He's definitely a dog lover and is responsible and communicative. Thanks Mike!”

“We have been so fortunate to have found Gabrielle to walk Em - she’s patient with her, gives her lots of love, great with communication and has been so cautious with her surgery precautions. “I am so relieved to have found someone who was able to connect with my 20 month old 110 lb white Shepard. Kimba has a traumatic history and I have worked really hard to rehab him mentally since adopting him a few months ago. He immediately took to Anthony and put his fear-based aggression aside. Anthony constantly sent me updates with photos and followed all my requests to keep Kimba on his daily routine. I highly recommend Anthony to care for your dog.”

“I absolutely recommend Vanessa! She always checks in and keeps me at ease knowing my pup is in good hands.”

About: NJ Residents. I've been around dogs my entire life, including Labradors, Beagles, and Labrador mixes. Right now, I share my home with a 97-pound Labrador retriever named Hunter, an orange tabby cat named Flash and a black tabby named Bear. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I'm comfortable walking, feeding/fresh water, administering medication, and showering your furry friend with love and attention. I'm an elementary school teacher with summers off, so I’m available for walks and drop-in visits Monday through Friday. Weekends can be arranged if needed. Please note, I won’t be available the week of July 21st, as I'll be out of state on vacation. Your furry companions are my number one priority. I’m committed to following all of your instructions closely and will ensure a safe, loving, and dependable environment for them. You can count on me to be reliable and attentive to their needs.

We have taken care of a few dogs while their owners were on vacation. We absolutely love it. A dogs unconditional love is the best feeling. About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats from a very young age and always had a deep love for animals. I’ve had puppies, kittens, senior cats and dogs and cats with special medical needs. I’m currently working full time however I am available early mornings before work, afternoons after work, evenings, overnights and weekends. I have plenty availability to do what I love during non work hours I’ll stick to your routine from walks, meals, and medication if needed. I’ll make sure the litter box is scooped and clean, and that the water and food bowls are clean for all animals. I’ll snuggle and play with the animals and give them love, affection and attention to ensure they are happy and at ease. I always follow directions so if you leave a detailed list it will be followed.

About: Have often looked after our family dog, as well as our neighbor's dogs. They have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. My schedule changes every week. I work two jobs, one full time and one part time. I do work on the weekends as well, but my full-time job is so close to home, that I can stop home as many times as I want to check on your dog. My part time job sometimes takes longer, but my family live just around the corner, and, if needed, I can have my dad check for me, as he is recently retired. Your dog will never be left alone for an extended period of time. Never ever. My condo is small with only one floor. I do not have a yard, so I will have to keep them inside while I am not home. If you have a crate that you prefer them to reside in when no one is home with them, please provide it. I am 1,000% okay with them having free reign around the condo when I am not there. It will give them a chance to move around and stretch their legs.

About: Hi! Little bit about me :) I had a chihuahua for about 15 years so I understand what it takes to care for dogs at all stages in life. After my dog passed, I adopted a 8 month old puppy back in Nov 2022. Being a doggy mom is amazing and I love having a furry companion! I love going out on walks around the neighborhood and letting my dog meet new and old friends. I work from home Monday through Wednesdays but have a very flexible work schedule so i can scheudle a Rover job anytime during those days. Weekends I have availability as well. At home, i am typically always within view of my dog so she is never really alone. I use a camera in the living room to keep an eye out if I have to leave home or be in the basement etc. If it's a puppy or senior dog I am more likely to be attentive and be more by their side. For an adult dog, I'll give them their space and keep a consistent schedule to take on walks. I like to feed my dog healthy veggie treats throughout day and do some reinforcement training or give interactive toys to mentally exercise her.

About: Hi! I'm Melissa! A little bit about me. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats. Since the moment I was born, I was raised alongside dogs and cats and at one point in my childhood we had three large breed dogs and 2 cats at once, so fun and crazy! This always nurtured my deep appreciation for animals from an early age. One of our family dogs even had three litters of puppies during my teenage years, giving me hands on experience caring for dogs and puppies of all ages and sizes. Today, I have my own dog in my own family home, a 76 pound English Coonhound rescue from Arkansas. Despite his high energy levels, strength and tendency to pull on the leash, I handle him confidently and independently. I adopted him through Philly Rescue Angels Inc., where I am also an approved foster. Family and friends have relied on me for years from a young age to let out, walk, feed, and play with their dogs whether it be when they need help on short notice or go on an extended vacation. In addition to my experience with dogs, I’ve had cats throughout my life and have fostered them as well. One of my cats even needed daily insulin injections for diabetes and I always handled that myself. My background has given me a well rounded understanding of animal care, and I take pride in my ability to provide attentive, compassionate, and responsible care for all of your pets! Since I am a nurse, I also understand most medical conditions and medication administration and precautions for pets as well, they're more similar to us than we realize! I am a registered nurse whom only works 3 days per week. I am quite flexible in my schedule and can move around my days easily if requested! I have a fenced in yard. I have a friendly dog to play with your pup! And an extra large crate if you need your pet crated at all. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house as well!

About: I am one of those people who hangs out with the dog or cat at a house party, rather than the people. I grew up with dogs, including one who was epileptic and needed daily medication. We also had a parakeet and several hamsters. As an adult I’ve kept lizards, frogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and even co-habituated with a parrot for a few years. Nine years ago we adopted a rescue dog, who really made our family complete. Nearly all of our cats have lived into their golden years, so I have experience with daily insulin shots for a diabetic cat, and multiple medications and subcutaneous fluid injections for other cats. I will give the same level of attention and affection to your pets that I ask for of my own pet sitter. I’ve been caring for my own pets and the pets of friends and neighbors my entire life. I’ve helped rescue lost & abandoned animals. I’ve cared for and befriended all sorts of dogs - small, large, anxious, friendly, reactive. I prefer walking dogs on a harness as it allows me control without risk of injury to the dog. I’d love to meet you and your pets and see how I could be of service. I work from home with flex hours so am available as needed during the work day, after 9am. Weekends are very flexible. I can also do evening hours (until 7pm). I prefer to meet the animals with their human first, so we can get to know each other and I can understand the pets’ setup.

About: I'm a lifelong dog lover with over 30 years of experience caring for and walking medium-sized dogs. I walk 3 miles every day and stay active, making me well-suited for pups with lots of energy. I recently lost my sweet cockapoo, Bentley, who filled my heart for many years—and since then, I've felt a real emptiness that only more wagging tails can fill. I adore my grand-dog, Moose, a German Shorthaired Pointer, and I treat every dog like family. I’m extremely patient, deeply caring, and truly passionate about dogs of all kinds. As a teacher’s assistant with the summer off, I’m excited to fill my days doing something I truly love—spending time with dogs! I walk 3 miles every day as part of my routine, and I’m looking to incorporate dog walking into that time to stay active while giving all types of pups the exercise and attention they need. I have a fenced in, large backyard, and AC in the house with all dog necessities. I follow instructions well and can adapt to other households very easily!

About: Animals have always been part of my life, and I truly see them as family. I’m a dog mom to three pups —each with their own quirks, sensitivities, and needs. I’ve cared for senior dogs, energetic puppies, anxious rescues, and everything in between. I’m gentle, intuitive, and patient, and I always take the time to understand each pet’s unique personality and what helps them feel safe and happy. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or just being a calm presence, I show up with love and consistency. I’m experienced with multiple-dog households, and I understand how to read dog body language and support peaceful interactions. I also have experience with basic meds, supplements, and special diets. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pets with someone new, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’ll treat your animals with the same care I give my own—with kindness, respect, and lots of love. Caring for animals is already a big part of my daily life—I have three dogs of my own, so I’m used to regular walks, playtime, feeding routines, and giving lots of love and attention. Pet care fits naturally into my rhythm, and I genuinely enjoy it. I work part-time and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate focused time to your pets without feeling rushed. Whether it’s early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or evening visits, I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine. Being around animals brings me peace and joy. Spending time with them—whether walking, sitting, or simply being present—is something I genuinely look forward to each day. When I care for pets in their own home, my priority is to maintain their routine and create a calm, familiar environment. I follow your instructions closely—whether it’s feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, or favorite toys—so your pet feels safe and well cared for in your absence. I take the time to connect with each animal at their pace, offering gentle energy, affection, and attention. I’m respectful of your space and your pet’s boundaries, and I always keep things tidy and secure. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or a longer stay, I make sure your pet is comfortable, loved, and never feels alone. You’ll receive regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your furry family member is in caring hands.

About: For some reason, animals respond to me as you will understand during our interview. It is my deep understanding, love, and regard which sets me apart from other sitters. I’m currently retired and after 30+ years of having the pleasure of helping humans, I decided to dedicate my free time to the safety and care of your pet. My beloved Remy passed two years ago; created a void that has been recently filled by two amazing bonded sisters - cats! We rescued the ladies who fill our days and nights with interesting antics. When Remy ruled, he had the run of fenced in corner property, ate only nutritious meals, enjoyed two walks daily and traveled extensively with us to Canada and back! Today, the Cats live in an environment filled with windows, perches, toys (lots!) and lots of love!

Randi was very helpful in meeting the needs of Maddy. Randi played with her and made her a priority. I couldn't be more appreciative of Rand's help. Randi did an excellent job and will definitely call on her services again. Thank you so much!”

Quentin G.

He is the caregiver that takes time out of his day to play with a pet, to lay with them on the couch or take them for a long walk and to make sure they have all the fresh water or food that they need. A pet could never fwonder how much Quentin cares for them.”
