“My cats have been suffering some separation anxiety, so I thought having a cat sitter on my work days would help them. So far it has been wonderful. My cats have not had any behavioral mishaps and appear happier when I get home. Thank you Kenzee.”

“Andrea is amazing! She came twice a day to care for our cat and did such a wonderful job. Her updates were very detailed and fun with photos and we felt very safe and secure and completely trusted her with Hazel and our home. Andrea is super responsive and whenever we go out of town again we will hire her for sure. Highly recommend!”

“Marianne kept my judgmental and grumpy kitties very happy! I’m not even sure they noticed I was gone. She made sure food and water and the litter box was clean. And, she even gave my plants some TLC.”

About: I love all dogs and especially the wild working breeds and their silly personalities! From Malinois to Plott Hounds, I am experienced in caring for the special needs of high drive dogs. I have my own working line shepherd who has been working through trauma induced reactivity issues, and I am *very* sensitive to behavior modification training. (No other animals will join in any appointments with clients.) I also adore puppies and their velociraptor ways, and do not charge additional base fees to work with them. I can't wait to meet you and you furry best friends! I am a full time remote worker and have a highly flexible schedule. The company operates during normal business hours, and my weekends are generally open. My offerings are for care within a client's home, and to take dogs on walks near their home. Please tell me about what your canine pal loves to do. Play ball? Sniff out squirrels? Take a leisurely stroll? Become one with the couch? :)

About: Animals have always been my happy place. From as far back as I can remember, I’ve had the privilege of caring for both cats and dogs, developing a deep bond and understanding of their unique personalities. Having spent years with furry friends, I've learned that every pet has its own quirks and needs, but all of them share one thing in common: a desire for love, attention, and connection. What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my genuine passion and hands-on experience. I'm not just someone who watches pets — I actively engage with them, whether it’s a playful game of fetch, a peaceful cuddle session, or a long walk to explore the world around us. I believe in creating an environment where pets feel safe, loved, and entertained. I’ve never met an animal that didn’t enjoy quality time with their human, and I take pride in giving them the attention they deserve. Whether it’s providing mental stimulation with toys, helping pets burn off energy with exercise, or simply offering companionship, my goal is always to ensure the well-being and happiness of each pet in my care. Their needs come first, and I make sure to listen to both the animals and their owners to create a routine that works for everyone. I’m more than just a pet sitter — I’m a true pet lover. With years of experience and an intuitive understanding of animal behavior, you can trust me to provide your pet with the best care possible. After all, every pet deserves to feel like they’re part of the family. Currently, my daily schedule revolves around taking care of my mom and my own animals, so having a flexible job is crucial. Luckily, pet sitting is the perfect fit for this chapter in my life, allowing me to combine my love for animals with my responsibilities at home I live in a peaceful, pet-friendly community, where I have access to quiet walks and a safe outdoor space. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood or a quick potty break, I ensure your pet gets the fresh air and exercise they need at their own pace. Inside the house, I’ve designed the space to be a cozy retreat for pets. I have a large, comfortable dog carrier for pets who need a quiet space to rest, as well as plenty of soft bedding and safe spots for them to relax and feel secure. I believe in building trust with each animal, which is why I ensure they have access to everything they might need, at any time — from fresh water in every room of my home to ample opportunities for play and attention.

“Amazing!!! Thanks grace for being there!”

“Thank you so much!”

“Natalie has been watching my kitties when I’m out of town for a few months now and she really cares about my babies. She sends pictures, follows up with care recommendations (my boy had a cut on his nose and she helped take care of it) and she genuinely cares about my cats which makes going on vacation and work trips so less stressful. I know they will be in excellent hands and taken care of. Thank you Natalie!”

“Sonia did a wonderful job taking care of my kitty while I was away for the week! She obviously cares and I came home to a happy, healthy kitty! Would highly recommend and will hire her in the future!”

“Silver loves Jenna! She took care of our cat very well, and is the sweetest ever. You and your pets will love her too!”

“Kim was great to work with! I wish my cat wasn’t such a scaredy cat, but thankfully she was able to spot her a few times. Everything was taken care of while I was away and Kim always updated me when she was at the house. Would definitely book for visits again!”

About: I'm well-versed in litterboxes, cleaning up messes and throw up, interacting with hyper active animals until they wear themselves out, and gaining the trust of skittish animals. I work with kids, I find pets are much easier. I'm a full time student at UCSC and a runner which is perfect because I can study while petting a cat or take your hyperactive dog for a fun run. I'm also a lifeguard during the summers so I'm well versed with the beach and the sea and for the dogs who like to swim or paddleboard, I can show them an amazing day. I make sure the home is as clean if not cleaner than when I got there. I make sure to gain a pets trust before anything else, prioritizing eye contact and belly rubs. I'm very adaptable and can work with older and young, hyper animals.

“Angie was wonderful with my two cats while I was gone. This was my first time leaving them alone for longer than just overnight, and they adjusted well with Angie checking in on them everyday and sending updates. I came back to happy, well taken care of babes and will definitely rebook if I ever need to leave short notice again :) thanks again, Angie!!!”

“Shannon is great. Worked with us to get my dog comfortable with her, and my dog loved seeing her. We will miss her!”

“It was perfect. Sarah immediately bonded with the cats and they were relaxed when we arrived home after our holiday. So definitely five stars.”

“Ryan was quick to respond, easy to work with, and sent plenty photos throughout the week. Thank you!”

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, I even had a gecko when I was younger. I have lived with and cared for pets my whole life. I grew up with a orange tabby cat, and recently lived with a Bombay and an American shorthair. I have also cat sat an Egyptian Mau and a Nebelung. My friends call me the cat whisperer because even when they say "he/she isn't keen to newcomers, the cat tends to feel comfortable with me right from the start". This is something I love seeing since cats are known to be more picky about who they chose to rub against or get close to. I have also grown up around and cared for a variety of dogs. To list a few dog breeds I have cared for: American Eskimo, Labrador, Golden Retrieves, Huskie, Malamute, German Shepard, Cavapoo, Belgian Malinois, Golden Doodle, Beagle, Wiener dog, Katahula, Mountain Cur, Boxer. My first dog was an American Eskimo , and then my family also had a couple Labs and currently have a Katahula/Mountain Cur mix. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me with the care of their pets. I have experience working with working dogs (Belgian Malinois, German Shepard) and caring for them on strict schedules as my best friend has 2 working dogs that have alternating schedules and crate times. My last roommate has a Cavapoo and since I work fully remote I spent the days caring for him, taking him on walks, feeding him dinner, I even gave him bathes though he didn't particularly enjoy them. I love to go for runs/walks and love to cuddle. I promise that if you chose me to care for your pet they will receive all the love I have to offer. I currently work from home full-time with a lot of flexibility in my work schedule, so I am able to take the pets out for walks multiple times a day if needed, and it opens me up to be more available to watch your pets. I am a highly active person so having a furry companion to play with always makes my days better. I currently share an apartment with a roommate who does not do well with Pet Dander so it is best if I care for your furry friends at your home. I will respect your wishes whether you allow pets on furniture or not. I do not mind if they are on the furniture but that is a personal preference and understand the need for consistency with animals. When caring for your pet I just ask that you provide a note of preferred do's or dont's in your home.

About: Hello! If you can’t tell by our pics already, our family just love pups! We understand how nerve racking it can be to leave your pup in a new place while you’re away, but we can assure you that you’ll have peace of mind with us. We keep you updated with pics/videos and inform you how they’re doing constantly. My husband is in the military and is home for a good portion of his time, so we both do the caring at home full-time. This means your pup(s) will always have my kids and I to play/cuddle with :) and my husband to go on jogs for the pups with extra energy 🥰. We’ve cared for numerous pups ranging from puppies to seniors so we can accommodate any special requests you may have. We do not believe in caging/kenneling any dogs (unless the owner mandates it), so they are free to roam throughout the home. We’re both huge dog lovers and will ensure to provide your pup with the love and care they deserve. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to message me and I will get back to you ASAP! We do offer a pick-up and drop-off service, but only if the Carmel/Monterey area. If this is your first time using Rover, please use my promo code for $20 off your first booking! SERGIM41358, https://www.rover.com/sit/ If your booking request overlaps a holiday, the holiday rate will only be charged for the holiday weekend. The rest of the nights will be charged at our regular rate. This is something I will adjust once I receive a request because Rover’s system charges the holiday rate for the full stay. I've established a schedule that ensures each dog gets adequate attention, exercise, feeding, and playtime. Mornings typically begin with a walk, followed by feeding. Throughout the day, I run play sessions to ensure pups get the socialization and activity they need. Evenings are reserved for another walk and some relaxation time. The well-being and happiness of every dog in my care is my utmost priority, and I always strive to provide a home away from home experience for them. In my home, pets are treated as part of the family. I ensure they have a designated, comfortable space to rest and sleep. I stick to a consistent feeding schedule, always providing fresh water and food. Daily exercise, whether it's walks or playtime, is a must. Beyond their physical needs, I prioritize their emotional well-being by providing ample attention, affection, and stimulation through toys and interaction.
