I was really nervous because one of our dogs is very anxious with new people and clingy but Anna made sure they were loved on well. I got an update every morning and multiple through out the day and she starting pointing out their quirks which means she did spend a lot of time with them. She stayed in our home and it looks just as good as when we left. I could not recommend her enough!”

He was also dealing with hives as a reaction to the surgery. Hannah managed all his meds perfectly throughout the day and kept me updated. She loved on him and even unloaded our dishwasher ?? thank you, and I hope to be able to hire Hannah again. I highly recommend her.”

“I’ve known Gracie for a few years now, we met through working at Hyline Hotel for dogs. I’ve watched her grow so much as she cares for the individual needs for each dog and person around her. She is a very reliable, hard worker, and she is amazing with all the dogs we worked with! “Lynn is a 5-star sitter. Couldn’t be happier with her service. Highly Recommend. Unfortunately, Rover is a 1-star service right now. Be aware their fee structure has dramatically changed over the past months. We paid $22/night for house/cat sitting with Lynn in Feb ‘23 (8 nights/9 days bill was $178.50 and most of that went to the sitter). We just went on a 3 night trip 5/30-6/2 and were billed over $775 for the same service - only difference being we added a second cat. In fairness, we weren’t sure what time we’d be back on the 2nd so we added an additional day and made it 4 nights in the system to be fair to Lynn but that’s still almost $200/night before tip with over half seemingly going straight to Rover. When we looked at the bill details they charged us almost $100 “extended care” (we had already covered by adding the extra day); and we were charged over $300 for Rover “service fees” and (we believe unjust) “cancellation” penalties (we modified our trip dates over a week before we left). Not sure what’s going on with Rover these days but hope they’ll turn things around for the sake of their amazing employees.”

“Joyce is fantastic! Very thoughtful & professional. She was so good & patient with our 15 year old lab who needs assistance with slow walks & meds. We hired Joyce before and will continue to choose her when she’s available. We can relax & feel 100% confident our home and yellow lab are well taken care of while we are out of town. Her dog Ilah is very friendly & well behaved and Stella enjoyed having a playmate around. Highly recommend Joyce for a walk or stay.”

“Jayde did a fabulous job house-sitting Vaquita (and a big property of plants, during a very hot week in July). I really appreciated that Jayde crossed two borders to came to Point Roberts for a week to stay with my crazy pup, and coordinated with her partner so that she could be here solo (without her pup) with my reactive girl. Jayde did a wonderful job of updates while I was gone, arrived promptly the morning we needed to leave, did a great job of being self-sufficient while here in terms of fridge/food etc, and everything was just as I'd left it upon return, with all the living things happy and healthy. Jayde also very kindly took time to do a full virtual walk through session on the Sunday before I left to become oriented to the plants and the house so that we weren't in a rush on the morning when she arrived to take the reins. I really appreciated her work and professionalism: you can book Jayde as a house-sitter with confidence. Thanks so much Jayde!”

About: I’ve always had a dog and cat growing up as well as rats, gerbils, mice, geckos, fish, hamsters, and sugar gliders. My best friends parents were veterinarians and I would volunteer at there clinic. I also did a bit of volunteering at the humane society. Currently working full time Monday-Friday from 6am-4pm. I am available to from 4am-6am and after 4pm during the week as well as all day on most weekends. I am currently living alone in an apartment with a small outdoor area to walk your fur baby. I have to ability to accommodate most requests.
