20. Lauren H.

“Honestly, we were very uneasy about leaving our babies with someone that we didn't previously know. When we met Lauren, we instantly felt at ease and our animals instantly loved her. She went out of her way to come over and spend some quality time to get to know us and our animals. She, very responsibly, took the initiative to reach out to us about our second meet and greet when we were running a little behind on planning it. Lauren was so sweet and loving in caring for our Chihuahua during an unexpected thunderstorm. She was very concerned for her and the other animals, wanting to know how she could help them through it. She kept us updated and sent us cute pictures of our babies every day. Overall, Lauren was very responsible and made it a very positive experience for us and our animals. We want to plan another trip so we can hire her again!”
