About: I've taken care of lots of different dogs since I was in high school. From puppies to senior dogs, I've taken care of them all. As an avid animal lover, I began walking dogs through the humane society during college when I could not have a dog of my own yet and learned helpful dog walking tips. I am great at handling high energy dogs and am comfortable with reactive dogs. I will send lots of pictures and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands! I am in classes for grad school, making my afternoons full. I have time in the mornings and evenings, as well as weekends to take care of your pet! I think the most important part of caring for pets is understanding what they need/like. Some pets enjoy being attached to your hip and want all your attention, while others could care less. I think meeting each pet's needs and meeting them in the middle of what they want is the most important part of caring for pets. Respecting the pet's boundaries and the owner's wishes is how I care for pets.

About: Always have had deep love for animals. Because of family members, I've had experiences with a wide range of pets. I love to train dogs and would love to provide that during my pet sitting. I also acknowledge not only the importance of your pet, but of you, your family, and the home I work in. I am currently a full-time college student at the University of Omaha. My availabilities would be every day of the week with exceptions of class and my part-time job at Boys Town. I would provide care for my clients in their home, due to my apartment's animal restrictions. I respect the privacy of my clients by clarifying boundaries and rules for the home.

About: I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and have experience caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes, from tiny yorkies to large Rottweilers. I truly believe every pet deserves love, patience, and individualized care. Whether they are a playful pup, a senior dog, or a curious cat! I currently own two cats, Axel and Maeve who have taught me the importance of understanding each pet's unique and individual needs. I also grew up raising my family dog, Meka who is now 10. She is a sassy American Bulldog. I am an active and adventurous person who would love to provide your pet with lots of love and adventure-whether I take them potty in your backyard, cuddle with them on the couch, or take your pet for a long walk to get some energy out. I have been pet sitting for about the last 6 years, I am currently 22 and working full time while knocking out school part time. I will be able to provide the most help on weekends! I currently work full-time Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. I am able to provide pet care and walks Friday evenings through Sunday evenings and will make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, exercise and love during our time together. I specialize in ear scratches! Along with making sure your pet feels comfortable and safe, I want you as their owner to feel safe and that I am dependable, communicative and flexible. I currently live in a cozy studio apartment, so I prefer caring for pets in the comfort of their own home where they can stay in their familiar routine. I always follow the owner's instructions carefully, including the feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special care your pet may need. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved and comfortable while you are away or even while I am just taking them for a stroll! I love to provide photo updates throughout my time with the pet I am caring for as well- I know I always love to see pictures of my fur babies!

About: New to Rover but not to dogs! I love showing animals the patience and care they deserve. I have experience with puppies who have high energy, as well as older dogs who prefer life at a slower pace. Both of my dogs are rescues and they live a very spoiled life! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! Dogs feel more comfortable when they know what to expect, so I like to keep a good routine of making sure my dogs get their walks in! I provide attentive, individualized care by following each pet’s routine, including feeding, exercise, and any special instructions, to ensure consistency and comfort. I maintain a clean, safe environment while keeping owners updated with regular communication and promptly addressing any concerns.

Taylor is such an amazing dog walker. She helped us tremendously with our dog Chief and was always willing to help us and be flexible with Chiefs needs. She always puts the dogs needs about her own and cares for her animals. Chief was not feeling well a couple times and she made sure she went to our house multiple times that day to make sure Chief was okay. We are lucky to have found her to help us!

Lizbeth is wonderful with our 2-yr-old Mini Bernedoodle Cassie who greets her with as much enthusiasm as she greets either of us 😍 Lizbeth has been walking and/or playing with Cassie for 3-4 times a week since May 2026. Cassie is happy and prancing when they get back; also tired 😍 We couldn’t ask for more than this happy, tired little dog who’s excited with every visit.

  • 94% of walkers can help with special care needs
  • 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 96% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
