I currently have a very open short term schedule. I am unsure where I will be residing in the next few months so I am not committing to long term recurring services at this time. I am very open to different responsibilities with any type of pet with feathers, fur, or scales, and even watering plants if necessary!

Safety, trust & environment

I like to have a detailed set of typical daily routines from my clients so I can assure that your pet's life isn't getting completely turned upside down. Eventually I may be able to board pets but at this point in time I am only available to come to your residence to care for your animals. Information on feeding time/quantity/nutrition, any medications necessary, grooming if applicable, and required exercise is greatly appreciated so you can be sure that your pet is being cared for the same way you would. I also have SO MUCH love to give your fur babies. I love ALL animals(big, small, scales, feathers, fur) and look forward to giving your pet the best care possible.

Information Stacy B. would like to know about your pet

As I stated before I very much place everyone's safety as my #1 priority when it comes to caring for any animal. If there is a certain noise, action, environment that your dog(or other pet) is having issues with(for example startled by busy roads, basic command work, etc) I would love to know about it and work out activities with you that I can do to help reduce your pet's stress in those situations or reiterate some basic behavior training. I am extremely empathetic and am usually good at determining a pet's feelings on certain situations and I make sure to keep myself alert and aware of behavior changes. I will happily relay anything I noticed that I think can benefit your life with your pet. It is of utmost importance to make me aware of anything that negatively affects your pet so I can take steps in either slowly working on desensitization or avoiding certain people, places, or things.

A typical day

Depending on where you are located will determine where we will have our adventures. Initially your dog will NEVER be off leash because I believe in safety for everyone above all else. If at some point down the road after we have become well acquainted with each other's personalities. If there is a favorite toy or activity that your furry friend greatly enjoys I would love to hear about it so we can enjoy each other's company to the full extent! As I've previously stated I also like to receive a fairly detailed outline of what a typical day looks like for your pet so we can add as little stress to them, and you, while they're in my care.

Pet care experience

Some of my earliest memories are those involving animals on our midwestern acreage growing up. Originally from Iowa I came to California to be with my ex fiancee and we had our 7 year old son here. My two cats also moved to California with me, a 27 hour car ride, who I have now had for 14+ years. From a very young age I was around cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, ferrets, hedgehogs, birds, and fish. The one thing in life that I've always been passionate about is animals! Update 12/10/25: I am currently finding new housing, hopefully, in the Redding area. My location in the coming months is yet to be determined so I can only accept short term visits for the time being. Feel free to request and message me if you like what you see and have any questions!
