“Luisa was excellent! We got tons of updates, pictures and our pup was so well cared for throughout the day. We were so grateful for her. Incredibly flexible, patient, and kind. Highly recommend!!”

“Jen was great with our dog Lucy! She was very patient as Lucy was a bit nervous and got settled in. But she took her on a lovely beach walk and Lucy really enjoyed that. Afterwards, Lucy got playtime with Jen's dog Tillie and a nice snooze in the sun. Jen kept us apprised of all the happenings with kits of photos. We will definitely book with her again.”

“When our dog, Galadriel came home from her first day of daycare, she passed out and slept for a good 4 hours! I was told from Jill she had the time of her life! We are really happy that G has a place to run around and that she also has another dog to play with. We also got text updates and photos! Awesome place!”

“My metric is simple: if my dog walks willingly with you and doesn’t look back when I drop him off—he’s happy, I’m happy. With Jennifer, that’s exactly what happens every time. When we arrive, he greets her with a wiggly body, and when I pick him up, he’s relaxed and content. My dog is on a restricted diet, so leaving him with someone is always a little scary—he’s my family, and he can be high maintenance. Jennifer put all my worries at ease. She cares for him like her own, and I never have to wonder if he’s safe, loved, and well cared for. No stress, no sick belly—just a happy pup. Her love for dogs truly shines through. I’m so grateful we found her! Highly recommend.”

“Great day for the dogs, we received pictures and were kept up to date how the girls were doing. We were late picking them up but James is very accommodating, would love to book with him again.”

“My dog always got so excited when it was time to drop her off for daycare in the morning and was always tired in the evening when it was time for pickup! She always seemed to have a great time. Couldn't recommend enough!”

“We love Lisa!! She was so nice to last minute offer to watch Sopa for the day while movers were at our house. She was so thoughtful to pick and drop her off at the house, which was above and beyond!! :) As soon as she got to the door to pick Sopa up, Sopa was so smiley and happy, and she was anxious to leave us to hang with her buddy Lisa! Another wonderful experience with Lisa :)”

“Jennifer and Champ are the best! They are both so welcoming. My middle-aged Lab is usually somewhat mellow and indifferent, but when he arrived for his second visit at Jennifer's house, he was super bouncy and excited! Jennifer has a big fenced yard and she has transformed her house for ultimate dog-friendly comfort. She sent pictures and updates throughout his visit, and even printed a beautiful photo of him for me to take home. Jennifer is very responsive, quickly responding to my inquiries about scheduling and and answering questions. I knew my Nikko was in good hands and I felt 100 percent comfortable leaving my pup with her. I just hope she doesn't get too popular and busy!”

About: I am good with all animals, both cats and dogs have been in the family for years. Caring for them is a pleasure for me. I am retired and have lots of time to commit to companionship. I enjoy hiking and walking, companionship on those walks would be very nice. I have acreage with plenty of room to play. Our home is open for pets to roam, we don't cage any animals at our house.
“Jerry is simply amazing. If you are an animal lover, and have a "sixth-sense" of other animal lovers, then you will likely resonate with Jerry. He is extraordinarily empathic. My ONLY hesitation in writing this review is that I don't want him to grow so *in-demand* that it becomes tricky to book him! From a practical perspective, he is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating and communicative. Our mini-Aussie (Nigel) has a bit of separation anxiety, and Jerry accommodated to this dynamic flawlessly, and provided an outstanding service/ for us and our "fur baby"... I am so very grateful - and at Peace - to have Nigel in Jerry's care again soon. Much Gratitude”

About: Dog-loving family, but currently dog-free, so I would love to borrow your companion so I can get in some cuddles. My yard is fully fenced, and the neighborhood has sidewalks for safe walks. I have a flexible work schedule, which I can adjust for your pets needs. Dogs must be kid friendly (ages 10 & 7), and cat friendly. The kitties (Mac & Jack) prefer to stay in their ‘wing’ of the house when we have friends over, so they will be separated, but must be friendly in case they decide to venture out to check out the guests. I have a flexible work schedule, and a quiet office if your companion prefers to stay close during the work day. I have to be out and about to do sport drop offs and kid activities, but generally home every couple hours when we are out and about, and most places they can come with, if that is their thing. Or stay home and chill on the couch until we return. I have a fully fenced yard, and can keep your dog on their current schedule. Bring anything your dog needs for a comfortable sleep and some notes on their feeding schedule, and whatever else is needed to make them happy during their visit.
About: 60 years experience with wide variety of animals. Currently have 5 dogs, 4 large animals in barn, 2 cats and I am comfortable with all breeds. Great Danes to chihuahua. Finicky cats to cuddlers. Boarding on case by case basis. Prefer to stay on Kitsap/Pierce County side of Narrows bridge, but will consider any Pierce County location with appropriate, negotiated fees. Currently retired. Don't need or want full time job, but love animals and willing to help owner with less flexibility in their schedule. * Military discount available. **Long term deployment care negotiable. Twice daily feeding, 3-4 times potty breaks for my personal pets with at least 1 extended walk per day (depending on weather). I have fenced turn out area with cover for inclement weather.
About: Former mental-health professional who is happily shifting my career from mental health & behavioral health counseling to full-time animal care—because honestly, dogs have always been my favorite therapy clients! I fully understand fear, trauma, and behavior at a deep level. For years I have been the go to Foster for local rescues for complex medical and emotional needs dogs. For nearly 15 years I’ve volunteered and fostered with local rescues and shelters, helping many dogs find calm, confidence, and their forever homes. I hold canine CPR & first-aid certification, I have extensive training in dog behavior and positive-reinforcement techniques, and I’m currently studying for my CPDT-KA professional dog trainer certification. When your dog stays with me, they are literally the only guest in my home. They have full run of the house and fully fenced backyard, sleep wherever they feel most secure (many choose right in bed with me), and receive gentle, constant companionship in an ultra-low-stress environment. I work from home, have no children present, no other animals and I am the only person in my home. My fully fenced, spacious backyard gives them plenty of room to zoom, play, or just sunbathe while I’m never more than a room away. Canine CPR certified and comfortable with injections, fluids, seizure meds, tubes — whatever your dog needs. No kids, no pets, no chaos—just peace and snuggles Your dog lives like family: free roam, couch cuddles, my bed if wanted, constant company, daily yard play, fresh meals, meds, love—never crated or alone.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years and genuinely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and bathe their pets, and I treat every animal like they’re my own. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including energetic puppies and sweet senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I’m attentive, dependable, and happy to stick to your pet’s routine so they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I love making time to give animals attention, exercise, and companionship. I follow feeding instructions closely, keep water fresh, and make sure pets get plenty of love, play, and supervision while in my care.

“Once again Codi did a great job in taking care of my dog. My dog loves running around in the backyard and Codi makes sure he's clean once he's done playing. Highly recommend her!”
