About: NJ Residents. I've been around dogs my entire life, including Labradors, Beagles, and Labrador mixes. Right now, I share my home with a 97-pound Labrador retriever named Hunter, an orange tabby cat named Flash and a black tabby named Bear. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I'm comfortable walking, feeding/fresh water, administering medication, and showering your furry friend with love and attention. I'm an elementary school teacher with summers off, so I’m available for walks and drop-in visits Monday through Friday. Weekends can be arranged if needed. Please note, I won’t be available the week of July 21st, as I'll be out of state on vacation. Your furry companions are my number one priority. About: Leanna and I have had dogs all of our lives. We have a dog name Gus now. He’s an Australian cattle dog. He’s very active and sweet. We have taken care of a few dogs while their owners were on vacation. We absolutely love it. A dogs unconditional love is the best feeling. You could have the worst day ever but a dog can make you smile for that moment. We are familiar with giving dogs medication. I had a dog that suffered from seizures and I had to medicate her twice a day. Matt works as a nurse full time. 12 hour days 3 days a week. Leanna works full time as well in the medical field. We try to make sure someone is home at all times so Gus isn’t alone. About: Ive taken care of dogs and cats from a very young age and always had a deep love for animals. I’ve had puppies, kittens, senior cats and dogs and cats with special medical needs. I’m currently working full time however I am available early mornings before work, afternoons after work, evenings, overnights and weekends. I have plenty availability to do what I love during non work hours I’ll stick to your routine from walks, meals, and medication if needed. I’ll make sure the litter box is scooped and clean, and that the water and food bowls are clean for all animals. I’ll snuggle and play with the animals and give them love, affection and attention to ensure they are happy and at ease. I always follow directions so if you leave a detailed list it will be followed.

About: Have often looked after our family dog, as well as our neighbor's dogs. They have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. My schedule changes every week. I work two jobs, one full time and one part time. I do work on the weekends as well, but my full-time job is so close to home, that I can stop home as many times as I want to check on your dog. My part time job sometimes takes longer, but my family live just around the corner, and, if needed, I can have my dad check for me, as he is recently retired. Your dog will never be left alone for an extended period of time. Never ever. My condo is small with only one floor. I do not have a yard, so I will have to keep them inside while I am not home. If you have a crate that you prefer them to reside in when no one is home with them, please provide it. I am 1,000% okay with them having free reign around the condo when I am not there. It will give them a chance to move around and stretch their legs.

About: Hi! Little bit about me :) I had a chihuahua for about 15 years so I understand what it takes to care for dogs at all stages in life. After my dog passed, I adopted a 8 month old puppy back in Nov 2022. Being a doggy mom is amazing and I love having a furry companion! I love going out on walks around the neighborhood and letting my dog meet new and old friends. I work from home Monday through Wednesdays but have a very flexible work schedule so i can scheudle a Rover job anytime during those days. Weekends I have availability as well. At home, i am typically always within view of my dog so she is never really alone. I use a camera in the living room to keep an eye out if I have to leave home or be in the basement etc. If it's a puppy or senior dog I am more likely to be attentive and be more by their side. For an adult dog, I'll give them their space and keep a consistent schedule to take on walks. I like to feed my dog healthy veggie treats throughout day and do some reinforcement training or give interactive toys to mentally exercise her.

About: Hi, I'm looking to possibly make a career out of 20+ years of being around dogs, i have experience with puppies of different sizes and breeds, i got my first dog before i was even born, and i have not want any years without having a dog in my house, i love all dogs. I currently have no other work so i will be home full time to take care of as many dogs as you need. About: Hi! I'm Melissa! A little bit about me. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats. Since the moment I was born, I was raised alongside dogs and cats and at one point in my childhood we had three large breed dogs and 2 cats at once, so fun and crazy! This always nurtured my deep appreciation for animals from an early age. One of our family dogs even had three litters of puppies during my teenage years, giving me hands on experience caring for dogs and puppies of all ages and sizes. Today, I have my own dog in my own family home, a 76 pound English Coonhound rescue from Arkansas. Despite his high energy levels, strength and tendency to pull on the leash, I handle him confidently and independently. I adopted him through Philly Rescue Angels Inc., where I am also an approved foster. Family and friends have relied on me for years from a young age to let out, walk, feed, and play with their dogs whether it be when they need help on short notice or go on an extended vacation. In addition to my experience with dogs, I’ve had cats throughout my life and have fostered them as well. One of my cats even needed daily insulin injections for diabetes and I always handled that myself. My background has given me a well rounded understanding of animal care, and I take pride in my ability to provide attentive, compassionate, and responsible care for all of your pets! Since I am a nurse, I also understand most medical conditions and medication administration and precautions for pets as well, they're more similar to us than we realize! I am a registered nurse whom only works 3 days per week. I am quite flexible in my schedule and can move around my days easily if requested! I have a fenced in yard. I have a friendly dog to play with your pup! And an extra large crate if you need your pet crated at all. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house as well!

About: I am one of those people who hangs out with the dog or cat at a house party, rather than the people. I grew up with dogs, including one who was epileptic and needed daily medication. We also had a parakeet and several hamsters. As an adult I’ve kept lizards, frogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and even co-habituated with a parrot for a few years. Nine years ago we adopted a rescue dog, who really made our family complete. Nearly all of our cats have lived into their golden years, so I have experience with daily insulin shots for a diabetic cat, and multiple medications and subcutaneous fluid injections for other cats. My beloved Remy passed two years ago; created a void that has been recently filled by two amazing bonded sisters - cats! We rescued the ladies who fill our days and nights with interesting antics. When Remy ruled, he had the run of fenced in corner property, ate only nutritious meals, enjoyed two walks daily and traveled extensively with us to Canada and back!
