“Abigail was a Godsend! We are regular pet sitters ourselves but never needed a sitter. This time we were going away for 8 days and no one could help watch our cat. Out of desperation, I downloaded the Rover app two days before we were leaving, not sure what I needed. Abby’s profile was one of about 10 that popped up quickly. I thought I might just want drop-in service so was fine with her not having a lot of reviews. She was the first and only one we met with. She was quick to respond, flexible and amiable. She also had a desire to work with animals (and current doors). When we met, she brought her sister for safety (also a sweet girl!) and we discussed our needs. We didn’t know what we wanted but decided to ask her to sleep at the house. She was fine with it. While we were gone, she sent pictures and played with other cat a lot. She gave off great vibes so we trusted her easily. We felt our precious kitty, who can be standoffish at times, was well-loved and cared for. We needed an emergency night at the end because our flight canceled. She, again, obliged. Thankfully! We returned to the house in clean condition and she went the extra mile and cleaned her own sheets and towels! We are so grateful to have found Abby and hope to use her in the future!”
