About: Hi there! My name is Ed and I have been a dog dad for 15 plus yrs. My little guy Rolly loves his daily trips to the dog park or just walking around sniffing everything. As a full time walker/ sitter, pet care is a daily and non stop responsibility I enjoy providing for yourself and my own boy Rolly. About: I have taken care of a large dog for 14 years and have been around dogs my whole life. I have taken care of and walked dogs of neighbors and friends, both in my home and in their home. I love walking and staying active, and will be very attentive to your pup! I work completely from home, M-F 9-5! I have a lot of free time for walks, attention giving, etc and am perfectly suited to care on the weekends as well. I live by several parks and in a very dog-friendly building. The apartment is puppy proofed, and though not suitable for longer stays, is great for short-term, 1 night only or daytime stays! About: I have plenty of patience tolerance and adaptability and with no pets right now and really miss having a little sweetie around. I have lovingly cared for ill and elderly fur kids. Sober since 1996 so no exposure to smoking, drugs or alcohol in my care. Meditating twice daily for decades and find it also makes for a nice peaceful environment. Fur kids love curling up in my lap for meditation time and it can help regulate their little nervous system too. I mostly work remotely so my schedule is pretty flexible and I have a lap available while in my office. I also walk a few miles a day to avoid my lap getting too big. If you see anything that might be limiting in my profile - feel free to ask and see if I can accommodate or make any exceptions. Im pretty flexible with accommodating fur kids. If they are used to crating to feel safe its not a problem but if crating is not necessary that's fine.

I can’t thank Avalyn enough for the incredible care she provided to my beloved cat, Thomasina. Thomasina is very shy and not quick to trust, and for the first 7 days of my trip, she hid in the closet—nervous, withdrawn, and clearly missing her routine. But Avalyn never once rushed her. She made sure Thomasina had food, fresh water, and a clean litter box nearby, gently checking in on her while giving her the space she needed. Avalyn’s calm, compassionate attitude and genuine love for animals make her a standout cat sitter.
