“Monica and Jason did a wonderful job walking Abby. She looked forward to their time together. Monica took the extra time when she brought Abby back to dry her off from the wet grass. I will call on Monica again as the need arises.”

About: I’ve grown up caring for animals my whole life. Growing up in Alaska I gained a deep appreciation towards animals, and learned many safety and training tools for doggie friends and kitty friends living in rural settings. Taking care of two (or more) big puppies in my fenced urban yard is a breeze and I have experience in kennel training and basic obedience skills. All my animals pick up skills related to comfort and mental health, but that’s probably because I’m a social worker and animals feel that too. I have all the time in the world to care for pets on weekdays, weekends, days/nights etc! I’m accustomed to dog schedules and needs, and I have 2 roaming (very canine friendly) felines who I care for on a regular basis and one sweet peanut butter princess pup that is a good playmate for doggie friends! Whenever fur babies are in our home they get the upmost priority of care and attention. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to run the track!!! I also have two large sized kennels if your pupper needs those, but I certainly won’t require it. Our basement has cat doors so only the small four legged freeloaders get into those areas without humans. My kids LOVE dogs and have grown up with big and small dogs around them. They know dog safety and are very in tune to dog behaviors as well.

“Katherine was awesome! She sent lots of pictures and gives a thorough overview of the services she provided. She exceeded our expectations! Without a doubt, we’d hire Katherine to help & love our pets any day!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover and have taken care of dogs, cats, and horses. I have two cats and two dogs of my own. I pride myself on caring for other people's animals how I would want my own fur kiddos cared for and have been pet-sitting and helping with pets for neighbors and family friends since I was 10 years old. I am experience in caring for senior animals, as well as adjusting exercise regimens for injuries/old age and administering medications to animals for management of conditions such as arthritis. I work Monday-Friday 8-5 but I do have a very flexible schedule that allows me to leave as needed for potty breaks and check ins. I make sure to prioritize the safety of both the pet and the owner/home when caring for pets. When caring for pets, I also make it a priority to keep an eye out for any things that are suspicious or out of place at the home to make sure that no one is taking advantage of my clients not being home. I love to play fetch with animals, as well as walk them and just provide general love and attention as I do with my own pets at home. I strive to make the experience as least stressful for both the pet and their owner as possible.

“Savannah has been walking my boy on a weekly basis and has handled Roland wonderfully! She keeps me informed on each walk and lets me know how he did. Photos of him are always added, which makes me so happy to see throughout the day! We know Roland’s in good hands with Savannah :)”

About: Most of my pet care comes from caring for my own animals my whole life. My parents didn’t care for them the same as me, I would be sure to take them on walks, train them early, etc. Now, I do have a couple family friends that ask me to visit, feed, and care for their pets when they’re away for, occasionally, weeks at a time. I’m working part-time at a retail job. I work closing shifts but am available to do walks or drop-in visits in the mornings. I can do a house visit when I get off, that would be after 10 though. The days I am off, Wednesday and Thursday, I am available to dog/cat-sit for most or the whole day along with doing walks or drop-in visits. When I am in charge of your pet I will be sure to monitor their body language while out on walks to avoid any incidents such as heat exhaustion or an altercation with another animal. I will provide them with water and I am willing to practice some training techniques if requested.

About: I take a personalized and respectful approach to every pet I care for, always putting the owner's instructions and the animal's well-being first. I believe that pet parents know their companions best, and I prioritize listening, learning, and following through with thoughtful, attentive care. Whether it’s sticking to special diets, supporting pets with anxiety, keeping up with exercise routines, or just offering companionship and playtime, I tailor my care to each pet’s unique needs. I’ve cared for cats and dogs at every stage of life, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets needing gentle support. I currently have two beloved cats of my own, and I’ve raised dogs from puppyhood, including experience with basic obedience and agility training. I take pride in earning animals’ trust and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their humans are away. As of right now, my schedule is wide open for any time the day to care for/ walk your fur baby! If there is a time that proposes a time conflict, I am more than happy to review my schedule and adapt or make alternative suggestions! Since I’ll be caring for pets in clients’ homes, I believe it’s essential to start with clear communication. I’ll take time to understand your expectations, routines, and preferences, because you and your pets are the true experts. My goal is to follow your instructions with care and consistency so your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved in your absence. I’ll make sure I know where supplies are kept, understand any emergency protocols, and stay informed about any special needs your pet may have, from diet to medication to behavior support.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life from time they were puppy's to time they hit adult hood. I have taken cared of cattle, cats, dogs, and horses over the years growing up. I do own a horse and a dog right now that is well taken cared of. Been around all certain type of horses, cattle, and dog breeds enough to get along with most animals. Have taken an animal science course back in college at Lamar community college part time. I understand how well to care for different breeds and keep an handle on to control each different breed type as well as in feeding times and filling up water bowls or water traffs for horses and cattle. I have taken cares of animals rather personal or friends or family's pets or livestock over 10 years.
