About: Hi Rover! My name is Alex. I have been a pet owner since I could walk; dogs, cats, fish, birds, gerbils, even rats! I absolutely love animals and I am sure I can give your pet the love they require while you are away. I am the fur mommy of Sāj (pronounced Sage), and my angel fur baby Stasi 🕊️💕. Sāj loves other dogs almost more than she loves me. We have fur friends of all ages, shapes and sizes. So big or small, she can adapt and be a fun friend to play/cuddle with. I do work a full time job, however, I have flexibility in my day for walks, playtime, feeding, etc. I can provide plenty of daily updates and pictures. For new clients, I offer a doggie report card and Polaroid photo to ensure your pet was taken care of with the same love you give. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask. I look forward to meeting you and your dog! I have a hybrid schedule of work from home and office time, with flexibility to ensure your pet, like mine, are not left alone for extended periods of time throughout the day. I have a home with huge fenced yard to roam and play. I live within walking distance to regular parks and don’t mind taking a trip to the dog parks for socializing and exercise.

About: I am a writer and artist by day and absolutely love animals! I'm looking to share my extra time caring for your furbabies! I have experience walking, feeding, monitoring, and caring for dogs (large-small, puppy-senior), reptiles, small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, ferret etc.), I have my own pets including, two terrier mixed dogs, an American bull toad, and a free roam rabbit. I have cared for my family's dog as well. I am available during the weekdays, Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons. My weekends vary based on my availability but I can be flexible and discuss more in consultation. Your pet will be staying in my home, so they will have the whole house to themselves. I take extra long walks to the park and the beach often. You will never find anyone more invested in your best friend. Every hour of every day is dedicated to caring for your best friend. I am very active. I go to the gym 5 days a week. Working with dogs and cats gives me what we need in order to stay fit and mental stable. I will have your doggies tired at the end of the day!! The doggies and kitties have the entire house to their self. I have a big home with 4 floors. I also have a large yard that is fenced in and totally secure. No one gets in or out unless I decide to.

About: I am a hard worker willing to help take care of your dog's needs. I love animals especially dogs and want to take care of them the best I can. I have pet care experience and have family dogs. I love to take dogs for walks, hikes, and to entertain them. I had two large dogs growing up, and I walked them both comfortably. My dogs were both energetic, so I am used to excited dogs that love to play. I have done house sitting, multi-pet watching overnights, and dog walking. I love playing with dogs and giving them attention. As a social worker, I am dedicated to helping others in my area and saving money for grad school. I can also help around with tidying the house, brushing the dogs, and/or babysitting if you need. I’m currently a graduate student at University of Chicago. Tuesdays and Thursdays I’m working 9-5pm but other days I have three hour class blocks or am working part time. I’m happy to stay over and do walks in between class and lunch breaks at work. Anything near/around Hyde Park and Washington Park is accessible. My rates are sliding scale so please let me know what works for you and we can see what we can both do. I have experience with different walking strategies like harnesses, regular leashes, and going for runs! Growing up, my dogs were energetic when off leash, so I worked hard to make sure pets are kept in safe and supervised locations. I'm organized so feeding schedules, any medication needed, and keeping consistent exercise for them too is a priority for me!

About: I have had a dog my whole life! I’m great with animals because I’m patient, caring, and responsible. I enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m attentive to their needs and always make sure they have proper food, exercise, attention, and care. I’m currently working Mondays and Thursdays so I am available everyday except for that. Normally I have a very flexible schedule and am available at any time. I have been a nanny for the last three years so i’m comfortable with caring for pets in homes. I will pick up after animal on walks (if walks are needed). Make sure everything is locked behind me, and follow any other instructions you may have.

About: I love all types of dogs. I’ve cared for dogs for years by watching family members’ pets/house sitting and helping care for my own family’s dogs.
