With an open schedule, I can easily adapt to your pet's routine, whether that means morning walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company throughout the day. I know that being away from their owner can be an adjustment for some pets, so I do my best to create a calm, loving, and familiar environment where they feel safe and comfortable. When caring for pets during drop-in visits and dog walks, I make it a priority to maintain the routine they're familiar with, so they feel comfortable and at ease. Every pet is unique, so I take the time to understand their needs, whether that's a fun walk, playtime, mealtime, or some extra attention and affection. My goal is to provide thoughtful, reliable care that keeps your pet happy while giving you confidence that they're in good hands.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m patient, dependable, and make it my priority to keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to your pet’s routine, I’ll provide the same care and attention I’d want for my own pets. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals with different personalities and energy levels. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know your pet is in good hands. As a Division I student-athlete, I have basketball practice Monday through Thursday until around 1:30 p.m., which makes me available for afternoon, evening, and overnight pet care during the week. My weekends are completely open, giving me plenty of time to provide attentive, reliable care. I enjoy staying active, so whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply needs companionship, I’ll make sure they receive the same love and attention I give my own pets back home. Since I currently live in a dorm, I’m unable to provide pet care in my own home. However, I’m happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, where they can stay in a familiar environment. I treat every home with the utmost respect by keeping it clean, organized, and exactly as I found it. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, make sure they feel safe and comfortable, and provide plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing both your pet and your home are in good hands.

About: Fenced yard, structured routine, and attentive care in a real home environment. I provide clean, consistent boarding with clear expectations so dogs can settle quickly and feel secure. I’ve worked with a wide range of breeds and temperaments, including Afghan Hounds, Rottweilers, Pitbulls, Cockers, Min Pins, Weimaraners, and Akitas. I’m comfortable handling both easygoing dogs and higher-energy or more strong-willed personalities. My home is set up for structure and safety. I have multiple crates in different sizes, a dedicated space for separation when needed, and a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time. If your dog does best with a quieter environment or needs to be the only dog, I can accommodate that with advance notice and adjusted pricing. Dogs aren't just welcome here, they're remembered. I'm currently home during the day with a very flexible schedule. I have plenty of time, space, and love to offer pets who need calm, consistent care while their owners are away. Pet care fits easily into my routine and brings so much joy into our home. I approach every client's home with the same respect I would want someone to have in mine. I've worked in private homes as a section 8 inspector and a home care aide, so I'm comfortable operating professionally in someone else's space. I follow all house rules, keep things clean, and ensure pets feel safe and at ease while you're away. We live in a pet-friendly neighborhood, and I often take walks around the neighborhood, so any pet will get the benefit of fresh air, familiar sights, and friendly energy. We have a peaceful, fenced yard, and a couple of unoccupied spaces for rest or separation when appropriate. I'm very aware of animal behavior, neighbor pets, and how to make pets feel safe and seen. This is a calm, kid-friendly, and pet-loving home.

About: I’ve grown up with pets and began pet sitting in high school for my coaches and family. With over two years of recent experience, a flexible daytime schedule, and a pet-friendly neighborhood near the Pullman Monument and Arcade Park, I provide reliable, personalized care for dogs and cats while making life easier for pet owners. I work a part-time remote job, giving me flexible weekdays for pet care, including overnights. I mainly book weekdays but can make certain weekends work. I love to collaborate with clients to create the best experience for their pets, staying attentive to their needs and creating a calm, comfortable environment, for example, by playing soothing music for pets.

About: Hi Rover! My name is Alex. I have been a pet owner since I could walk; dogs, cats, fish, birds, gerbils, even rats! I absolutely love animals and I am sure I can give your pet the love they require while you are away. I am the fur mommy of Sāj (pronounced Sage), and my angel fur baby Stasi 🕊️💕. Sāj loves other dogs almost more than she loves me. We have fur friends of all ages, shapes and sizes. So big or small, she can adapt and be a fun friend to play/cuddle with. I do work a full time job, however, I have flexibility in my day for walks, playtime, feeding, etc. I can provide plenty of daily updates and pictures. For new clients, I offer a doggie report card and Polaroid photo to ensure your pet was taken care of with the same love you give. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask. About: I have worked with animals in various roles throughout the years, from working in a doggy daycare, to volunteering and fostering with various rescue organizations (OTAT, RWAR). I am experienced in senior pet care, administering medication, and some obedience training. I have a soft spot for brachycephalic breeds, and I owned and raised a Boston Terrier rescue dog for 12 years (RIP Batman 2009-2023). I currently own a mellow and submissive lab/husky mix, Henry, and a Maine Coon/Domestic Medium Hair cat, Tater Tot. Both get along with other animals. I am currently not working a full time “normal” job, so I have plenty of time to walk and babysit your furry friends. I am available for on-demand walks in the city limits of Chicago and south suburbs. For North and Northwest Suburbs, I can be flexible with enou I own a historic Victorian row home; it is 3 stories plus a basement and 2600 sq ft. My home is in the heart of the Historic Pullman District, on National Park Service land. My neighborhood is VERY safe, and my home is also down the street from the 005 District Police Station. My home has plenty of room to spare for your fur children. Not only that, I also have a 6 ft fully fenced yard. There is a dog park 3 blocks from my home, and I am in close proximity to several Forest Preserves. If baths are requested, bath lovers can enjoy baths in a jacuzzi tub, and bath tolerators will be bathed in a walk in shower with a double rainfall showerhead, and a handheld shower head for the hard to reach spots. I can offer pickup and dropoff for those without a car or time to spare, and dogs will be transported in a seatbelt for safety.
