About: I have been caring for animals my entire life. As a 10 year old child, I was fostering dogs while managing my schoolwork and evolving social life. I have had and cared for many different types of pets, including (but not limited to): dogs, cats, birds, hermit crabs, and hamsters. As a 28 year old adult, I now have a sweet dog named Zelda (GSD/Husky mix, 5yrs, 60lbs), whom I adopted at 3 months. I trained her myself and had her fully housebroken with no accidents within 5 months. I have also cared for and assisted in training my mother's dog Sumo (St. Bernard, ~9yrs, 165lbs. With my life experience and graduate degree in psychology, I am very capable of handing whatever comes my way. I look forward to meeting you and your baby! I am working part-time on the weekends and on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursday nights. Therefore, I have a great deal of time to dedicate to your loved ones and make sure they are well cared for! I regularly take my dogs out for relief and exercise in my yard. They get regular feedings and water bowl cleanings to make sure they are well fed and hydrated. When it gets hot, I make sure to add ice cubes to their water, provide them with pupsicles (frozen dog safe ice cream!), and keep the AC running. I always make sure to build in playtime and snuggles to make them feel loved and cared for.

Conveniently located just off Route 17, we are a mature, responsible, and drama-free dog auntie and uncle who are both home full time — me as the primary caretaker, and my partner as a backup (if you’d like). It helps make coverage more reliable, and play time feel a lot more like family time for your pup (except no kids). We are not the types to be addicted to our phones because we believe in being present when spending time with fur friends. We also typically don’t take in too many so that we can provide more attention, and be available when you need us. I believe in mutual respect, gentle care, and transparency, and would treat your pup the same way I would want mine to be cared for. My friends’ furbabies affectionately call me “auntie” :) I understand how being away from your loved one can cause stress or anxiety (unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a sitter once, so I personally relate to this feeling all too well). I can provide multiple updates a day (or less) if you’d like — photos, videos, and even video calls — whatever will help you feel comforted that they are safe and well cared for. We have a unique property, a huge, park-like fully-fenced yard on a cul-de-sac street (but the fence is only 4 ft high, please confirm that your dog cannot jump it). I have a medium size crate if your pups like them. Multiple dog beds throughout the house and no more than 5 stairs anywhere. I’m equipped to take in two dogs at a time, but I don’t have to if you prefer your pup to have a solo stay.

About: I am current graduate student at Ramapo college looking for a new way to spend time with dogs (since I can’t get one of my own just yet)! I just ended my time volunteering at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay as a short term volunteer with completing my undergraduate degree. In the past I have worked at a dog daycare taking care of 15-20 dogs at a time. I pet sit for friends and family all the time but I am looking to meet new furry friends. I’m currently working part-time and going to school full-time. I have large chunks of time off. My weekend schedule is free for walking and during the week the same. I will not offer in-home services as I have a family pet that does not get along well with other dogs, but does great with humans.

I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid, continued through college, and now I have a senior dog of my own; so I truly understand the patience and attentiveness older dogs need. Whether it’s a puppy or a senior, I tailor my care to each dog’s personality and needs. I treat every dog like family and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I am currently home for the summer from college so I have a lot of flexibility. My daily/weekly routine will be very open to caring for your pets! When I care for pets through walks or drop-in visits, my priority is making them feel happy and comfortable. For walks, I follow your dog’s pace and routine, whether they prefer a brisk walk or a slow lap around the block. During drop ins, I make sure they get fresh water, food (if needed), playtime, and lots of affection. I follow any specific instructions you leave to keep your pet’s routine consistent and stress free.

About: Chris is a local firefighter and EMT, and Ellen is a fourth grade teacher. Chris grew up with dogs and cats, while Ellen had cats and got her first dog when she was engaged to Chris. Currently we have a black lab pup named Whitley and two rescued cats, in addition to our two animal-loving human kiddos. Whitley is always looking for playmates! Chris has a rotating work schedule, and depending on your needs is very available certain days and nights. He would love to help you with your pet care needs as long as he is off-duty that day or days. We have a fenced in yard with a lot of space to run around. Inside we have a double crate - Whitley uses one side and the other side is currently available. They would be separated but close to each other. Whitley is generally out of the crate while we are home but can be kept in one gated room if needed. We are willing to adapt to your needs when caring for your pet.

I am currently only working part time so I have play with your pets and give them lots of love. I enjoy taking dogs for a walk. I have a cat so I cannot have animals at my home. About: I grew up with a dog (a Springer spaniel named Curly) and my family is dog obsessed. I regularly watch my sisters dog when she is out of town. I do the same for my parents! I am an entrepreneur with a very flexible schedule. I work from my apartment and have very few meetings, and love to fill my free time with adorable pups! I always respect the owners home and possessions — I’m a quiet guest and mostly read or watch tv when I’m not walking or playing with the dog. The dog is always the number one priority and I adjust my schedule accordingly.
