“So thankful Marc was able to help over Easter weekend - I had been stressed about leaving the dog alone for a handful of hours though when Marc agreed to help spend some time with her, knew she was going to be in the best hands!! Made the day less stressful!!”

About: New to Rover but not to dogs! I love showing animals the patience and care they deserve. I have experience with puppies who have high energy, as well as older dogs who prefer life at a slower pace. Both of my dogs are rescues and they live a very spoiled life! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! Dogs feel more comfortable when they know what to expect, so I like to keep a good routine of making sure my dogs get their walks in! I provide attentive, individualized care by following each pet’s routine, including feeding, exercise, and any special instructions, to ensure consistency and comfort. I maintain a clean, safe environment while keeping owners updated with regular communication and promptly addressing any concerns.
About: Always have had deep love for animals. Because of family members, I've had experiences with a wide range of pets. I love to train dogs and would love to provide that during my pet sitting. I also acknowledge not only the importance of your pet, but of you, your family, and the home I work in. I am currently a full-time college student at the University of Omaha. My availabilities would be every day of the week with exceptions of class and my part-time job at Boys Town. I would provide care for my clients in their home, due to my apartment's animal restrictions. I respect the privacy of my clients by clarifying boundaries and rules for the home.
About: I've been pet sitting since I was 16 years old. I have met so many wonderful dogs and cats through this time and learned so much about caring for animals. As a current medical student, I spend a lot of time studying and would love to spend that time with your pet! I am currently a medical student, so I spend a lot of time studying. Luckily, I can study pretty much anywhere including with your pets! When it comes to caring for pets in your home, you know your animal best. I will do everything I can to keep things running the way they are used to and make them comfortable.
“Linda has been walking Smokey for a year and has been fantastic to work with. She’s flexible, always willing to help out in a pinch and most importantly Smokey adores her. We feel so lucky to have found her!”

“First time using Rover and Kathryn made the experience very easy and absolutely worth it. Although my pupper can’t talk I have no doubts she would like to have Kathryn visit again. Thank you!”

She always puts the dogs needs about her own and cares for her animals. Chief was not feeling well a couple times and she made sure she went to our house multiple times that day to make sure Chief was okay. We are lucky to have found her to help us!”

About: I've taken care of lots of different dogs since I was in high school. From puppies to senior dogs, I've taken care of them all. As an avid animal lover, I began walking dogs through the humane society during college when I could not have a dog of my own yet and learned helpful dog walking tips. I am great at handling high energy dogs and am comfortable with reactive dogs. I will send lots of pictures and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands! Currently, I have Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays off of work. I am available any time during those days to help take care of pets. I work 8 hours the other days and would be available in the later evening for those who may work overnights or travel! I think the most important part of caring for pets is understanding what they need/like. Some pets enjoy being attached to your hip and want all your attention, while others could care less. I think meeting each pet's needs and meeting them in the middle of what they want is the most important part of caring for pets. Respecting the pet's boundaries and the owner's wishes is how I care for pets.

While you are away, I want to give your best friend the same love and attention that you would give them. I work full-time during the week, but have plenty of time on the weekends. My daughter is off at college so I have all the time in the world on the weekend to hang out with your pup. I am happy to spend the night if that is what works for you. I can stop in multiple times per day and I am willing to stay the night with your pup if that something that you would like

About: My family owned a dog when I was in middle school for about a year and a half, but due to busy schedules at the time we had to give him up. My brother had a dog for a little over five years, and I enjoyed helping him take care of her while I was living with my parents, and I went to their house to see her and help take care of her when needed before she passed away! I am different from other sitters because I will spend as much time as I possibly can with your pet! I know that with my brother’s dog, Emma, I wanted to be home with her as much as I can when I was living with my parents so she could be out of her kennel as often as possible. I will also make sure that everything you require of me will be completed in the most appropriate manner possible. I will always make sure that your pet is safe! I will always have an eye on your pet when they go to the bathroom outside, and will talk with you to get as many details as possible to make sure everything goes well while watching your pet! I am available to do house sitting all seven days of the week. I am available to do drop-in visits and dog walks only on the weekends (I am available all day on Saturdays and Sundays to do these) due to working as a teacher, however if you ever need a drop in or dog walk in the evening during the week please feel free to send me a request for it! Green Meadows dog parents share their Rover experiences
Mark came to watch my dog overnight. He even took him on a long walk - even when he didn’t have to. It was a warm night so Mark brought his own water bottle and dish to use for Wrigley on their walk. Sent me photos and communicated well throughout. Cannot recommend more highly!

Anita came and walked our dogs for us the day after we moved into a new house and we were too tired to do so. Because she had not met them before, she actually came to our old house two days before for a quick meet and greet just so that they would be more comfortable with her. We have an old lady dog who walks at a stately pace and not very far and she walked her for a short distance, dropped her off, and then kept walking the other two which was greatly appreciated! The dogs were all very comfortable with her, she was very communicative, and we will definitely rebook her!
