About: I’ve always had a love for animals, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I’m patient, dependable, and make it my priority to keep pets safe, happy, and comfortable while you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or sticking to your pet’s routine, I’ll provide the same care and attention I’d want for my own pets. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, senior pets, and animals with different personalities and energy levels. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you always know your pet is in good hands. As a Division I student-athlete, I have basketball practice Monday through Thursday until around 1:30 p.m., which makes me available for afternoon, evening, and overnight pet care during the week. My weekends are completely open, giving me plenty of time to provide attentive, reliable care. I enjoy staying active, so whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or simply needs companionship, I’ll make sure they receive the same love and attention I give my own pets back home. Since I currently live in a dorm, I’m unable to provide pet care in my own home. However, I’m happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home, where they can stay in a familiar environment. I treat every home with the utmost respect by keeping it clean, organized, and exactly as I found it. I’ll follow your pet’s routine closely, make sure they feel safe and comfortable, and provide plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing both your pet and your home are in good hands.

About: Hi Rover! My name is Alex. I have been a pet owner since I could walk; dogs, cats, fish, birds, gerbils, even rats! I absolutely love animals and I am sure I can give your pet the love they require while you are away. I am the fur mommy of Sāj (pronounced Sage), and my angel fur baby Stasi 🕊️💕. Sāj loves other dogs almost more than she loves me. We have fur friends of all ages, shapes and sizes. So big or small, she can adapt and be a fun friend to play/cuddle with. I do work a full time job, however, I have flexibility in my day for walks, playtime, feeding, etc. I can provide plenty of daily updates and pictures. For new clients, I offer a doggie report card and Polaroid photo to ensure your pet was taken care of with the same love you give. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! I have a hybrid schedule of work from home and office time, with flexibility to ensure your pet, like mine, are not left alone for extended periods of time throughout the day. I have a home with huge fenced yard to roam and play. I live within walking distance to regular parks and don’t mind taking a trip to the dog parks for socializing and exercise.

About: I have always cared for the cats of my neighbors in Chicago, let alone other cats. Since my young adult years, I always have had cats and have been learning how to care for them from personal experience, reading online, and visiting vets as well as volunteering at shelters in Chicago over the years or supporting fundraisers! I am available nowadays to care for your pet at my home for a short period of time. Or I could visit your home! I am aware of territory adjustments and super careful about health issues. I have experience working with children and understand how important it is to supervise and engage with pets all the time! Also, it is important to pay attention to them in terms of health and behavior and provide a healthy routine of meals and clean litter boxes, among other things.
