About: I’ve grown up around big and small dogs all my life! I have fostered dogs with PAWS Chicago in the past, including puppies (2 week old) and dogs with specific medical needs. Since I work part-time, I have plenty of time in the day to go on long walks, play in the park, work on tricks and, of course, cuddle on the couch. Any change in routine can be stressful to handle, so when dog and housesitting, I stick as closely as possible to the dog’s schedule (walks, meal times etc.), to keep them calm and comfortable.

I am very comfortable walking dogs of all sizes, and am happy to take them outside to play as well! If your pet has any medication, I can make sure they take them. About: I’ve grown up with animals all my life and my house was always noisy. However, now that I’ve moved away from home I’ve been missing the little guys. Im going into a my Masters program at UChicago! I’m also a barista at Starbucks! I usually work in the early morning so my afternoons are pretty open! About: I am a writer and artist by day and absolutely love animals! I'm looking to share my extra time caring for your furbabies! I have experience walking, feeding, monitoring, and caring for dogs (large-small, puppy-senior), reptiles, small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, ferret etc.), I have my own pets including, two terrier mixed dogs, an American bull toad, and a free roam rabbit. I have cared for my family's dog as well. I am available during the weekdays, Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons. My weekends vary based on my availability but I can be flexible and discuss more in consultation. I have my own vehicle so I am able to check in and care for your pet, and help them at a moments notice in case of emergency's, I have a large fenced in yard at home that allows for plenty of space for your fur baby to explore, walk and play for a few hours.

About: Taking care of dogs was the first job I ever had. Neighbors would have me come over after school to check in with their babies and play with them or take them on walks. I've also been lucky enough to watch people's dogs while they were out of town; including puppies! Most recently, I volunteered at an animal shelter where we would take animals for walks, train them, bathe them, and shower them with love and treats! Your pet will be staying in my home, so they will have the whole house to themselves. I take extra long walks to the park and the beach often. You will never find anyone more invested in your best friend. Every hour of every day is dedicated to caring for your best friend. I am very active. I go to the gym 5 days a week. Working with dogs and cats gives me what we need in order to stay fit and mental stable. I will have your doggies tired at the end of the day!! The doggies and kitties have the entire house to their self. I have a big home with 4 floors. I also have a large yard that is fenced in and totally secure. No one gets in or out unless I decide to.

As a freelance farmer, educator, and researcher, I make my own schedule and I am able to flexibly adjust my routine for most pet care needs. I am at the farm 3-4 days per week and home on other days. My days are generally structured around animal care. I start with my morning chores, making the rounds for each pet and farm animal. Through midday I balance my research and freelance work with any of the pets' daytime needs, and in the evening again I do the rounds for closing chores.
