“Coretta, is amazing! I almost don’t want to say anything about her so we can keep her to ourselves!!!! LOL Honestly, if you select Coretta, you will not be disappointed. We are not the most organized and she went beyond the call of duty to make sure our furbabies were well taken care of. We had no expectations, but she definitely set the bar. She is pretty much family at this point!!! Thank you, Coretta for being so accommodating and helpful. Definitely 10 starts is applicable here!!!!”

About: I have experience with dogs with anxiety who use medication, needy/clingy dogs, and dogs with disabilities. I am extremely thorough and patient in case something goes wrong with them and I maintain a calm demeanor at all times. When it comes to instructions, please provide a brief, detailed description of your pet's daily routine and I'll follow it to the letter. I'm currently a graduate student at CSU; summers are a slow period for me. I am more than willing to babysit pets for as many nights, walks, feeding times as needed. During school time I will do walks, feeding visits and the occasional overnight weekend stay. I am committed to your pet's comfort level and will adapt to their schedule to the best of my ability. I will spoil them rotten because I absolutely love all dogs and cats of all shapes and mannerisms. Even if they hate me. If I am confused about anything regarding your pet's behavior, such as licking paws, over-grooming, an increase in urination, I will let you know about it as soon as I see it. I also LOVE talking to the pets so I will have full-on conversations with them. I'm especially good with repeat visits so if you are interested in having a one-time sitter for the next few years, I'm MORE than willing to take up that responsibility. Familiarity is very important with pets and as mentioned before, I am focused on the pet's comfort.

“Shantell does a great job taking care of my fur baby. He feels comfortable around her and responds well.”

About: I grew up with dogs - my Afghan, Kesha, was my first best friend and how I learned to braid (lol). I've cared for Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Cockers, and Min Pins. I've dog-sat and cat-sat for family and neighbors for years, and now my daughters and I are ready to open our peaceful home and fenced yard to pets needing love while their people are away. Our house has a crate, a basement space, and plenty of tail-wagging energy. Dogs aren't just welcome here, they're remembered forever. I'm currently home during the day with a very flexible schedule. I have plenty of time, space, and love to offer pets who need calm, consistent care while their owners are away. Pet care fits easily into my routine and brings so much joy into our home. I approach every client's home with the same respect. I would want someone to have in mine. I've worked in private homes as a section 8 inspector, a home care aide, and an insurance rep, so I'm comfortable operating professionally in someone else's space. I follow all house rules, keep things clean, and ensure pets feel safe and at ease while you're away. We live in a pet-friendly neighborhood. My daughters and I often take walks around the neighborhood, so any pet we care for will get the benefit of fresh air, familiar sights, and friendly energy. We have a peaceful, fenced yard, a crate if needed, and a quiet, unoccupied basement space for rest or separation when appropriate. I'm very aware of animal behavior, neighbor pets, and how to make pets feel safe and seen. This is a calm, kid-friendly, and pet-loving home.

I know how vital calmness can be, and keep myself patient. I know every dog is different, so please share everything you can about your animal and all their quirks! Getting to interact with animals is so much fun and so fulfilling, I wish to spend more of my time doing it when I can. I currently work from home, so my schedule is incredibly flexible!
