My eyes are 100% on your dog during walks—no headphones or phone scrolling—so I can spot loose dogs or triggers ahead of time. I am completely comfortable giving medications on your exact schedule, whether it's pills, liquids, or topical treatments. I treat your space with total respect, meaning I'll always wipe muddy paws, wash out food bowls, and leave your house exactly how I found it, keeping you updated with honest notes and photos along the way.

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life, and as such I think I have a unique set of skills and experiences that make me more than qualified to watch over your animals! I have had horses, goats, alpacas, bunnies, cats, and dogs in backyard my whole life, and I have experience housing sitting all types of dogs, cats, and even the occasional bird. Caring for animals has been apart of my life since before I could even walk and because of this I feel confident in my ability to maneuver any situation involving animals and make sure they stay happy and healthy while in my care. I am a student at WWU and have a pretty busy schedule during the week but weekends are always free, and I could open something up during the week if needed, as long as it’s in the afternoon. I have experience with anti social and reactive dogs as well as super friendly and cuddly dogs, and I understand that each dog has their quirks and needs to be taken care of in a specific way. About: Not only have I had my own dog for 15 years, I’ve also been a pet sitter for at least 6 years for many different families. I love all animals, and will treat your pet like it’s my own. I’m flexible with schedules, different pet care needs, and I’m an avid communicator. I’m a current WWU student, so my schedule varies by the quarter. I usually only have a couple hours of classes or work a day and then have availability the rest of the day. My own home is available for short term pet sitting, but always has a lot of people coming and going. I’m perfectly comfortable with house sitting in other peoples homes and adapting to whatever environment your pet is used to.

About: I have owned and taken care of pets since I was a little kid, ranging from mini Australian shepherds to retrievers, labs and German shepherds. This means I have experience training young puppies and taking care of senior dogs. I also have experience with taking dogs on runs (since I love to run), which helps with high-energy dogs. I love dogs and am more than happy to help other people with pet care since I know finding the right person for the job can be difficult. :) I’m a teacher so this summer I’m earning some extra cash by nannying and dogsitting. I’m available 4-5 days a week including the weekends (and have no problem helping in the early mornings and late nights), so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m very willing to fit multiple in-house visits and dog walking/running into my routine. I care for pets in my clients’ homes so I am skilled in giving all pets the attention they need both inside and outside the home, including playing with them, taking them on walks and runs, or just sitting down and keeping them company depending on the age and needs they require. I’ve been around both cats and dogs and really enjoy getting to know each of their different personalities. About: I’ve spent my entire life growing up around many types of animals and was always taught to treat each one like family 🩵 I started caring for others pets around 12 years old and have taken care of many species and breeds of animals, owned multiple exotic animals of my own (frogs currently🐸), co-ran a pet sitting business for multiple years where I was watching up to 13+ animals at some points, and am comfortable with every breed-from the never ending energy of a border collie to taking it easy with a senior dog or sitting with them for an hour just to earn a little trust for anxious pups. I am a young, responsible and professional adult, I love the outdoors and taking dogs out into it, I am someone who thrives in an organized environment and am patient and more than willing to work with animals that need to build trust. My top priority is always the safety and happiness of the pets I take care of, always ensuring they are getting the mental stimulation they need as well as knowing their behavior and being able to accordingly keep them in situations they are comfortable and happy in. I work part time as a baker, I have the most availability saturday-Monday, but am available most weekday evenings. I love getting out into nature and am very willing to work with you to fit dog walks, sits or whatever else you may need with my schedule! I live in a house in a quiet neighborhood with a small yard, it’s directly across from whatcom falls park and I have lots of access to great trails and the river. I always carry everything I might need in any emergency situation with an animal I’m taking care of, I am very aware of my surroundings and am very good at catching animals behaviors before any situation has escalated and am able to prevent them, from both my animals and strangers. I have spent lots of time training and many hours learning about animals and the physical warnings they show in discomfort, I have always been able to safely remove or prevent my own pets as well as clients from a stressful situation. I have no trouble standing up for my animal if a stranger isn’t taking proper care of theirs and will always put myself between them and harms way.

I work from home and make my own schedule, so your pet wouldn't be left alone. I walk, run, or hike everyday. Your pampered pup would gets lots of exercise and attention! As well as a new fur friend in my dog Lily. I will make sure your pet is getting the care that it needs with food, water, cuddles, medicine, and exercise. “This was our first experience with Rover and I could not be more pleased with how great Morgan was with Champ! She met him a few days before the scheduled drop-ins and he immediately started licking her and asking for pets before she even finished coming inside (Champ is normally super shy and barks a lot). Morgan was very communicative and sent several pictures and updates during each drop-in. I hate leaving Champ (I’ve only boarded him three times in his 8 years of life and am always paranoid if he’s not right by me lol) so I was nervous about how it would be for someone else to come into my house to watch him but it was the best decision. Champ hates fireworks so Morgan moved his bedding into the bathroom where he was hiding and she sat in there with him until he calmed down. If I boarded Champ he would’ve been in a kennel near a bunch of other dogs freaking out about the fireworks but Champ got to be in his own home where he feels safe. She went above and beyond any expectations I had. I laid out some pee pads and sure enough, Champ understandably had a couple of accidents because he wouldn’t go outside during the fireworks and Morgan cleaned up without any complaints. I would be thrilled to have Morgan take care of Champ again next time I go out of town!”
