I am a para for OPS until May 21, 2026 and expect to be available full time after that for dog sitting. I am excited to be able to give your pet(s) all the attention they need/want in your absence! About: Growing up with a dog for 10+ years gave me a lifelong love for caring for them. I’ve also helped watch and walk friends’ dogs and always make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy while their owners are away. I’m currently a full-time student, so my schedule can vary during the week, but I’m typically available on weekends and may have some weekday availability depending on the day. I love spending that time caring for pets—whether that’s going for walks, playing, or giving them plenty of companionship! I’ll also have more flexibility and availability during the summer! I live in a pet-friendly apartment and prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for every dog in my care. There is a walking trail right across the street, which is perfect for regular walks and fresh air. I always keep a close eye on pets and make sure every dog feels comfortable and well cared for!

About: I’ve always had a passion for animals of all shapes and sizes, and have always had a few by my side. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of species—from small exotics to giant breed dogs—in both home and clinical settings. I’m especially drawn to pets with behavioral or special care needs. I have hands-on experience working with fearful or shut-down dogs, feral and semi-feral cats, and animals in high-stress environments, including shelter animals, wildlife rehabilitation and a variety of veterinary clinic settings. My approach is patient, low-stress, and tailored to each individual animal. I have been a veterinary assistant for the past 8 years and am currently working toward becoming a veterinary technician. This background allows me to recognize subtle changes in health or behavior, safely handle more sensitive pets, and provide a higher level of attentive, informed care. For walks, I tailor each outing to your dog’s energy level and comfort, focusing on safe, structured exercise. For drop-in visits, I focus on more than just the basics. I prioritize maintaining your pet’s routine, reducing stress while you’re away, and making sure they’re not only cared for, but comfortable. I’m experienced with multi-pet households, oral medications, and providing calm, consistent handling for pets that may not do well with new people. For house sitting/pet sitting, I provide the same care as my drop in’s with longer stays to give your pets more time, attention, and consistency, but I do not offer overnight stays. I aim to provide the same level of care and attention I would expect for my own pets—reliable, observant, and tailored to their individual needs. With my current schedule I am able to make short morning, and afternoon visits, as well as multiple evening visits. Adjustments made on a case to case basis. I do not stay over night. Outside of feeding, replacing water, walking/taking care of litter boxes, I like to stay for at least 30 minutes. If your kiddo is more anxious with me there I will limit the time I spend visiting. I get in as much snuggle and play time as they want in our time together,

About: I adopted my first dog 20 years ago, and I adopted my first cat 4 years ago! I was a volunteer, Adoption Coordinator, and foster Mom for Chain of Hope rescue in Kansas City for 8 years. My German Shep Harper (RIP) was a Therapy Dog and Reading Assistance Dog for 12 years. I have been in Omaha for 10 years, and I have taken care of countless friends' pets (for free!) In this economy, I need some extra cash -- but that's the secondary goal. The first goal is to pet more dogs and cats! I can do care visits at client's homes before 9AM, at 12PM, or after 5PM daily. If pets are boarding at my home, or I am house sitting at theirs, I typically work 9AM-5PM daily, and I will be home with them during non-work hours. I will also come home to check on them at lunch each day. I have a house with a fenced yard in Benson. I have three cats who are social and cat-human-dog-friendly. I have three areas (loft, main floor, basement) if pets need to be separated. I am a huge fan of neighborhood walks. Pets will be spoiled!

About: I have my own little fury friend which I walk, take to the restroom, handle her food and water daily needs for the past 6 years. I have house/pet sat for over 18 owners, and sat more than 25 dogs, and 10 cats. I like to leave things as I found them, or better if I can. Also, great with cats, fish, and used to own 2 turtles as well and wouldn’t mind watching your turtles or any additional pets, just shoot me a message and see! I work from 8am-5pm, M-F, I have a few hobbies but other than that I’m sitting! If your pet is able to be let out every 5 hours then our schedules should align perfectly. PLEASE NOTE: If your pet needs to be let out before 6:00am I will not be able to provide services for you. I am currently only available to house/ dog sit at your location because I stay with my mom, and although we do have our own dog, that’s all she can handle at a time 🤗
