“Dixie did two stop in visits for our dogs while we were on a day trip and she took them on a long walk for the first trip without us even asking! She is very timely and we would book her again!”

“Khalid was amazing with my three pups. They were immediately drawn to him when they met. My pups very much enjoyed their time with Khalid. Gave me peace of mind knowing that they are under his care. Khalid is professional and provides excellent service. Thank you!”

“Devin is amazing. It’s the second time she’s taken care of my cat. She sends detailed updates and pictures that make it easier to be away. She goes out of her way to learn what my cat likes and how she likes to play. You couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter!”

“Makayla did amazing with our dog! She sent me a photo after each visit and kept me informed on how he was doing. She even went above and beyond and grabbed some packages off our porch and placed them inside for us. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be booking again! Thank you so much!”

About: Every dog I meet is my new best friend, and I truly mean that! Whether I’m out for a walk, at a gathering, or preparing to care for a pup, I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and needs. I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Growing up, I helped care for my family’s pets, including a beagle, two Great Danes, and several collies. I’ve also pet-sat for friends with golden retrievers, huskies, and more. Whether your dog needs playtime, a long walk, or just some extra belly rubs, I’ll make sure they feel happy and loved while you’re away! I am a freelance musician and teacher in the Colorado Springs area. My flexible hours allow me to focus on making sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I’m also available at all times of the day, though my schedule varies from week to week—feel free to reach out, and I’d be happy to work out a time that fits your needs! I understand how important routine is for pets, and I am dedicated to keeping them on a schedule that feels familiar and comfortable. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, or bedtime, I do my best to follow their usual routine as closely as possible. Maintaining consistency helps reduce stress and ensures your pet feels safe and cared for while you’re away.

About: 🐶 My Dog Care Experience Dogs bring so much energy and love into our lives, but they also rely heavily on structure, exercise, and clear communication to feel secure when their owners are away. Whether I am taking a high-energy pup for a brisk walk or keeping a gentle senior company, my dog care is rooted in safety, positive reinforcement, and a deep understanding of canine behavior. Here is what my dedicated dog care experience includes: 🦮 Safety-First Leash Handling & Outdoor Protocol A walk is the best part of a dog's day, but safety is always my number one priority. Confident Handling: Experienced in managing dogs of all sizes and strengths with secure, confident leash control. I am always hyper-aware of our surroundings, watching for loose dogs, traffic, and potential triggers. Positive Reinforcement: I use positive techniques to manage pulling, barking, or mid-walk distractions, ensuring the walk remains a structured and happy experience. Weather & Paw Safety: I always monitor outdoor conditions—checking pavement temperatures on hot days and protecting paws from extreme cold or salt. 🍼 Puppy Structure & Boundary Consistency Puppies are incredibly fun, but they are also a work in progress. I help you keep their training on track so they don't lose momentum while you're at work: Maintaining strict housebreaking and crate schedules to prevent accidents. Reinforcing your exact commands for good manners (sitting at doors, no jumping, curbing puppy nipping). Providing safe socialization and redirection to appropriate chew toys. 👵 Senior Care, Comfort & Mobility Support Aging dogs require an extra layer of tenderness, patience, and vigilance. I adapt my care to honor their changing needs: Gentle Pace: Altering walks to slow, sniffing-focused strolls that provide mental stimulation without overexerting arthritic joints. Health Monitoring: Carefully tracking changes in mobility, appetite, or bathroom habits, and ensuring strict adherence to daily medication schedules. Assisted Transfers: Helping senior pups safely navigate slick floors, stairs, or getting up from their beds when needed. 🧠 Burn Energy & Mental Stimulation A tired dog is a happy, well-behaved dog. For energetic breeds, I don't just walk—I engage them. I incorporate interactive play, fetch, and basic command practice to burn both physical and mental energy, preventing the separation boredom that leads to destructive chewing or barking at home. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule, allowing me to be highly flexible and reliable for your pet's needs. I dedicate my mid-days to routine dog walking and drop-in visits, ensuring your pets get consistent potty breaks, fresh water, and exercise while you are at work. My mornings, evenings, and weekends are fully open for dedicated sitting and check-ins, meaning I am always available to maintain your pet's exact daily structure and prevent separation anxiety. Safety is my absolute top priority when caring for animals in your home. I maintain a strict "safety-first" protocol by always double-checking yard gates, secure crate setups, and door locks before leaving. During outdoor walks, I am hyper-aware of our surroundings, keeping a confident, secure grip on the leash and steering clear of traffic or unfamiliar loose dogs. I treat your home with total respect and keep an observant eye on your pet's well-being, health, and comfort at all times.
“Riley was a very communicative and excellent sitter for my senior cat. She always sent pictures from her visits and did a wonderful job caring for my cat as well as keeping her engaged with brushing and play. I really appreciated her promptness with communication over the rover app. Would definitely recommend Riley’s care!”

“Jennie did such a thorough and caring job with our animals. We were gone for a week and she gave us the peace of mind knowing that our animals with special needs were being cared for properly. Absolutely amazed with her and we’ll be a reoccurring customer!”

I would host dogs in similar conditions, or come to them at their home in their usual conditions and routine

“My kitties love Edyn, they were happy to play and get attention from her. My female cat can be pretty finicky on who she let's pet her, and Edyn is allowed to, so a big win.”
