“Ben did a great job with my cat Ninja. Ninja can be a bit difficult at times but, from the pics, it looks like they got along fine. I will definitely ask Ben to cat/house-sit in the future. Thanks Ben!”

“Paloma was an outstanding dog sitter. She was extremely dependable and responsible, treated our home with respect, and truly fell in love with our two large dogs. Her communication was excellent, and it was clear she cared for our dogs as if they were her own. When we returned, our home was left neat and tidy. We would absolutely use Paloma’s services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.”

“Kristi did a great job taking care of my “takes a while to warm up to new people” dog. She provided plenty of updates and my dog seemed well cared for when we got home.”

“Linda was very attentive to Maisie and Oakley! Linda followed their early AM schedule and frequent outs. Lots of love and walks. Great communicator, with daily photos of events and text updates. Initially, Linda was very concerned about some quirks each dog had, but after talking to me, she realized those quirks were no cause for concern. Time away from home flew by and we came back to a peaceful and tidy home! Thank you, Linda!”

“Antoinette did a wonderful job taking care of my dog, and also left my place in spotless condition. She followed instructions perfectly and wasn’t afraid to reach out with questions and updates. Very communicative and made this nervous dog parent feel eased! Highly recommend!!”

“My two French bulldogs love Emily so much & I know they are being loved and well taken care of by her. My house is always in perfect shape, too, when she stays over. Highly recommend! Five stars!”
“Kylene was very personable and it was easy to see how much she enjoys animals. Was very reliable. Arrived when expected. She kept great contact by sending periodic pics to assure me Lydia was comfortable and being cared for. I would recommend her and I will definitely use her again.”

“MacKenzie did a great job caring for my two dogs while I was out of town for a week. She was great about letting them out and playing with them during the day and stayed with them overnight. She also sent lots of pictures. I’m home now and the dogs are happy and healthy! Will definitely use her again in the future.”
“Vanessa did an amazing job with Lilo and Stitch. I could tell by the photos she sent they were very comfortable and happy to be around her. I will definitely book with her again!!!”

“Our dog was very well cared for by Eva. She provided updates and photos several times a day, kept us informed of how well Daisy did with her normal daily routine and played with her both inside and outside. Daisy can be stubborn on walks when my husband isn’t present, but Eva followed Daisy’s routine, encouraging her to walk even though she didn’t go as far as she normally would. She kept a close eye on Daisy’s behavior and called us immediately when concerned about a chronic health issue. We talked it through over the phone and we appreciated Eva’s ability to notice the change in Daisy’s behavior and take necessary action. Her loving care helped us relax and enjoy our trip knowing our girl was well cared for at home. We came back to a calm and rested dog and we truly appreciate it!”

“Haeli was AMAZING with our two big dogs! Great communication (with photos), and even our super shy boy couldn’t resist getting belly rubs from her! It was clear that the dogs enjoyed her company, and it provided us peace of mind that they could stay home in their familiar environment without the anxiety of going somewhere new. Would highly recommend Haeli, and will definitely be asking (or begging) her to come back!”
About: I’ve spent enough time around animals to know they all run on their own logic, and I’m good at meeting them where they are. Some need structure, some need space, some just need someone steady in the room. I’m comfortable handling the practical stuff — feeding, cleaning, meds, exercise — but I’m just as good at reading the energy and keeping things calm. I don’t force interactions or rush the process. I move at the pace the animal sets, and that’s why they tend to settle around me. I’ve been around everything from easygoing pets to the ones that test your patience, and I know how to keep things smooth without making a big deal out of it. For me, good care is about consistency, awareness, and not overcomplicating things. Animals pick up on that, and they respond to it. I own my own business therefore I am able to make my own schedule and fit it around yours. I am available day of as well as 24/7 service. When I’m caring for pets in my home, I keep things steady and predictable. I make sure they have a clean space, fresh water, regular feeding times, and enough attention or quiet time depending on what they’re comfortable with. I pay attention to their routines and adjust the environment so they feel safe — whether that means giving them a cozy corner to settle into or keeping them active and engaged. When I’m in a client’s home, I follow their setup and their rules so the pet’s routine doesn’t get disrupted. I handle the basics — feeding, cleaning, litter or yard time, meds if needed — and I keep an eye on their behavior so I can tell if something’s off. I move calmly and respectfully in their space, and I make sure the pet feels like everything is normal even though someone new is there. No matter where I’m caring for them, I focus on consistency, awareness, and keeping the animal comfortable. Every pet has their own way of doing things, and I’m good at reading that and meeting them where they are.
“Vanessa was a trooper taking care of a dog afraid of thunderstorms, 8 barn cats, and 2 horses! She stopped by for a meet and great ahead of our trip and did a wonderful job communicating with us while we were away, sending photos, videos, and updates. She was able to calm our poor dog when we had a thunderstorm and everyone seemed health and happy when we returned! She even watered my garden and plants. Already planning to book her for some future trips!”

“Bryce was really reliable and great with communication! He established an early connection with Ziggy and got along well and Ziggy was in great shape when I came home! Overall, he was an awesome dogsitter ?”

Ralston pet parents share their Rover experiences
Mackenzie took great care of our dog Daisy while we were out of town. She kept us informed through messages and photos so we knew what was happening at home and it helped us relax and enjoy our time away. 😊 Daisy approved of her immediately upon meeting Mackenzie (the flop for belly scratches was the cue) and it was a great experience all around. The house was well taken care of as well - everything was clean and organized upon our return which was very kind! We will definitely book with Mackenzie again!!

Robert provided in-home sitting services for our 2 special needs rescue Wheatens. Our dogs require extreme patience, kindness and even some heavy lifting. One dog is not yet adjusted to her new life and is afraid of most everyone and everything. Robert was able to work with her and even get her to warm up to him so much more than we would have ever expected. The other dog is a ball of energy that needs to be watched closely. Robert handled both of these handfuls marvelously. This is the first time using Rover and doing in home sitting services and from day one of our trip it was clear Robert was up to the task making our worries, concerns and anxiety about leaving “the girls” unfounded and helped us be comfortable and relaxed about being gone.
Marie was absolutely amazing! First time taking a pet sitter and she put me completely at ease. Sent me pics and kept me updated! Loved on my pups just as I would! I can’t say enough great things about her. I very highly recommend her!! I will definitely be using her again!

I’ve used Manta multiple times for house and pet sitting, and they are fantastic every single time. They are attentive to pet care instructions, communicate well throughout the stay, and leave the house even cleaner than when I left. Manta is reliable, respectful, and truly goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Gavin was excellent, and I would happily have him stay again. He took excellent care of my dogs and home. I have two large dogs with some quirks, and he was understanding of their needs and behaviors. He communicated with me every day, which I requested, and sent great photos. I could tell from the photos that both dogs were comfortable and having a great time, which allowed me to enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend him.
