I’ve been a pet lover since I could crawl, chasing after the furry pets in my home in order to get more cuddles. I’ve been taking neighbors dogs out for walks since I was old enough to leave my house unsupervised. I am experienced with meds for dogs; for cats and small mammals as well. I have fed, cleaned up after and supervised nearly every animal under the sun (including some zoo animals thanks to my aunt) and will love your baby like my own. Please let me know if you’re wanting 24/7 care, as it does require me to turn down other business. I understand that the extra fee incurred with full time care may feel excessive, and while I wish every sit could be for the love of the game, my own babies need to eat, and this is how they do it.

I am unable to care for fur babies at my own home, but when sitting at any house I always refer to your requests first and foremost. I love to snuggle and give treats, and I’m happy to hang out with new furry friends (or feathery, or scaley friends as well)!

We had an amazing experience with Margaret as our dog and cat sitter! She took such great care of our pets and made sure all of their needs were met while we were away. She was extremely communicative, kept us updated, and gave us so much peace of mind. On top of that, she left our house spotless and treated everything with so much care and respect. We could truly tell she loves animals and goes above and beyond for them. We would absolutely trust Margaret again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!
Margaret (Maggie) has been an excellent cat sitter for my four cats four or five times to date and is Excellent. For one trip, I was gone for three weeks and she stayed over a few nights as well. My cats absolutely adore her and she adores them. I will continue to use Maggie to watch my cats and trust her completely in my home. She is, by far, the best pet sitter I have had.
Margaret is very friendly. She took the time to meet my dogs the day prior that I needed her. Both of my dogs loved her, played with her and snuggled up to her. Thank you, Margaret!!
Maggie was amazing very professional and my dogs automatically loved her. I was recommended by a friend when I took a vacation and they didn’t allow pets, she took care of them like they were her own. Would always recommend.
Maggie is a natural with animals, especially dogs and cats. She truly has an affinity with them. My dog, Sasha, a shih tzu, loved Maggie and the attention Maggie gave her. I have always thought she should be a veterinarian because of her love for animals.

Schedule
I currently already have cats at home, so it limits me to just outside the house care. Luckily, the animals in my house have other family to care for them at all times so I am always available to for a walk, check-in or overnight if I haven’t already committed to a volunteer project (such as the Nebraska Humane Society- one of my favorite places to spend my free time).

- I would love to know any allergies your pet has, what medication I’ll be in charge of giving- any favorite treats and toys, as well as preferences for where they are allowed to be in the home. Any emergency contacts that you’re able to provide, such as a neighbor or nearby relatives in case of anything (god forbid!) happening- and please provide the name and number of their veterinarian. I adore a quick care sheet! It makes it so I can remember every step of your babies’ routine and not feel like I’m going to miss out on anything. No detail can be too small to include! If your kitty sometimes gets cheese while you cook dinner, let me know- I want them to have as regular of a sit as I can possibly provide!
