So I had to walk downstairs to the walk-out basement to get her in. Well, Kelsey got her to go up her outside balcony, while it may have been backwards for a few times. She has now solved my dilemma and I no longer have to go downstairs to let her in! I would rank her 10 out of 10 if it was an option. She even sent the dogs home with goodie bags!! “Vance is the absolute best person we’ve ever had take care of our dogs! He is super friendly, reliable, and easy to work with. He reached out to me every day, sent me pics and videos of our dogs, and responded immediately every time I checked in with him. He has a beautiful house with a very high fence, which was important for us since one of our dogs is a high jumper. He even gave our dogs a bath before they came home! After meeting Vance, we never once worried about our babies. They were so well taken care of, and we loved that someone was with them 24/7. They also got to play with other dogs he was watching at the same time. It is apparent just how much Vance loves dogs, and how much dogs love Vance! We plan to always book with him in the future!”
