“Jessica was a God send. She recently house sat for us while on vacation. She made sure my babies got all the love and spoiling they are used too while also easing my mind. This allowed me to enjoy our vacation without worrying if they were ok. The communication was great and she sent a ton of photos, which I loved! She also left the house spotless. Jessica exceeded my expectations and we will definitely use her again.”
“Lynn is the best!! Her love for dogs is genuine and evident. She took care of our furry boys like they were her own and for that, we are so grateful. Her consistent communication, warm thoughtful approach, and calm demeanor were the perfect fit for us and we plan to rebook as much as she is willing! I can honestly say our boys loved & appreciated her just as much as we did!! Thank you Lynn!”

“Kelsie did a wonderful job looking after my cat! I was nervous about leaving her with a sitter for the first time, but Kelsie made the process so easier. I got daily updates, and everything was in great shape when I got home. Would definitely book Kelsie again!”

“I recently booked Marc to take care of my cat. She's definitely a less than friendly feline with strangers, and he was great with her. She requires meds twice a day and he had zero issues getting her taken care of. I'd absolutely recommend Marc to take care of any animal if you need help.”

“Erika is a very attentive and responsive pet sitter! She takes lots of good photos and provides thoughtful observations in the caring of our cat. Persephone has started to look forward to having Erika come over!”

“Ami was a fantastic house sitter with our dog Chip! She came over earlier in the week to introduce herself and meet our dog. She is incredibly friendly, engaging and a great communicator. Any questions she was quick to reply via text message and she sent some great pictures of Chip while we were gone to ensure they were doing great! Also part a very nice followup note for us when we returned home. I would highly recommend her and we’ll definitely utilize her services again!”

Ashlee made sure to get to know each of them and all their needs, took notes on how to care for them, and asked so many questions to make sure our girls got the best care. While we were gone she sent pictures and updates everyday and spoiled our girls!”

About: I’ve grown up around pets and have experience helping friends and family care for their animals, including dogs and other small pets. I’m comfortable with basic pet care like feeding, walking, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m responsible, patient, and willing to learn each pet’s routine and needs so they get the best care possible. I balance online classes, workouts, and a summer job throughout the week, so I’m used to staying organized and managing my time responsibly. My availability is mostly after 3 PM on most days, and pet care fits well into my routine because I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals. I make time for walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure pets get the attention and care they need. I understand how important it is for pets to feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any instructions provided by the owner. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on creating a calm and caring environment for every pet I care for.
About: I've taken care of lots of different dogs since I was in high school. From puppies to senior dogs, I've taken care of them all. As an avid animal lover, I began walking dogs through the humane society during college when I could not have a dog of my own yet and learned helpful dog walking tips. I am great at handling high energy dogs and am comfortable with reactive dogs. I will send lots of pictures and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands! Currently, I have Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays off of work. I am available any time during those days to help take care of pets. I work 8 hours the other days and would be available in the later evening for those who may work overnights or travel! I think the most important part of caring for pets is understanding what they need/like. Some pets enjoy being attached to your hip and want all your attention, while others could care less. I think meeting each pet's needs and meeting them in the middle of what they want is the most important part of caring for pets. Respecting the pet's boundaries and the owner's wishes is how I care for pets.
“Diana is one of those people who when you meet her, you know she has a kind heart. Beautiful inside and out. She took great care of Finn. She watered my potted outside plants for me. Otherwise I am sure they wouldn't have lived through the scorching hot weather. She updated me and sent pictures of Finn. I also liked that she had experience with grouchy dogs because Finn is a rescue and can get frightened and grouchy with new people. He warmed up to her and Diana was able to get a leash on him and go on walks. I will use her in the future if I ever need to Rover again.”

“This was the first time my partner and I left our cats longer than eight hours since we adopted them. I knew I wanted to make sure they had someone who could not only to feed them twice a day, but provide a presence for them. Jason took care of our cats while we were gone and when we arrived, it was like they hardly noticed we were gone. They were happy to see us, of course, but they were perfectly content and happy when we got home. Jason gave us constant updates and photos during our trip and honestly left our home better than he found it (we gave it an honest go of cleaning before leaving!). We will definitely try to book with Jason again should we take another trip.”

Green Meadows pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was our first time having someone house sit for us and we are very thankful to have found Haeli! Since the beginning she was available for a meet and greet and she was very sweet with our dogs! We have a very anxious aussi dog and I was worried about her but Haeli gave us updates and sent pictures almost daily and this gave me peace of mind. Haeli was very attentive to the small details I mentioned and this helped the dogs a lot. We came back to our home better than we left it! Im so happy to have found Haeli and will definetly hire her again in the future!

Abigail did an amazing job watching our cat for the week! She gave her extra attention and care, provided pictures and videos everyday, and responded to any messages I sent very timely. Our cat was a happy cat when we returned all thanks to Abigail! Would highly recommend!

Analee was great. She was great with Simon and Sully and great with her communication. The boys really liked her and they especially liked her son Hunter. He was a first class playmate and they had a blast. When we got home the house was perfect and Simon and Sully were worn out from playing! Can't ask for more. We will book Annalee again.
