For my first time leaving them in her care, I forgot to leave instruction on a medicine for one of my dogs; she carefully read the bottle and communicated with us! She provided good updates & pertinent information about how my dogs were doing. She was punctual, showed up for every requested visit, always locked up the house, and I loved all the pictures she took of my dogs.
