When visiting a client’s home, I stick to the pet’s usual routine as much as possible, so they feel calm, comfortable and loved even when their parents are not around🫂 Also I’d love to know about your pet’s habits, likes and dislikes, feeding schedule, any dietary needs or meds, and how they like to play. If it’s a dog, I’d also love to know how they do with other dogs and people on walks, whether they prefer active or laid-back outings, and if they have a favorite route or love exploring new spots🥰

I’d love to get to know your pet better! I typically suggest scheduling a “meet and greet” before confirming a booking. During the meet and greet, I can take notes about your pet’s routine, or if you prefer, you can provide a list of important information ahead of time. Whatever works best for you!

For dog walking, we head out for a 30-minute walk tailored to your dog’s energy: whether they love to explore every corner or prefer a steady stroll. For drop-in visits, I arrive, give them lots of attention, handle feeding or potty breaks as needed, and make sure they feel loved and not lonely. If your dog enjoys mental stimulation - scent games, puzzle toys, or any activities they love - just let me know and we’ll make the most of our time together. You’ll get a photo update after every visit 📸

My love for animals started when I was a kid, my mom still laughs about how I wanted to bring home every dog and cat we passed on the street 😅 When I was 13, my family got our first dog - a Labrador named Chelsea, who was my best friend for 12 years. That’s where I learned the real stuff: reading a dog’s energy, handling leash interactions with other dogs, sticking to feeding schedules and planning walks that actually fit the dog’s needs🥹 I now have my own miniature dachshund, so I know firsthand what it means to trust someone with your pet. I treat every dog like my own, with patience, attention and a whole lot of love 🐾 What you can expect from me: • I stick to your pet’s routine so they feel calm and safe, even when you’re away • I’m flexible with timing for walks, potty breaks, and feeding • I always send photo updates so you know your fur baby is doing great • I suggest a meet & greet before the first booking

First time using Rover and Karyna was wonderful. She kept me updated on how the dogs were doing. She sent photos and the communication was great. She did an excellent job looking after both the dogs and the house. I will definitely use her again.

Our experience with Karyna was wonderful! We booked her for housesitting/dogsitting for our two dogs (one of which is a younger, higher energy dog). Karyna was so attentive to them with their daily routines including walks and playtime. She was very communicative pre-booking for the meet & greet as well as throughout her stay in our home. We received pictures and videos each day and it was clear our dogs were in great hands! She was very respectful to our home as well as it was neat and tidy when we arrived back. We highly recommend Karyna!
Karyna takes great care of our pup. We always feel he is in the best care. She sends updates and photos. He really likes when she sits for him.
