“Ms.Donna was incredible with my two (mostly toothless) elderly chihuahuas. I felt a bit nervous as my pups recently stayed for two weeks with another sitter (not from Rover), and both were exhibiting separation anxiety symptoms, and even one of them refused to eat for most of those two weeks. However, Ms. Donna’s loving, caring, attentive, and patient approach completely erased that negative experience from my pups’ memories. With Ms. Donna, my pups enjoyed cuddles, squirrel feeding, sunbathing, and lots of play in the backyard. About: What started off as a family pet to teach me about empathy and responsibility, turned into a life-long love for animals of all kinds. From a goldfish to a golden retriever, and every animal in between ❤️ I am currently a full time remote employee so I am home 7 days a week. My job offers flexible schedules which allows me the opportunity to go for walks, play at the park, or even toss the ball around in the yard. I live in a townhome and my HOA requires all pets be leashed when outside. However, we have a dog park that is about a half mile away so it is an easy walk there and back. There are also a few trails close by that are great for an afternoon walk. I have multiple dog beds throughout my home as well as a small crate, and animals are allowed on the furniture (including the bed). I also have a basket full of toys for enrichment and provide a variety of treats (owner permitted) throughout the day. I use a gravity water dispenser so fresh, clean water is available at all times. I free feed dry food, and provide wet food on a "breakfast", "lunch", and "dinner" schedule.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 6 years old. I used to take care of stray animals…gave them baths, took fleas off of them, provided food for them & somewhere to stay until the owner came for them or if I could I would keep them. I use to be a pet sitter for a family friend’s pets they had two dogs and one cat. The pets were on a schedule, so they would get fed, let out & treats at certain times and the dogs had a certain spot they had to be in for bed where there was a baby proof gate keeping them in, so around bed time I would guide them in their area and lock the baby proof gate behind me. Then it was an option to take the dogs on a walk, which I did take them as often as I could while sitting them I am currently open for availability at the moment! So I am pretty flexible right now to take care of your wonderful fur babies. I am in the process of looking for another job so book me while you can! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I am able to take them on walks if needed or wanted. I am able & comfortable to bathe your pets as well. Then I’m able to provide basic necessities for your pets such as feeding them and letting/taking them out for potty breaks. Just overall to make sure they feel safe, cared for & loved.

About: I have experience sitting for dogs from 180lbs to 8lbs. I also have experience caring for multiple dogs in a home or just one dog and am keenly aware of group dynamics. I pride myself on my understanding of dog behavior and body language, and I volunteer at my local rescue so I have been exposed to many different personality types and behaviors. I am comfortable walking rowdy, energetic dogs to dogs with great manners on the lead and dogs of any size (I own a horse, a large puller is no problem!). About: I was a kennel tech for almost a year at a boarding facility in Dickinson, Texas. I am comfortable with all ages size and breeds. I took a vet assistant class as well I know how to administer pills, eye drops and more medication. I’m trained in cpr in case of emergency. I would mostly prefer to stay with your fur babies in their own environment to stay with routine as much as possible, or other arrangements can be discussed. Working with dogs is my only job. I have training and socialization appointments with dogs/clients I already have scheduled weekly visits with. These appointments last from 1-3 hours Wednesday-Saturday. During this time I can schedule time for your fur babies, or if I am dog sitting for you, can stop in between appointments for potty breaks, their lunch feedings, and playtimes. If discuss together, they can also join in with socialization appointments to dog parks or walks. While I won't provide boarding in my own home, that doesn't mean I won't bring your fur babies over for a playdate with mine if consented to with you. I have 2 well behaved large dogs, a fully trained service husky and a service dog in training german shepherd/husky mix. Both are very friendly and absolute sweethearts with new dogs. We work and train with them daily, take many trips to the dog park down the road, and they eat homemade topper fit for kings with all their meals. When I am staying with your fur babies in your home, I send daily updates with pictures about how your babies are doing, follow all instructions to a T, and do my best to leave your lovely home exactly the way I found it. About: I have appreciated all animals since childhood. I own a puppy named Kira. We enjoy hiking, playing with her toys and, of course, taking walks. I have had her since she was six weeks old. About three years ago, we chose to add a sibling. Her name is Mouse! She is a Siamese cat we adopted at six weeks old. They have been inseparable since she arrived. Training has occurred off and on for years. I conduct leash work both on and off the lead. Basic puppy training includes potty training, sit, and lay down commands. I also practice staying or enough, and the go ahead cues. I work with them to avoid pulling on a leash and to slow their intake of food or water. I would like to learn more about training for deaf or blind animals. I actually just moved back to Colorado after six years so I’m trying to slowly get on my feet. I’m usually free most days. My schedule is usually potty and breakfast never in the same order depending on the day! Loves dog parks, hikes, water, and long car rides with the windows down. Cuddles are the best; it might turn into a nap😁. Love to end our day with a good walk to get the last of the energy out for the day! Love to end the night with a good dinner and some tv time. Oh and don’t forget the cuddles and warm blankets 🥰 I want to make sure they have water and food. A cool place to be and a way out to do there business. I would treat them the way I would want my fur baby to be taken care of if I’m away from home. Not great with words but great with proving my worth as a worker!
