We have 3 cats, two inside and 1 outside. We met with Olivia before our first scheduled visit; all of the cats sniffed and took to her immediately. Our cats do not take to strangers in their house though they immediately warmed up to her. Olivia let us know that she is has a cat and dog at home. Olivia has taken care of our pets several times now and she has taken excellent care of them; I doubt that they missed us since they had Olivia. She has sent us photos and texts of the cats to let us know how they were doing while we were gone. The cats were relaxed when we returned home. She followed our feeding directions and made sure that they got lots of attention. The litter box was clean, water fountain was full and our cats appeared to be very happy. Our last trip was 10 days; we would ask Olivia again to care for our cats. We highly recommend Olivia as a pet sitter.

For my first time leaving them in her care, I forgot to leave instruction on a medicine for one of my dogs; she carefully read the bottle and communicated with us! She provided good updates & pertinent information about how my dogs were doing.
