hello. I am a lifelong dog owner and dog carer. I have owned a Brittany Spaniel, and a Shischon from puppy-stage through the end of their lives. Currently I care for a senior Lab and middle-aged German Shephard/Rotweiler mix, both belonging to my daughter who lives in Jacksonville with her husband and my 18-month old grand-son with another expected in November. I've been a Rover client and sitter off and on since 2018. I've not been active for almost 5 years during which time I've worked as a freelance researcher on almost a full-time basis. The demand for that work is shifting and I want to return to dog/house-sitting to supplement my income. I am comfortable walking, visiting and house-sitting small- and medium-size dogs, including senior dogs, and am experienced with giving medicine. I have a BS in Business Administration and 30+ years of work experience in the legal services industry. I am a mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. I love to walk outside, grill, and sit beside a fire. I'm an SEC fan, so fall is my favorite time of year! I want to acknowledge the one negative client review regarding a client's senior dog. I was hired for drop-in visits . I let time get away from me for two visits. One of the things that Rover does well is notify dog owners know when their sitter/carer is onsite. The owner notified me when I did not arrive within a reasonable time of the scheduled time and I immediately went to the client site. The dog was fine but the owner was obviously alarmed and terminated the relationship. I take full responsibility for those lapses and they will not happen again. About: I ran a pet nutritional building for two years, I also was in charge of feline foster care, as well as walking dogs in our neighborhood in Pennsylvania. I have a soft spot for animals of all kinds. Daytime hours are preferred, willing to do nights for comeback clients. I’m located in lancaster so depends on how far the drive. Whatever is most convenient for your needs. I do not normally do in-home pet care, I will sit during the day, but I will not do overnights in house unless special request. I will do walks, and drop in visits make sure your baby gets lots of energy burnt out.

“Jacksonville, we did you a massive solid by giving this site another chance and running into Tayler. To be honest, I kind of hate writing this because I know she’s going to get booked up, but she is simply too good not to praise. After a string of terrible experiences with other sitters on Rover (ranging from no-shows to theft and all the in-betweens), we were ready to give up on this site entirely. Then came Tayler. What an immediate game-changer! From the moment she walked in for the meet-and-greet, our fur babies were absolutely drawn to her positive energy. We have quite the wild pack...from an overactive puppy, a sweet, lazy senior dog, and a sassy but loveable cat. Tayler accepted the challenge and handled them all in a way only a seasoned expert could. She watched them for a few days while we were out of town and did great. She followed every instruction to the letter, kept us updated with photos, and left our house cleaner than she found it. Most importantly, our pets were incredibly happy and well-cared for when we got home. Tayler is the absolute best! Will book again. About: My family has owned numerous of dogs in our large family. From my Uncle's Dobermann trio to my mother small Pomsky (Pomeranian and Husky mix) I've taken care of them all. The dogs in our family are tired of me before I've run out of steam to play or walk. I own five cats at the moment though one of them acts like a caine. My cats are friendly and mind their business when I overnight board my mother's Pomsky or my sister's Old lab mix girl for a few days. Cleaning after animals do not bother me. I daily change 6 cat litter boxes. When I'm left clear instructions the job is done efficiently every time. I work from home full time and I'm awake before the sun come up. I'm ready to get the job done early and my job is flexible about my breaks. I can visit your pets anytime designated as I have my own vehicle. I have a open yard that's not fenced in though only one neighbor with a dog behind a fence. I'm working to fence my yard in the future as I like the idea to give sitted dogs that open space. For now know your dog will become part of my workouts and I love to walk about 3-5 miles daily. At my home your dog will be welcome to chill with us though during the night will board in the spare room in or out of any provided crates.

About: I ve taken care of different types of dogs since I was 15 my friend and neighbors have always relied on me to take care of their furry friends where I always assure that they always go for 3 walks a day, have quality play time with me, and be cuddle and cozy all the time you are away ♥️ Most of my work is from home! So I will spend the maximum amount of time with your best friend, playing, walking and lots of cuddles 🥰 normally I take the dogs for a walk, I come back ready to give them breakfast and food prepared for them; at the middle of the day I take them for a second walk and in the way back I hide some treats around the house to keep them entertained (if the dog have separation anxiety I get sure to get a lick mat to help them with that) in the afternoon night I have enough time to play with them after the last walk with a ball and more.

We had a horrible experience boarding our boys back in October (first time boarding) so when we needed to go OOT for a family wedding this month (just 4 weeks after boarding) I could not bring myself to board them again, so a cake to Rover. Amber from the word go was so sweet and reassuring. She did a meet and great before and even entertained our over the top 3 year old. During her stay with our boys we got daily pictures and updates on how they were, and when we got home we had to VERY HAPPY pups!!! And that can not be said for when we picked them up the month before after being board. Amber is professional and definitely an animal lover!! Hands down go with her, your fur babies will be well taken take of and loved!!!”
