About: Hi Rover! My name is Alex. I have been a pet owner since I could walk; dogs, cats, fish, birds, gerbils, even rats! I absolutely love animals and I am sure I can give your pet the love they require while you are away. I am the fur mommy of Sāj (pronounced Sage), and my angel fur baby Stasi 🕊️💕. Sāj loves other dogs almost more than she loves me. We have fur friends of all ages, shapes and sizes. So big or small, she can adapt and be a fun friend to play/cuddle with. I do work a full time job, however, I have flexibility in my day for walks, playtime, feeding, etc. I can provide plenty of daily updates and pictures. For new clients, I offer a doggie report card and Polaroid photo to ensure your pet was taken care of with the same love you give. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask. I have a hybrid schedule of work from home and office time, with flexibility to ensure your pet, like mine, are not left alone for extended periods of time throughout the day. I have a home with huge fenced yard to roam and play. I live within walking distance to regular parks and don’t mind taking a trip to the dog parks for socializing and exercise.

About: Hello - I’m Rick! I've lived with dogs all my life, and had a cat when I was a teenager. My girlfriend, Cristina, and I are passionate about pets and animal advocacy — we have fostered eight dogs a various ages and breeds through a local animal shelter. We've provided lots of care and training to help them prepare for their forever home and are familiar with administering medications to pets as needed. We live in a house with a fenced backyard and we are two blocks from a state park where we spend lots of time walking and enjoying nature with our pets. We’re excited to meet you and your pet(s) and provide the individualized care, comfort, and peace of mind every pet parent seeks!! For the safety of our pets and those we are caring for dogs we host, we highly prefer for the dogs to be crate trained but we can discuss if they are not. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! My girlfriend works from home during the day and I work night shift so someone is usually always home. Our schedules are flexible and we are usually able to accommodate special requests - don't hesitate to reach out! Our house has a fenced backyard and our guests are free to roam upstairs or we section off our living room area if they prefer to have their own space and couches to lounge on. We can offer crates for small to medium size dogs if your pet is more comfortable sleeping in a crate. We’re happy to accommodate special requests to ensure the comfort of your pet! For new clients, our meet and greets typically last about 15 minutes, and we can have your dog(s) explore the backyard or go on a group walk together. We are privately insured through Pet Care Insurance (PCI), in addition to the Rover Guarantee, so your pups are well covered!

Your pet will be staying in my home, so they will have the whole house to themselves. I take extra long walks to the park and the beach often. You will never find anyone more invested in your best friend. Every hour of every day is dedicated to caring for your best friend. I am very active. I go to the gym 5 days a week. Working with dogs and cats gives me what we need in order to stay fit and mental stable. I will have your doggies tired at the end of the day!! I have experience walking, feeding, monitoring, and caring for dogs (large-small, puppy-senior), reptiles, small animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, ferret etc.), I have my own pets including, two terrier mixed dogs, an American bull toad, and a free roam rabbit. I have cared for my family's dog as well. I am available during the weekdays, Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons. My weekends vary based on my availability but I can be flexible and discuss more in consultation. I have my own vehicle so I am able to check in and care for your pet, and help them at a moments notice in case of emergency's, I have a large fenced in yard at home that allows for plenty of space for your fur baby to explore, walk and play for a few hours.
