“Im incredibly happy to have found Sara and her lil dog Lilly thru this site. She made me feel very comfortable leaving my 9 month old puppy Maia. I completely recommend her for anyone looking for a sitter. Sara was very attentive to her needs an giving cuddles as she missed her family. As well as sent me pictures from yard shanigans to a fun walk with both our doggies. I cant thank her enough and will definitely be chosing for the future!”

“Leslie is awesome to work with. We started with a meet and greet and then Toast stayed with her for daycare. She was very communicative, and was wonderful with Toast. Sometimes he can get really excited and stressed with too much time with other dogs, but when I picked him up he was relaxed and happy. We'll totally book with her again.”

“Tami was wonderful! She was open to watching our Trudy for a one-time event while we were enjoyed a full day of non-doggy play while on vacation. Trudy had a BLAST! She came home exhausted. Apparently, she had a grand time in Tami's backyard with her Spaniel. She came back spoiled, but not rotten. Tami is an asset. I wish she lived near me. I would not hesitate to have her watch our Trudy for a short or extended period of time.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Alex as Rune’s dog sitter. Rune had a great time playing with her dogs, and she has a lovely space that’s perfect for hosting. Alex was extremely responsive, communicative, and took great photos throughout. Overall, I felt very reassured and happy having Rune stay with her.”

“Holly and her family took such great care of our dog, Dottie. I couldn't be happier with the process - from the first message to the meet & greet to the doggy day care date. Communication was clear and easy, and I felt that safety and care were well prioritized. Having that reassurance that your dog is in good hands is honestly priceless. The fact she had a great time with Archie is the cherry on top. Dottie is already passed out sleeping (on the couch - sorry!) from all the fun she had. Will definitely book again. Also thank you for all the photos during the visit! They were very comforting for this anxious dog mom.”

“Alexis is great with our pup and easy to work with. Our dog Sprocket always comes home socialized, happy and tired and we have peace of mind that he is in good hands.”

“Morgan was simply the best! We couldn’t have asked for a more caring, communicative and flexible first Rover sitter. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable having Henry stay with her and her adorable dog Baby. She sent frequent pictures of their activities and ensured Henry got exercise, rest, healthy snacks and attention. We were only visiting Bellingham but wish she lived in our town - we would have her hang with Henry all the time! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Morgan!”

“My dog had a wonderful time with Addison! He was friendly and communicative during pickup, drop off, and during care. When I picked up I could tell Puck had a wonderful time and Addison shared fun stories about his day. I'm planning to use him as a regular sitter for my pup!”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I trained two labrador puppies for my family and took care of my sick senior supermutt for months until he passed. Volunteering at dog rescue lounges every week has incresed my skills of understanding dog behavior, controlling reactive pups, giving medication, bathing, walking, and overall canine knowledge. I am an online college student so all hours of my week are centered around pet care needs! I have all the time in the world to look after animals. I live in a fenced in apartment with plenty of grassy space for pups to explore. There are no pets in my home, so your animal will be the sole attention for my care.

“Karrin is great, super great communication on the app and in person. She sent pictures, although I didn’t get them because I didn’t have WiFi on the whale watching excursion most of the time, until later but she sent me a lot of them for the short amount of time they were with her. She took great care of them. They are looking forward to going back to see her and her puppy tomorrow and spending the night with them!!!”

“Annie was super responsive when we were searching for a dog sitter for the day and made herself available at the very last minute. Our dog seemed to have a great time and was exhausted and happy when we picked him up in the evening.”

About: I grew up on a small organic farm, where we raised everything from sheep and goats to rabbits and quail. We also had 5 cats and a dog, so caring for animals was a part of my everyday life from a young age. That experience has given me the confidence to care for pets with different personalities and needs. As I got older, my love for animals stayed with me. Whether your pet loves long walks, play time or wants someone to keep them company i’ll make sure they feel safe and well cared for. I recently graduated college at WWU and I am currently working part time, so I can easily fit around your schedule and have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I work Tuesday and Thursday and I am off in the afternoon. I live close to a few parks that are dog friendly and make a great walk. Inside, pets are free to roam throughout the house.
About: I’ve been a pet sitter for over 7 years. I am friendly, responsible and caring towards animals. I have references. I also communicate well and have a pretty flexible schedule. My schedule is usually pretty flexible on the weekends (sat-sun). On Weekdays I am available Mondays and Fridays. Two-Three days notice is appreciated, please & thanks. For safety- I make sure I have my phone on me at all times. I. communicate with owner if anything seems off. I ask questions to make sure I am aware of your pets routine and to ensure your pets environment is comfortable & trustworthy.
“Kendra was amazing! She is very kind and loving with pets. I received pictures of Princess throughout the day and Princess looked so happy! If you live in the Palm Springs area, or are visiting (like I was), and need someone to look after your fur babies, I would 100% recommend her. ❤️ Thank you, Kendra!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8, and I’ve walked a lot of my neighbors dogs for money. I’ve taken care of dogs and cats overnight, and I’ve helped train my neighbors dogs. I work part time and have a workout schedule so I take them out early in the morning, late in the morning, afternoon, evening, and before bed. Longer walks are always in the morning and at night and shorter ones are more frequent during the day. I provide a safe and loving environment for every pet in my care. I have a friendly dog who enjoys meeting new friends, and pets are always supervised and treated like family. While I don’t have a yard, I make sure dogs get plenty of walks, exercise and attention. For house sitting and drop in visits, I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, medications, and lots of affection. I live with my grandma in a calm, pet friendly home and am committed to keeping your pets happy, comfortable, and safe while you’re away.
“Jennifer was great! Very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. Coast had such a great time hanging out with other dogs and had plenty of room to run and play”

About: What sets me apart is the way I approach every dog as an individual. I understand that every pet has their own personality, comfort level, routine, and preferences, so I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to care. Whether your dog is playful and energetic, shy and reserved, or happiest relaxing with someone nearby, I take the time to earn their trust and provide care that helps them feel secure and understood. As a lifelong dog owner, I've learned that patience, consistency, and attentiveness make all the difference. I'm observant, dependable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, whether we're playing in the yard, going for a walk, practicing good manners, or simply relaxing together. My goal is to provide the same level of care, respect, and affection that I would want for my own dog, giving both pets and their owners peace of mind. Having raised and trained two dogs throughout my life, I'm comfortable caring for dogs at every stage of life. I understand that puppies require patience, structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement as they learn routines, build confidence, and burn off their energy. I'm happy to reinforce house-training, practice basic commands, maintain feeding schedules, and provide plenty of supervised play and enrichment. I'm equally experienced with senior dogs. My own dog, Peggy, is a sweet 14-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer–Retriever mix, so I'm familiar with the extra patience, gentleness, and attentiveness older dogs often need. Whether that means slower walks, administering routines as directed, monitoring mobility, or simply providing a calm, comfortable environment, I adapt my care to each dog's individual needs. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, supported, and loved while giving owners confidence that their companion is receiving thoughtful, reliable, and personalized care. Pet care is naturally built into my daily routine. I'm currently on summer break while preparing for student teaching, and I work remotely, which allows me to be home and available throughout the day. Each morning starts with feeding our dog and making sure the doggy door is open so they can comfortably go outside as needed. Throughout the day, I monitor, play with, and walk our dog based on their needs, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship. My weekly routine is much the same. Unless I have plans made in advance, I spend most of my time working from home and caring for our dog, with only occasional errands. My partner works during the day and is home around 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekends off, providing additional support. When student teaching begins, my weekday schedule will change somewhat, but I will continue to prioritize dependable, attentive care and ensure pets receive the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I provide attentive, patient, and compassionate care while taking the time to understand each dog's unique personality, routine, and needs. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or taking them on walks, I prioritize positive interactions, close supervision, and clear communication with owners so everyone feels comfortable and confident. My home is a one-bedroom house with a large, fully fenced yard that offers plenty of space for dogs to explore, play, and exercise safely. The yard can be divided into a smaller enclosed area or opened to provide access to the entire lot, allowing me to adjust the space based on each dog's energy level, comfort, and the day's circumstances. All perimeter gates are equipped with secure locking mechanisms to help prevent dogs from opening them, providing an extra layer of safety. If your dog is crate-trained or requires a crate for their routine, I have space to comfortably accommodate their crate and am happy to crate them as directed. I also share my home with my 14-year-old dog, who has a calm, gentle temperament and is friendly with other dogs. Their quiet nature helps create a relaxed environment for visiting pets. For walks, I use secure leash handling, stay aware of our surroundings, and tailor each walk to your dog's age, personality, and energy level. Whether your dog enjoys an active outing or a slower-paced stroll, they'll receive patient, reliable, and personalized care with their safety and well-being always coming first.
About: I have always had dogs! We live in the Silver Beach neighborhood and have recently lost our sweet little poodle and now that our children are grown and gone, I feel I can provide a safe, reliable, and fun space for dog parents who need a sitter. I am a homemaker who enjoys, hiking, and biking and being in the outdoors. I travel to see our son who is in college at UNC but for the most part am here in Bellingham and available for dog sitting. I have a fenced in yard in a safe neighborhood with lots of trails near my house for off leash or if it’s more important, leashed walks. Also, I love doggie cuddles.

Lenore was an outstanding pet caregiver. It is obvious that her top priority is that pets well-being, comfort and joy are met in her care. Lenore asks important questions to get an overall understanding of your pets needs and interests ahead of time, and then goes above and beyond to meet those expectations. We loved the pictures and videos! I highly recommend Lenore as a pet sitter!
Kallie is absolutely fantastic! Fynn loved her and all her fur babies too. She sent photos and updates and I didn’t worry the entire time Fynn was in her care. She understands dogs and the care it takes (especially for a rambunctious tiny pup). So grateful to have found someone who loves our baby and cares for him and his well being as much as we do! ❤️
