My name is Miles. I am a High School Art Teacher! I did Rover throughout college and want to continue sitting while I teach. I have years of experience looking after both dogs and cats. I’ve taken care of my own animals as well as pets of neighbors/clients/etc. I can care for pets of any age. I have experience caring for my own senior and disabled dog and my family currently has an energetic Jack Russell Terrier. I am an active person and can go on long walks with your dog! Or if your dog is a homebody I would enjoy spending time with them indoors.

Miles stayed at our house for 10 days while we were traveling and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We have a pity/lab mix that can be nervous around men but Miles has a calm temperament and our dog took to him immediately. He was great with our cat and fish too and he even watered all my plants. He provided daily updates and photos and gave my fur babies plenty of love and attention .He also cleaned up and left our home in wonderful shape. Highly recommend!!

We cannot say enough good things about Miles. He stayed with our two doodles, Archie and Amelie, during a big snowstorm and was incredible from start to finish. When our flight was cancelled, he stayed an extra night and immediately put us at ease. He kept the dogs safe, comfortable, and very loved, and he sent consistent updates and photos throughout the stay. Miles is dependable, calm, and clearly great with dogs. We feel so lucky we found him and will absolutely be booking him again!
Miles is very kind and loving with my dog, Louie and Louie is very comfortable with him. He’s personable, responsible and always on time. I couldn’t have a better person walking my dog. I’m very grateful to have found him.

Schedule
As a teacher I work from 6:45am-2:45pm every day of the week. My weekends are usually open! I am happy to watch pets during the week, if your home isn’t too far from my work. I work in the Steele Creek area and live in Ballantyne! Also your pets would have to be alright being left alone while I am working. If this works for you that’s awesome! If not, I’m probably best suited for weekend or holiday jobs.
