“Clarissa exceeded every expectation we had about the level of care our dogs would receive. This is the first time we had a sitter for them since moving to Charlotte over a year ago. All of our interaction with Clarissa was very positive, from the first appointment to meet "our girls" to a trial run at her suggestion, to the actual care dates. We were confident that she would take their care very seriously. She won over our very shy older dog who in record time, evidenced by lots of photos. This was one of our most pressing concerns and it happened quite quickly. Clarissa is making a career of training dogs so her attention to their behavior with her and with each other was impressive: our newest rescue is a little on the wild side and Clarissa's observations about her were spot on. She told us that she could work on some of the dog's more, shall we say, rambunctious behaviors. We could tell after coming home that the dog was listening more readily to commands. We came home to a clean house, with the bed sheets in the laundry room, the dishes in the dishwasher, an empty kitchen sink and clean counters. Heather was absolutely awesome! She had very clear and considerate communication the entire time and took the best care of our dogs. She truly cares about your pets having a wonderful experience and makes sure you have nothing to worry about. She did a video chat and visit before her stay to make sure we were a good fit and let the dogs get to know her, which I really appreciated. She made sure she had all the information necessary to care for our doggies exactly how we wanted. She sent darling photos letting us know daily how they were enjoying their time playing lots of fetch. She also left our home in excellent condition and even handled our trash, mail, packages and emptying our dishwasher. She has our highest recommendation and will be our dog sitter as long as we live in Charlotte!
Shelbie was absolutely fantastic. Pacer is a lot of work and needs help walking around and Shelbie was very kind patient and gentle with him. He also takes lots of medications and she was great with that as well. This was our first time with Shelbie but it won’t be our last!
John is the most amazing pet sitter! While we traveled in Europe, he stayed for 10 days at our home and took excellent care of our dog. Daily communication and pictures provided me with such comfort that I didn't worry at all! His service was above and beyond, taking great care of our home and fur baby. He even went so far as to clean the house and put fresh sheets on the bed...a much appreciated gesture for a weary traveler! I would highly recommend John and Diane!
Brittany did great job giving us updates and pictures of our dog. The house was left how it was when we left. And she even cleaned up the dog poop on the lawn :) We really appreciate it and will be Deff be using Brittany again in the future 100 % recommend. Thanks Brittany!
Tera stayed with our little baby for over a week. During the time we were away, Tera kept me informed as to how our angel was doing and sent multiple photos that cheered me! Tera also was very aware of the deer in the yard and our return flight. She was more than willing to come back that morning if there was a complication which eased my anxiety. Upon our return we found the house clean and our precious girl completely well cared for! Thank you Tera!!!
