About: I have experience with all kinds of dogs, from puppies to senior dogs. I cant remember a time we didn't have at least one dog in our house growing up. I've worked at a local dog wash in the past, and am well-versed in a variety of energy types. Currently, my availability is fairly open; for walks I can be available up until 6pm. I am also open to discussing what works best for you and your schedule as well! I currently don't have any pets in my home, but you can expect that your pups will be responsibly cared for and given lots of love.

About: My pet care experience began when I joined a humane society volunteer program where I worked for 6 years and became a shift lead. Later, I worked at a doggy daycare and overnight pet hotel. There I worked with specific dog’s needs and care as well as managed a group of up to 60 free-roaming dogs (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds) I have worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for most of my life, and I have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have also worked with horses for most of my life and in the summers I care for horses on a large farm. They are pretty much a bunch of big, funny, puppies. I am formally trained in: -Dog first aide and CPR -Dog, cat, and small animal body language and care -Dog Bathing -Basic obedience training I am currently a recent WWU graduate working a part-time job. Being in my gap year after school, most of my time is flexible and social. I’m looking to fill some of my free time working with cute pets! While I do have a good foundation in general pet care, pet safety, and dog behavior, I prioritize the individual needs of the dog. I may have experience with many pets but no one knows your dog better than you. Care, to me, is about open communication and making sure your pup is happy!

I am a full-time student at Western Washington University, and I’ve been looking for a way to be more active and also a job that can work around my schedule. She set up a helpful routine with our asthmatic cat who needs daily medication that made it a less stressful experience, and went above and beyond providing play, cuddles, and keeping us well-informed with a detailed description and many great photos at every check-in. Our cats are our babies so we don't like leaving them, but we felt we could breathe easily leaving them in Flannery's capable hands. Will definitely hire again for future pet-sitting needs!”
