About: I have been surrounded by dogs and other animals my entire life! I love looking after others animals and understand how hard it is to find time to juggle life along with exercising/spending time with your dogs. I would love to help anyone out and spend some time with their dog and/or take them on walks! I’m also open to overnight house sitting jobs :) I just graduated from WWU and my schedule is currently very open! I am free in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, whatever works best for you! I am unable to accommodate pets in my home, but I have a car and am more than happy to come to you! I value the respect of others property and in the case of a house sitting job, I will always do my best to leave your home just as I found it.

About: I have grown up around animals my whole life, and as such I think I have a unique set of skills and experiences that make me more than qualified to watch over your animals! I have had horses, goats, alpacas, bunnies, cats, and dogs in backyard my whole life, and I have experience housing sitting all types of dogs, cats, and even the occasional bird. Caring for animals has been apart of my life since before I could even walk and because of this I feel confident in my ability to maneuver any situation involving animals and make sure they stay happy and healthy while in my care. I am a student at WWU and have a pretty busy schedule during the week but weekends are always free, and I could open something up during the week if needed, as long as it’s in the afternoon. I have experience with anti social and reactive dogs as well as super friendly and cuddly dogs, and I understand that each dog has their quirks and needs to be taken care of in a specific way. I can promise that I will always put consideration in my care for your animals based on their personality and comfort levels. I also understand completely how hard it can be to entrust someone else to take care of your animals, so expect lots of updates and photos from me to keep you in the loop of all their shenanigans!

“This was our first experience with Rover and I could not be more pleased with how great Morgan was with Champ! She met him a few days before the scheduled drop-ins and he immediately started licking her and asking for pets before she even finished coming inside (Champ is normally super shy and barks a lot). Morgan was very communicative and sent several pictures and updates during each drop-in. I hate leaving Champ (I’ve only boarded him three times in his 8 years of life and am always paranoid if he’s not right by me lol) so I was nervous about how it would be for someone else to come into my house to watch him but it was the best decision. Champ hates fireworks so Morgan moved his bedding into the bathroom where he was hiding and she sat in there with him until he calmed down. If I boarded Champ he would’ve been in a kennel near a bunch of other dogs freaking out about the fireworks but Champ got to be in his own home where he feels safe. She went above and beyond any expectations I had. I laid out some pee pads and sure enough, Champ understandably had a couple of accidents because he wouldn’t go outside during the fireworks and Morgan cleaned up without any complaints. I would be thrilled to have Morgan take care of Champ again next time I go out of town!”

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I grew up with 3 dogs and taking care of animals is a passion of mine. I have taken care of dogs that have cancer and other health issues so I am comfortable with giving medications and working with challenges that may arise with any dog! I live with a cat that I take care of daily and when I am back home, I am the fulltime caregiver for my 3 dogs. I know a dog's routine and what they need to happy and healthy, and I work around their schedule with anything I have going on. In your home I will respect it and treat it like my own. Any care instructions such as kenneling or a bedtime routine I will follow exactly as they are laid out for me.

About: I am an experienced dog mom and dog whisperer. I have cared for all kinds of dogs small and large, young and old and special needs as well. I’m currently available full time for daytime and overnight (in your home) pet care. I use local beaches, parks and hiking trails for walking and sniff enrichments as well as fenced dog parks if your pup is amiable to that environment! I have a dog to keep yours company and play together. I walk them 3-4 times a day for enrichment and potty breaks. My pup enjoys rolling in the grass and watching for rabbits and squirrels.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! My mom works at a vet clinic, so growing up we’ve always had a new animal around to take care of. I’ve been around both cats and dogs and really enjoy getting to know each of their different personalities. I love playing with them, going on walks, or just hanging out and giving them some attention. I’m comfortable around all kinds of animals and always enjoy getting to know them and making sure they feel happy and comfortable! I currently work part-time, mostly on weekends for a couple of hours, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. I’m happy to work around your schedule and make time for your pets! I’m very comfortable caring for animals and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’ll follow your instructions and their normal routine, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or just keeping them company. I’m also happy to send updates and pictures so you know how they’re doing while you’re away!

About: I’ve spent my entire life growing up around many types of animals and was always taught to treat each one like family 🩵 I started caring for others pets around 12 years old and have taken care of many species and breeds of animals, owned multiple exotic animals of my own (frogs currently🐸), co-ran a pet sitting business for multiple years where I was watching up to 13+ animals at some points, and am comfortable with every breed-from the never ending energy of a border collie to taking it easy with a senior dog or sitting with them for an hour just to earn a little trust for anxious pups. I am a young, responsible and professional adult, I love the outdoors and taking dogs out into it, I am someone who thrives in an organized environment and am patient and more than willing to work with animals that need to build trust. My top priority is always the safety and happiness of the pets I take care of, always ensuring they are getting the mental stimulation they need as well as knowing their behavior and being able to accordingly keep them in situations they are comfortable and happy in. I work part time as a baker, I have the most availability saturday-Monday, but am available most weekday evenings. I love getting out into nature and am very willing to work with you to fit dog walks, sits or whatever else you may need with my schedule! I live in a house in a quiet neighborhood with a small yard, it’s directly across from whatcom falls park and I have lots of access to great trails and the river. I always carry everything I might need in any emergency situation with an animal I’m taking care of, I am very aware of my surroundings and am very good at catching animals behaviors before any situation has escalated and am able to prevent them, from both my animals and strangers. I have spent lots of time training and many hours learning about animals and the physical warnings they show in discomfort, I have always been able to safely remove or prevent my own pets as well as clients from a stressful situation. I have no trouble standing up for my animal if a stranger isn’t taking proper care of theirs and will always put myself between them and harms way.

About: I have had pets my whole life! My person experience includes: nursing my yellow lab back to health after a car accident, caring for and raising 9 puppies, giving medication to pups when they reach their later years, and living with a loving my roommates cat! I enjoy walks and hikes as much as I enjoy staying in and cuddling with more chill animals! I currently work as an observer for fishing vessels, which gives me long periods of time in Bellingham where I am very available, and when I’m out at sea I pause my account. I am unfortunately not able to house dogs, but I can transport them to park, walking trails, and can promise the dogs will be well loved and cared for the entire time!
