“Seems like the boys liked her. She saw my spicket was running and asked me about it. She also swept her last visit so I came home to a cleaner house. Would use her again.”

“Elena was kind and thoughtful with her messages at check ins. Even noticed an ant situation happening and cleaned Ernie’s bowl and moved it to try to avoid it happening again. Really great job. Will book again”

“Haily does an amazing job with our older dog. She is prompt and reliable and has great communication. We love knowing that she takes care of our sweet girl every day and we don’t have to worry about her.”

“Both my cats were very happy to have Samantha sit and cuddle with them. They didn't seem to miss us as much since she spent time with them every day. She notified me right away when she saw a problem with one of the cats ears so I was able to get him to the Vet soon after returning.”

About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs ranging from the size of a Chihuahua to a Great Dane since I was 12 years old. I used to help my friends take care of their pets while their parents were away and took care of the pets within my family, I love them all as if they were my own. I am free most days and take care of my own pets daily, and sometimes my cousins' fur babies as well while they are away. I'm very attentive to your pets routine, schedule, daily activities, and if any special care instructions. They will always have my full attention, I'll make sure they feel comfortable and most of all safe while in my care. I can send daily updates with photos/videos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is well cared for while you're away.

I do this because I absolutely, and whole heartedly love animals, and love giving attention and love to them!❤️ I am the most extreme animal lover. Pet company is therapeutic for me and I truly enjoy being around them!🥰 I used to do this for free for years, for friends and family and word of mouth referrals. That is how much I enjoy doing this. I am very detail-oriented and the most responsible pet sitter out there. I will take detailed notes of care and instructions a d followingthem to the letter. I always go above and beyond. I grew up with dogs, horses and cats and I love them unconditionally. I have a medical background and can deal with any emergency situation easily. I am on the Autism Spectrum and am neurodivergent. About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 12, dogs, cats, hamsters, and even rats. However, I didn’t start taking care of the pets of others until I was 15. I have experience in cat sitting and dog sitting. I also have experience in senior dog care, including giving medication as I have my own two senior dogs (13 and 14). I am available all day Sunday-Wednesday for drop-ins and walks, Thursday-Saturday I am only available in the mornings until the evenings (I can't provide services on these 3 days after 4:30 PM, so please keep that in mind if booking). I have 3 dogs, Muffin (13), Jack (14) and Kitty (5). I try to get them out doing different things as much as I can. We go to different lakes, out of town, hiking, site seeing, etc. I don’t want them to have a boring life lol. My 2 older dogs are on medications, so I am capable of taking care of their health.
About: I live a routinely active lifestyle. I get along well with animals because I never give them a reason to not get along with me. I also provide services like shoveling snow, racking leaves, watering plants, and pulling weeds, and taking out the trash. If interested please reach out for further details. I am also looking to gain more experience training all kinds of lovable pets. I’m athletic, so I’d be able to give your dog some good exercise and I know some great spots for dog walks. You can count on my communication, consistency, and efficiency. (For extra cash) I also provide: pulling weeds, mowing lawn, taking out trash, watering plants, collecting mail, any thing that makes your life easier. My philosophy is to always consider the little things in completing tasks. Roll the dice on me😁 I have a flexible schedule! As long as we plan ahead of time I can adjust my schedule fairly easily. Otherwise I would decline the offer. I’m great at following directions and from my perspective pets tend to trust me right away. I ask plenty of questions to make sure the client and I are on the same page.
About: I am a passionate dog owner and animal lover. I have experience with fostering and rehabilitating dogs. I am very invested in animals receiving appropriate interaction and mental and physical stimulation daily. All animals big and small are welcome to my services. For sitting at my home, I have a fully fenced in back yard where dogs can stretch their legs at any time of day, safely enclosed on the property. I have very friendly dogs that can provide companionship and socialization for pets. I have experience with basic to intermediate dog training and am always happy to help an animal reach their potential!! At this time I do only freelance work, so my availability is open for any of your petsitting needs whether its a midday potty and play break, an overnight stay, or a full vacation. I have a fenced in back yard for frequent bathroom breaks. My dog is very well mannered and spend most of their time roaming the house/napping/playing, but is also crate trained for times when they need to be out of the way for their safety. I would host dogs in similar conditions, or come to them at their home in their usual conditions and routine
About: I have grown-up taking care of animals and have always had a dog to care for. Experience with dogs, cats, birds and fish. Love all animals. Able to come to your location to provide drop in services. Able to provide exercise and walks as well. Can walk multiple animals if needed.
About: I grew up around animals. I love both cats and dogs. I have a kitten at the moment who is energy-filled but very well behaved. I grew up with a dog named Bandit who I dog sit for now even though I do not live at home anymore. I also love puppies! I have been dog sitting for my moms puppy as well! I am pretty openly available at the moment for any of your needs! I can make any day and time work given enough time to prepare! I currently am home full time! I think pet care is different from person to person. I have my own system with my kitten, so I want to follow whatever system you have for your pets! It is best to keep them on the same schedule!

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Pueblo
We were extremely happy with the care our cats received. Tori was reliable, punctual, and communicated well throughout the entire eight days. Tori visited every day as scheduled, refreshed food and water, cleaned the litter boxes, and made sure our cats were comfortable and well cared for. We returned to a spotless home and two happy, healthy cats. We would gladly book her again and highly recommend Tori to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Pueblo. On Rover:

- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
