About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since i started volunteering at the animal hospital in freeport il. I started doing that when i was ten years old. I have attended just under two years of schooling towards being a zoologist in the past as well. I started fostering with my grandma when i was 14, and I have successfully adopted out 12 pit bulls that would have been put to sleep :) I have pet sit since i was old enough to babysit kids, my grandparents on my dads side were missionaries and would always have me take care of their three cats Lucy,linus, and peanut. About: From a very young age I have had all sorts of animals in my home, ranging from the tiniest creature being a hamster, to the largest being horses. I used to take care of stray animals…gave them baths, took fleas off of them, provided food for them & somewhere to stay until the owner came for them or if I could I would keep them. The pets were on a schedule, so they would get fed, let out & treats at certain times and the dogs had a certain spot they had to be in for bed where there was a baby proof gate keeping them in, so around bed time I would guide them in their area and lock the baby proof gate behind me. Then it was an option to take the dogs on a walk, which I did take them as often as I could while sitting them I am currently open for availability at the moment! So I am pretty flexible right now to take care of your wonderful fur babies. I am in the process of looking for another job so book me while you can! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I am able to take them on walks if needed or wanted. I am able & comfortable to bathe your pets as well. The only times I may not be is if something comes up personally or to spend time and of course take care of my own furbabies! About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, from young puppies to senior dogs with special needs. Dogs receive frequent potty breaks and walks, typically every hour while we are home, and daily trips to the dog park if approved by the owner and appropriate for the dog.
