“Camille took such amazing care of our two cats while we were out of town for a long weekend. We were so thankful she was able to care for them so last minute too! Our cats are former ferals and it takes them a bit to warm up to new people. I could tell by the pictures she shared that they warmed up to her quickly and enjoyed her company. Camille will definitely be our go-to cat sitter!”

“Rene did a great job taking care of my two cats while I was out of town for the weekend! I felt they were in good hands and received updates and pictures from the visit. Thank you Rene!”

“Azure was a wonderful sitter and my cat, Poppy, loves her. We are so happy to have found a person who is so loving and in touch with animals. I’m pretty sure Poppy is already looking forward to my next trip so she can get more special time with Azure.”

“It’s been great having Maddy come by to give my two girls a pee-break, treats and some attention in the middle of my workday. She send great pictures and rundowns of her visit. I will definitely be booking her again :)”

“Madelyne went above and beyond taking care of my cat. She exceeded my expectations, as well as sent me daily text messages, videos, and pictures of my precious Julia. 10 out of 10 stars for sure. I highly recommend her if you want your pet more than well taken care of. ❤️❤️I’ll definitely use her again.”

“Gabrielle says she will "treat your pet like family." She certainly does! She gave our little dog plenty of attention and care, including just hanging out with her during the visits. We highly recommend Gabrielle as a pet sitter, and she also took care of some other chores and made sure our Gekko had water, etc.”

“Sophia was very attentive to the needs of my anxious and senior pups. She is great with communication, in time visits and sharing updates with photos. I highly recommend Sophia. Your pets will be in great hands!”

About: I have owned and taken care of pets since I was a little kid, ranging from mini Australian shepherds to retrievers, labs and German shepherds. This means I have experience training young puppies and taking care of senior dogs. I also have experience with taking dogs on runs (since I love to run), which helps with high-energy dogs. I love dogs and am more than happy to help other people with pet care since I know finding the right person for the job can be difficult. :) I’m a teacher so this summer I’m earning some extra cash by nannying and dogsitting. I’m available 4-5 days a week including the weekends (and have no problem helping in the early mornings and late nights), so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m very willing to fit multiple in-house visits and dog walking/running into my routine. I care for pets in my clients’ homes so I am skilled in giving all pets the attention they need both inside and outside the home, including playing with them, taking them on walks and runs, or just sitting down and keeping them company depending on the age and needs they require. I take pride in fulfilling all pets’ routines and owners’ expectations.
“Emily is a wonderful pet sitter! I’m so relieved to know I have someone to watch my cat when I’m out of town, and my standards are very high! Great communication, followed my directions to a T, and kept things tidy even though I didn’t ask. She got some great pictures of my normally shy kitty, too. I recommend Emily for cat sitting.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8, and I’ve walked a lot of my neighbors dogs for money. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats overnight, and I’ve helped train my neighbors dogs. I work part time and have a workout schedule so I take them out early in the morning, late in the morning, afternoon, evening, and before bed. Longer walks are always in the morning and at night and shorter ones are more frequent during the day. I provide a safe and loving environment for every pet in my care. I have a friendly dog who enjoys meeting new friends, and pets are always supervised and treated like family. While I don’t have a yard, I make sure dogs get plenty of walks, exercise and attention. For house sitting and drop in visits, I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, medications, and lots of affection. I live with my grandma in a calm, pet friendly home and am committed to keeping your pets happy, comfortable, and safe while you’re away.
“Aiden did an excellent job of taking care of our cat Wayne! Wayne warmed right up to Aiden and came out for pets and to play each visit. We will definitely be booking him for petsitting again.”

About: I am a nurse in real life with lots of downtime and ready to also take care of your furry loved one. I have plenty of experience dog sitting all types of dogs in my home and love to do so to keep me company as well. I am a nurse with lots of free time for your beloved pet. I have a week off every other week and I’m available every Saturday. I’m also available all mornings and afternoons. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with almost everyone owning an animal. My apartment is one the 1st floor so no stairs or elevators required and I do have a large fenced patio. There is a large on-leash dog area across from my apartment with tons of walking trails as well. My apartment is very spacious and I allow pets in my furniture/bed. I’m around to ensure the safety of your pet whether in my home or yours. When it comes to dog walking, I always check surroundings and pick the safest routes away from busy streets/areas.
“Anna was terrific. I had just moved to a new town, where I didn't know anybody, a few days before when I had to leave suddenly for a family emergency. I needed to be gone for at least a week. My cats hadn't even had time to adjust after the move. Anna accepted a last minute request, and remained flexible as plans changed in the unsettled situation I faced. Her updates were thorough, and a break from the stressful situation I faced. My cats grew to love her, and I returned to three very happy and well adjusted cats.”

About: Growing up on a large property in central Washington, my family enjoyed many pets. From a young age, I've cared for cats and dogs. Though my Sundays were full of many chores-- including emptying litter boxes, walking the dogs, and scooping though the yard--I was happy to do them. I graduated from WWU this spring, and am only working part-time during the summer and school year. So, I will have plenty of time to care for and pamper your pets. I don't have any pets in my current home, but come equipped with friendly roommates and space in my neighborhood to explore with your pet when needed.
“Jada was amazing with our animals and our home. She was flexible, communicative, and helped us out of a bind. We appreciate everything she did for us and we'll definitely book her again!”

“Jewel did a fantastic job sitting for my cat over the holidays. She was prompt in responding to my messages and diligent in following my instructions, and I felt comfortable leaving my cat in her hands. If I need another sitting in the future, I'll definitely come to Jewel again!”

About: My pet care experience began when I joined a humane society volunteer program where I worked for 6 years and became a shift lead. Later, I worked at a doggy daycare and overnight pet hotel. There I worked with specific dog’s needs and care as well as managed a group of up to 60 free-roaming dogs (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds) I have worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for most of my life, and I have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have also worked with horses for most of my life and in the summers I care for horses on a large farm. They are pretty much a bunch of big, funny, puppies. I am formally trained in: -Dog first aide and CPR -Dog, cat, and small animal body language and care -Dog Bathing -Basic obedience training I am currently a recent WWU graduate working a part-time job. Being in my gap year after school, most of my time is flexible and social. I’m looking to fill some of my free time working with cute pets! While I do have a good foundation in general pet care, pet safety, and dog behavior, I prioritize the individual needs of the dog. I may have experience with many pets but no one knows your dog better than you. Care, to me, is about open communication and making sure your pup is happy!

I am organized, respectful, and responsible. I can cater my walks to your pets needs, whether that be a slow or fast pace, or length of walk.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Alabama Hill
This was my first time using Rover (or any pet sitter at all) and I am very happy with my experience. Meghan took wonderful care of my little old dog. It is a huge relief to be away and know my pets are cared for. Would use again, and would 100% recommend Meghan to anyone who needs sitter.

Harmony has watched my cat 3 times now! She is attentive and sweet to him, and is so kind over messaging even when I give her walls of text instructions! My cat requires medication and a very specific kind of feeding routine/ litter box care, and Harmony does it all no problem <3 I trust her with my little guy!
