Owner of a recently passed 9 year old golden retriever that I raised since he was 8 weeks old, and current dad to a 2 yr old golden, so I have a lot of experience with energetic dogs and understand they need to move :). I also understand your puppy is a member of your family just like mine was, and I’ll ensure they are treated just like you would want any family member treated. Flexible availability on weekdays as well as weekends to suit your needs along with a true love for dogs makes me the perfect choice to walk, sit, feed or help in whatever manner you need. Access to dog parks, water areas and grassy fields - whatever your pupper enjoys, I can do with them. Looking forward to meeting you and your pup(s)! Currently semi-retired, so can make my schedule work to be available as necessary for our any of our animal client(s)! Transportation not an issue, always flexible. Very safe and friendly town, everything walkable so your pet will get plenty of exercise! Carpet on all floors pets allowed entry to except kitchen. We live on 2nd floor, so there is a stairway to go in and out of home.

I require a meet and greet with your dog before a scheduled stay to make sure your dog gets along with my pets and feels comfortable in our home. You can always book a daycare before a longer stay so your dog gets used to our home. Our cat keeps to himself most of the day. It is important that your dog is fairly well behaved and does not: *jump on furniture without permission *chew on inappropriate items such as shoes (unless it's a puppy which of course we will plan accordingly) *or drool excessively He/she should be easygoing, and most importantly, should not be aggressive. We live in a single family home with a fenced-in yard (6' high PVC) and 1 friendly dog to keep your fur baby company. We also have a crate that can be used if your dogs prefers. The cat litter is kept in a room blocked off by pet gates where only the cat will have access.

Tyler has cared for my dog twice, and both experiences were excellent. He was always waiting outside for pickup and drop-off, which made the transition easy and stress-free. My dog went right to him both times and seemed genuinely happy to see him, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care. On our second visit, I accidentally clipped her leash to her name tag ring instead of her collar. She slipped free and ran after another dog across the street. Thankfully, Tyler reacted immediately, ran after her, and safely secured her. It was a scary moment, and I was incredibly grateful for how quickly and calmly he handled it. The fact that my dog was excited to return for a second stay spoke volumes. I'm thankful she was in such caring and capable hands and would happily recommend Tyler to other pet parents.
Great experience! They took really good care of Quinn and made sure she was happy and comfortable the whole time.
