“Brianna did a great job house sitting and watching our two dogs while we were away. She stayed in communication, sent pictures, and helped them feel happy and secure when their parents were away. So very much appreciated!!!!”

“Ian was an absolutely amazing animal and house sitter. I give him 10 stars. He was attentive, kind and trust worthy. I felt safe knowing Ian was providing the best care to my dogs and taking care of my home. My puppies loved spending time with Ian and felt comfortable in his care. He was loving and observant to any of our puppies needs. He followed all our directions carefully on how to tend to our dogs and give them their medicine correctly. I will definitely be asking Ian to help me again with my babies, he is the only sitter I will be using from now on. Thank you so much for all you did for my dogs Ian and thank you so much for making sure they felt safe in their home when I was away!”

“Morgan took excellent care of my pets when I was away. I have a dog and two cats, one with special needs, and they absolutely loved Morgan! She played all day with the dog and took her for walks. She was really great with my cats also which can be a bit timid. I plan to use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Heather is a wonderful caregiver! It was obvious right from the beginning that Monkey adored her...he was instantly by her side and wanting to be petted :-) She was very responsive throughout her entire stay, followed all of our directions, and even put out the recycling bin that I forgot to roll out on the day we left. She is very sweet, professional, and kindhearted, and she took great care of our pup and our home. We are very happy that we found her and will definitely be booking her in the future. Highly recommend!”

About: I have owned a dog for seven years and I have taken care of numerous dogs over the years as well. I can take care of multiple dogs and I love to spend quality time and give them the love that they need. They are truly one of a kind animals and I love the joy that they bring me. I work part time at a fast food restaurant and I will be going to school two days a week starting in the fall, which gives me a lot of free time to dog sit, cat sit and spend overnights with them. As a result of my part time schedule, I cannot be there for the dogs or cats at all hours of the day but I can be there anytime that I am not working. I am able to care for pets whether they are outdoor animals or indoor animals. I have taken care of cats who are indoor and dogs who are able to be indoors or outdoors.

“Hannah was amazing! She is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My pup is paralyzed in the hind in and needs to be expressed and it’s really hard to find someone who is comfortable with him and who I feel comfortable leaving my pup with! From the first meet and greet I knew I would be able to have a peace of mind having her watch my dogs. She was very prompt and on time, communicated great, provided updates throughout the day, and my dogs loved her!! Would definitely book again and would recommend!!”

About: I have had all types of animals ever since i’ve been alive! This includes horses, cats, dogs, chickens, sheep, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.! I have a deep love for all animals and know I am a trustworthy and caring animal lover! I am a graduate from Cal Poly SLO that has moved home for a bit. I am trying to make a little money while finding a job and what better way to do that than to spend that time with animals! So, my schedule is very open as I am navigating this shift in my life! As I said above, I have had animals my whole life. As for dogs and cats, I first make sure that they are getting all the love they deserve because their love towards humans are endless. I go on atleast 1 walk a day and feed my dogs twice a day according to their diet. As for my cat, I make sure to give him all the belly rubs and a good morning stretch (he loves it)! While I was in school I helped my boyfriend take care of his two frenchies. My latest pet was a big Bordie Collie, but right now I have a smaller dog and a cat! Therefore, I have taken care of a variety of different dogs. All I want to offer to your animals are the love and care that they deserve!

“Melanie was absolutely the best dog and house sitter. My Bailey loved her, and Melanie took such good care of her. This will make my future trips anxiety free. My house was cleaner than I left it when I got home. She is definitely the very best!!”

“This was the longest trip we have taken, and been away from our dogs. Shelly did a great job, and when she had other things she needed to do, she had her daughter help out, which I believe worked out great! The dogs were very happy to see us return, but I feel they were taken very well care of, and we would definitely ask Shelley to come back. Thank you, Shelly!”

“Emily did a great job taking care of our dog Becka. Her communication was stellar. She even texted to see if we could figure out what Becka needed when she wasn't sure what Becka was trying to signal. She had already tried all the things I suggested, and we both came to the conclusion that Becka probably just wanted some snuggles. She sent us a few pictures, which are always reassuring. I would definitely call Emily again.”

About: I’ve grown up taking care of dogs, fish, and especially cats! I have training from the SPCA on dog walking, cat care, and some skill/behavioral training for both cats and dogs. I have 3 years of fish keeping experience. I currently have my own cat (he’s orange!) and I am fostering a mother and her kitten for the time being. I am willing to help clean around the house as well! I have indoor/outdoor plants and I can take care of your plants while you are away - I have a green thumb :) I’ve helped friends and clients with farm animals, including feeding and cleaning their spaces. If directed I can help with other farm projects. I am looking to take on as many hours as possible! I am currently in college, but only have classes Monday and Wednesday and can work around my school schedule. I am unable to bring pets home due to having my own cat and living in an apartment with a single pet deposit! But I am just fine coming to you! I offer dog walking, some behavioral training while pet sitting/walking, in home pet sitting, and I can do small cleaning projects for a minimal extra charge. I am gentle with the animals and can do grooming such as brushing and can try nail clipping if your pets allow it!

About: With over 11 years of hands on experience caring for dogs, I bring both heart and experience to every pup I look after. Your dog will be treated like part of the family in my care. Caring for animals has gone hand in hand with my line of work since I began my educational journey, and massage therapy practice. I make my own schedule and take college classes online so I have all the flexibility I could possibly need. I walk my dogs three to five times a day, depending on my family’s schedule, and they get plenty of playtime on the grass at least twice a day. My cats litter boxes are cleaned daily, and I make sure their water is always fresh. All of my pets are brushed every day and get weekly baths to keep them clean and comfortable. Whenever I can, I take my dogs to the river for a fun adventure. I truly love caring for my amazing fur babies they bring so much joy to my life, and I’m committed to giving your animals the best care possible.

Bailey A.
“Bailey is an amazing person and a fabulous pet sitter. We have known her for 6 or 7 years, since she became friends with our son in High School. Small, sweet, quiet - those are the first impressions of Bailey. Turns out she's ambitious, strong and strong minded with a great sense of humor! After High School she was headed to army boot camp - I remember thinking how is she going to accomplish that? She came out laughing - saying she'd learned several words she didn't know she needed to know. Made me laugh. We have hired several of our kid's friends to pet sit and take care of the garden. Bailey is one of the few who actually did what we asked without skipping corners here and there. She even tackled some garden digging (just for fun!) on a large project we were working on. Our animals love her, our plants love her, and we love her. She is trustworthy, kind, gracious and responsible. You will be glad you hired her.”

Angelique F.
“Angelique is the best! She stayed at my home and cared for my 3 mo. Old border collie while I was out of town. She was so good to Milo, making sure he got walks throughout the day and she kept all my plants alive and my house clean! Highly recommend”

Rescue pet parents share their Rover experiences
Olivia's care for our house and pets warmed my heart. She's a remarkable and caring person and my dog and two cats were happy and healthy. The dog kept going to the window after Olivia drove away. She went the extra mile without my even asking. She communicated politely, promptly and clearly. I couldn't recommend her any more highly.

We recently hired Kim as our first house and dog sitter, and it was a fantastic experience. We were initially a bit apprehensive, but from the start, Kim put our minds at ease. She has extensive experience with dogs and other animals, which was evident in the way she cared for our pets. Kim sent us daily photos and updates, staying in contact every day, which was greatly appreciated. She was respectful, clean, and treated our home with the utmost care. We highly recommend her services!”
