About: I have owned dogs my entire life. I’m very attentive pet lover I enjoy spending time with animals, will play with, walk, feed, and care for your dog as if he or she is my own. I have dog sat for many friends and family members. Even got offered pets because of how well they seen me take care animals. I Have experience administering medicine, giving baths, nursing dogs back to health, training, and more. I’m very energetic and playful and will make sure your pet gets the proper exercise and burn off all that extra energy. I volunteer at the local animal shelter taking dogs on bow wow break out and fostering. I have 2 dogs stormy and koda. Stormy just turned a year old and koda is 6 months old very playful and loves other animals. We go on long walks in the park and on nearby trails. They love car rides and pup cups from Jermiah’s. I have two 4 year old cats Chloe, and Oliver that have their own room and kept separate from other animals when needed. I work from home overnight and I home school my 7 year old daughter so I’m home majority of the time outside of running errands. Morning feeding happen between 6 and 8am followed by yard play and then nap time. Pm feeding are usually between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm followed by a little time to burn off steam or a walk before bedtime. I do let pets out to use the bathroom every 2 to 4 hours. Bowls and crates are washed and kept clean daily along with vacuuming the floors. Loving and caring for your pet as if it’s my own, long walks, supervised play time, separate feedings, time to decompress, pets will always be leashed or in a secure enclosed area. Pets are allowed on furniture. I will keep pet owners updated with pictures and videos throughout visit. Calls and text anytime day or night are welcome.

About: Hi, My name is Maarten and twenty-nine years ago, I applied for an internship at Artis, a zoo in Amsterdam. As luck would have it, I didn't get the job and life took me in a different direction. Now I am 45 years old and fate has finally delivered me to a spot where I can get back to my childhood dream of working with animals. I grew up in a household filled with animals: dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, rats and parrots. This nurtured a wide knowledge of animal care. Over the years, we've had 9 dogs, all of which I trained myself. At the moment, I am raising a 1.5 year old German Shepherd and a 6 month old BullMastiff mix. I want to say that over the years, dogs have grown especially close to my heart. To be honest, they have completely taken over. At the moment, I work part-time as a kennel attendant for S.A.F.E. Pet Rescue. Although I consider it a dream job, my long-term goal is to open up my own doggy daycare. Approach to Dog Walking: I believe that every dog is unique and deserves the utmost care and respect. I approach dog walking with a big smile and a warm heart. My goal is to create a fun and lively experience for your dog, making each walk a joyful adventure. During our walks, I'll ensure your furry friend's safety and well-being, while also encouraging positive behavior. Wednesday and Thursday I work for S.A.F.E. Animal Shelter. The rest of the week I am available between 08:00 and 15:30. Evening visits can be planned by special request. The safety of your pets and property are my main focus. Before you take me on as your pet profesional we will go over your dog's/cat's strengths and weaknesses to ensure a healthy happy and safe experience.

About: I’ve taken care of a couple of dogs in this area while people are on holiday leave or vacations. I enjoy dogs so much! I always had dogs growing up around the house and they are truly a man’s best friend! I currently work full-time during the day with a hybrid type work schedule that allows me to work from home part of the time. I have availability in the evenings and mostly weekends to be able to pet sit! The precaution of using a leash and making sure I am aware of using that for every single walk is crucial for safety on walks. I want to be able to care for your home well and lock up every time I come and go. I would most definitely ask for specific requests for your animals such as feeding time, when they need to go out, how often for walks to your specific liking.

About: Hi there! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve watched my dad train our dogs, take them to the vet, trim their nails, give them hair cuts, bathe them, walk them, and most importantly, show them love. I also love cats! I worked at small animal hospital as an Exam Technician where I helped care for and assess dogs and cats who came into our care. During the summer of senior year of high school, I was accepted to attend UF’s Gator Vet Camp where I worked alongside UF veterinary students and staff to learn about small and large animal care. I have always been an animal lover. Growing up my dad and I would save any injured turtle, bird, lizard, and squirrel we came across. My favorite place to be is at the zoo or an animal farm because animals truly fill my heart with joy! During this summer, I will be available 9am-7pm, 7 days a week. It's hard enough to be away from their parents at all, so I am just as positive, affectionate, loving and comforting as I can possibly be, so your pets feel comfortable and at peace. I communicate with the pet and/ or homeowner to find out exactly what they expect from me, and always write down all of the specifics of animal care(food & water and frequency, medicines, restrictions, if they go outside or stay inside, things they like or find comfort in like their favorite toy or treat to ensure that feel as much at home as I can make them feel) so I don't forget anything important! I usually reread the list everyday that I'm there, just to be sure not to miss anything. Lastly I always spend the last hour or day cleaning up after myself & the pet, to leave things nicer than I found them. Whether it's taking their trashcan to the road and gathering their mail, along with washing their dishes and making sure the bathroom and kitchen are nice & clean for them to come home to. Or it could be giving the dog a bath if I'm not house sitting as well. Basically if you're going to pay me to do something, I'm going to make it worth your while and be as helpful, clean and efficient as possible! Just a basic rundown in addition to feeding and walking and picking up after said animal, I like to go above and beyond what is expected of me. About: Since I was five, I have been around dogs and cats. At ten years old I was helping feed and walk the dogs as well as clean up the animals’ messes. Most of my pets have been medium or smaller size with a couple being bigger dogs. I have taken care of young pups and kittens, as well as my a senior dog. Currently, I have theatre rehearsals on Tuesday and Thursday nights. I return to my college campus in August, but I am mostly available from morning to afternoon on weekdays and Saturdays. I am more than happy to feed, walk, or play with your pets during that time! I am comfortable going to your house and taking care of your animals. I follow directions given virtually or written down in order to ensure the animals are cared for properly. If they are used to a specific schedule, I do my best to stick to it.
