About: I have 10+ years of experience with all kinds of animals! Dogs, cats, horses, birds, I don’t discriminate! I have experience training both dogs and horses, and I even taught my cat how to sit and play fetch. If that doesn’t impress you, I don’t know what will! I’m currently in school so I have a pretty flexible schedule! I pretty much only book walks in the mornings during summer months due to the Redding heat. Other seasons offer safer weather throughout the day, so I’m more flexible. No burnt paws on my watch! I have a beautiful black lab, Olive. She is mommy’s baby for sure. But like any good parent, I don’t let my kid run wild. I use positive reinforcement and redirection as correction. :)

About: I’ve been a pet owner for about 8 years and understand how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for your pets while you’re away. I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs and will follow your pet’s normal routine, including feeding, fresh water, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of attention. I know every pet has their own personality, so I’m happy to follow your instructions and take the time to help them feel comfortable with me. I work full-time during the week, so on weekdays I’m available for pet care in the evenings. I have more flexibility on weekends and am happy to work with your pet’s normal routine whenever possible. For house sitting, I can provide care after work and stay overnight when needed. I’ll always communicate my availability clearly before accepting a booking so we can make sure the schedule works well for your pet. I care for pets with the same attention and affection I give my own. I make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean and comfortable environment, and plenty of attention and playtime. I also pay attention to their behavior and routines, because I know pets have their own personalities and ways of letting us know what they need. When caring for someone else’s pet, I’ll treat them with the same patience, care, and respect while following the routine they’re most comfortable with.

About: I’ve been a pet owner since I was young, I’ve trained puppies and taken care of senior dogs and everything in between. I’m suited for any task and special care your pet may require and more importantly happy to help in any way I can I am available anytime except for Thursday and Friday’s between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. About: My family owned many animals at the same time, we had 3 dogs and 2 cats. I would help take them out to play and go for walks even if they were a little mean. About: I grew up on a farm in the mountains. It introduced my love and experience for animals and the immense gratification involved. Since moving away I have took in many animals both to do my part personally in my home and giving the opportunity for others to have the same by rehabbing, sheltering and finding their forever homes. It has always been my dream to open a shelter, or even more fun a cat cafe. I am excited for the opportunity to share my love with your furbabies and am appreciative for the consideration. I am an entrepreneur from home so my schedule is very open. I am aware how hectic life can be and hope to take some of that weight off your shoulders. My cats are spoiled rotten. They are given wet food once a day on top of their dry food. They have their own room full of windows, an electric litter box and a door to their massive catio outside. As well as access to the rest of the home as given. They are given medications as needed and I use Dutch vet service to assist in staying on top of their general health. When it comes to your animals I will offer the same love and attention as I give mine while following the regimens given. As far as watching your animals in my home it will vary according to the needs and comfort of the animals I am watching.

About: Ive always had a special bond with dogs. I have had the privilege of owning and having my 2 best friends in my life. They were an English bulldog and a rescued German shepherd . They have both crossed the rainbow bridge and they live in my heart forever. I helped trained our german shepherd which took a lot of work. I love to run and workout, so I would love to run with your dogs if they need to burn off some energy. I consider myself a big goofball, so I have a blast playing around with dogs. “If you’re looking for someone who’s very reliable and trustworthy with pets, Melissa is your person! My husband and I have used to her a few times while we have been out of town to give our 16 year old kitty her daily blood pressure medicine. Not only is she friendly and responsive towards people as well as reliable. She’s patient and kind with pets. My 16 year old girl who’s normally shy around strangers was at first shy around Melissa but has since warmed up that when it isn’t med time, she will greet her and let Melissa pet her for a few seconds (as is her nature she isn’t a kitty that likes being touched in general unless it’s on her terms) Melissa has her own two pets which I think helps with knowing how to read animal body language but also helps animals eventually trust her. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter for the things I’ve asked of Melissa while we are away, if you ask politely and remember she to is a person. She delivers exceptionally!! Would definitely recommend her, but would also use her for future dates if applicable with her schedule.”
