Hi, I’m Marie! I do Rover full-time, and I genuinely love it. I’m pretty quiet, clean, and home a lot — which works well for pets who like company and a calm routine. I’m the type of sitter who: • sends updates at your preferred frequency • keeps your home clean • follows your routines exactly • and makes sure your pets feel safe and cared for I’ve worked with all kinds of animals — senior dogs, anxious dogs, high-energy dogs, cats with attitudes, cats who just need someone gentle around. I adjust to whatever your pet needs. I’m very respectful of people’s homes. I don’t treat your space like a hotel. I usually spend most of my time reading, editing photos, cooking, or working from my laptop, so your pets get a lot of presence and consistency. Clients tell me they book me because I’m easy to communicate with, trustworthy, and they come home to relaxed pets and a clean house. I am currently only offering services in my clients' homes as I currently live with someone who does not want to be a part of my Rover journey. In any case, I will keep the space clean and/or in the same condition as when you left. I do ask that you clean the home prior to my arrival. You can be confident that your pet will be taken care of well while you are away!

Marie was absolutely amazing! First time taking a pet sitter and she put me completely at ease. Sent me pics and kept me updated! Loved on my pups just as I would! I can’t say enough great things about her. I very highly recommend her!! I will definitely be using her again!

Marie jumped in last minute to help dog sit when our previous arrangement needed to cancel due to a family emergency. Marie was responsive and showed up on time to get proper instructions to care for our dog, Wally. She sent us updates with pictures while we were gone and responded to all of our messages. She left our home clean and tidy and we felt at ease knowing Wally and our home were well cared for while we were out of town. I would definitely hire her again to care for Wally if needed! We were so lucky to have Marie watch our puppy while on vacation. She was extremely communicative and in tune with our pup and everything he needed. She is trustworthy and kind! I was able to relax on vacation knowing he was well taken care of!! We will definitely be calling her again when we are gone! ☺️

Schedule
I'm currently studying a skill and have freelance work, which can be completed remotely. I can be with your pets and animals almost 24/7, if needed. I understand some pets have separation anxiety and so if your pet has any special needs, I can accommodate them.
