About: I've owned and cared for dogs since elementary school. Including pet sitting for several senior and high needs dogs. I find bonding with and learning each other's quirks very rewarding At the moment my schedule revolves around my pets. I don't have a full time job, and so I have plenty of time to spend with them. I have a 6 foot fenced in yard with plenty of space to play, and I live in a single family home. Nobody else will have access to your pets if they're with me. I have a separate room for doggies staying with me away from my pets with resting space, an extra crate and extra pens of different types so that everyone can be comfortable and have some space of their own while they relax. But if our dogs get along then yours can just live in my home like one of the family for their stay. Treats included! The yard can get muddy, especially in the spring and fall, and my dogs love love love to run, play and get messy so expect your pup to come home a bit dirtier than they arrived, and don't feel the need to make them shine before their stay if they like to play!

About: I have had an affinity for animals my whole life, began pet sitting by early high school, and have additional experience in zoo care and animal research. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. Before joining Rover, I regularly used Wag to walk and care for dogs, so I’m familiar with working with different breeds, temperaments, routines, and owner preferences. About: I’ve lived with dogs my whole life, mostly hounds but lots of experience with all breeds! I am more than happy to work with dogs of any age and have experience with caring for high needs and senior dogs. i am no stranger to a mess and have no problem cleaning up any type of accident. i love all dogs but my heart really goes out to the big pups out there <3. i am quite comfortable with working with dogs that have behavioral/agression issues, given i am properly informed and prepared. i have a fairly open schedule most of the time. i work freelance contractually from time to time, but i am always available to take a break and come see your fur baby. i am returning part time to school in the fall, but that should not interfere with care timings I am very comfortable with dog procedural things. About: I have volunteered at animal shelters since I was 10 years old, and am comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and ages! Additionally, I have seven years of experience pet/house sitting, including overnight. In the past few years, I have specialized in caring for puppies, and have experience with bottle feeding. I also had the unique opportunity to work with a coalition that supported people experiencing domestic violence by connecting their pets with fosters while they stayed in shelters (which normally do not allow animals.) I am currently a grad student at the University of Chicago, and have quite a bit of flexibility in my schedule! Whether you would like me to stay at your home full-time while you are away, or just need me to stop by for periodic visits, walks, or play-time, I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pets! I am available both during the week and on the weekends, and can't wait to spend them hanging out with your cats and dogs! I am very comfortable walking dogs of all sizes, and am happy to take them outside to play as well! If your pet has any medication, I can make sure they take them. I will make sure that dogs have plenty of potty breaks, and that all animals are fed on time. If I am staying in your home, I will be respectful of any boundaries you have and will leave the place just as you left it.
About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs of varying ages and have always enjoyed it immensely. I no longer have a dog of my own but I would love to make friends with yours. I am working 3 days per week (not a set schedule) and have enough time to spend with some lovely dogs. My schedule changes week to week but I am quite flexible and hopeful we can find a good agreement for dog sitting/walking. My apartment is clean and spacious and perfect for a small/medium dog to stay at and play. I do not own a crate but also would prefer if your dog is properly trained and can tolerate being in open space.
