She regularly sent updates on how he was doing, and took him out for beach walks. We scheduled a meet and greet to make sure Milo would get along with her pups. They got along fabulously and her dogs are so affectionate and sweet. Maria is also flexible with arranging pick up and drop off times which is greatly appreciated. Milo usually has some trouble eating when he is away from me. Maria quickly figured out how to soothe his anxiety and got him to eat quickly. When I came back Milo was clearly happy to see me, but also looked like he had had fun, rest and lovely time. I will book with Maria again and again! I highly recommend her as a sitter.”

About: I grew up with several cats and kittens and have experience caring for cats at all stages of life. “Anna’s help in caring for my cat was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’d never hired a pet sitter before, but she’ll be my go-to from now on. My cat is extremely social and I was concerned he’d be lonely while I was away for several weeks. Anna spent lots of time giving him attention and play. My cat also compulsively scratches himself, and with me gone he kicked it up a notch and tore through the skin. Anna had no problem giving him his pills and cleaning the wound. Additionally, she fed and kept an eye on our fish. She is an absolute saint: professional, communicative, and a lovely human to boot. Hire her!”

When I have those they are pre-planned in advance and I can give you details upon your sitting request. I try to be as non-invasive as possible. I bring my own blankets, towels & silverware. I like to make sure the daily routine of your animal is as close to it usually is. I keep dogs on leashes no matter what when on walks! And usually keep them contained when loading anything in or out to avoid any running away/chasing them around kind of drama. Anything you recommended to me or want me to do I will make sure happens to ensure your pets & home are safe. For boarding I have a very large fenced back yard with a locked gate which is the only access outside. There's also neighborhoods around with side walks for walks. I do have a hotel styled lock at the top of my front door that makes it impossible for the kids to accidentally open it and let any animals out. I also usually for boarding attach an air tag to the animal while they are at my house for extra precaution. No such thing as too safe!
“Matt is great sitter! I was so nervous dropping Sammy off because it was the first time I let someone else watch him. My fears were gone when I saw how happy Sammy was. The next time I dropped Sammy off at Matt’s, Sammy was pulling on his leash trying to run up to Matt’s house. Sammy was so excited about the fun he was going to have. Matt does a great job running Sammy and taking him on walks. As a corgi, Sammy has a ton of energy so I’m glad Matt was able to accommodate that. Would recommend using Matt 100%.”

I also really appreciate Amanda's flexibility as I had to cancel day 3 due to personal reasons. I will be rescheduling soon...and many times after that! It was such a comfort to know Corbin was well cared for and safe, so I could focus on learning how to sail and not be worried about him.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, energy levels, and personalities! I have personally helped with feeding, potty breaks, bathing, playtime, and giving lots of love and attention! More recently, I have helped care for an energetic Australian Shepherd and a senior Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, adapting my care to each dog's individual needs and personality. I make sure all types of dogs feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I am currently a college student at home for the summer, so I have plenty of free time in my daily schedule to play with your pups! My schedule is very flexible, and I have lots of availability for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and giving pets the attention and care they need. I do not currently offer pet care services in my own home. I prefer to care for pets in their own homes, where they are already familiar with their surroundings and feel safest and most comfortable. I will follow each pet's usual routine and their owner's instructions closely, while providing plenty of supervision. I want every pet and their owner to feel secure, relaxed, and well cared for.
