Caring for a reactive dog requires so much patience, understanding, and attention to detail, and Lauren handled everything flawlessly. From our very first interaction, Lauren took all of my instructions seriously and made sure she understood my dog’s specific triggers, needs, and comfort levels. She was incredibly calm, patient, and attentive, and she created an environment where my dog felt safe and comfortable throughout his stay. What meant the most to me was seeing how much my dog came to trust Lauren. By the end of her stay, he was cuddling up with her — something that is a huge deal for a reactive dog and really speaks to the patience, care, and trust Lauren built with him. Lauren also provided regular, reassuring updates and photos, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that my dog was not only being well cared for, but genuinely loved and understood. It is rare to find someone who is so knowledgeable, compassionate, and confident with reactive pets. Alina was absolutely amazing with Cali! Cali has degenerative myelopathy and requires a little extra care and attention, and Alina went above and beyond to make sure all of her needs were met. She was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and patient with Cali, and I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. Alina also did an amazing job communicating with me throughout her stay. She consistently sent updates and kept me informed about how Cali was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Cali and treated her like her own. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and I’m already looking forward to having Alina come back! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and attentive to their pet’s individual needs. Cali definitely gives her two paws up! 🐾❤️
Walker was amazing with all our chaotic animals. She provided tons of picture updates and left them all super happy and well cared for, and left the house even cleaner than when she had gotten here. I absolutely plan to book with her again. Would not hesitate to recommend!
Alisa and Alex are amazing! They took such good care of my Doberman! Sent pictures and videos of them loving on her just like she was their own pet. They also followed instructions perfectly and left my apartment tidy and clean! 10 out of 10 pet sitters, will absolutely use and recommend them!!!
Miles stayed at our house for 10 days while we were traveling and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We have a pity/lab mix that can be nervous around men but Miles has a calm temperament and our dog took to him immediately. He was great with our cat and fish too and he even watered all my plants. He provided daily updates and photos and gave my fur babies plenty of love and attention .He also cleaned up and left our home in wonderful shape. Highly recommend!!
Sophia was absolutely incredible! From the moment we left, we knew Jenny and Sparkie were in the best hands. She took such wonderful care of both our dogs and our home, providing regular updates, pictures, and plenty of walks, playtime, and love. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing they were so well cared for, allowing us to truly enjoy our time away without worry. When we returned home, the house was spotless, and Jenny and Sparkie were happy, relaxed, and clearly adored. It's obvious that Sophia genuinely loves animals and treats them as if they were her own. We couldn't recommend Sophia more highly and will absolutely be asking her to stay with Jenny and Sparkie again. I feel I have discovered a hidden gem! Nia is wonderful. We did a meet and greet before Jaxon’s stay and my dog felt at home the moment he walked in the door. Nia and her husband are kind and friendly. I was hesitant at first not knowing how Jaxon would do with her dog, but Kevin must have been a generous host too - even let Jaxon borrow his bed 😉. Communication was great and I received many pics of Jaxon enjoying himself. Will definitely use again!
We had a wonderful experience with Ariana! She took great care of both our dogs and made sure she did everything she could to make them happy and comfortable while we were away. Ariana had great communication throughout our trip! We also came home to a clean, well-kept house which gave us peace of mind. We absolutely would recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future!
Christine was so kind and my dogs took to her immediately. She took detailed notes during our meet & greet and was communicative throughout the entire process. One of my dogs was prepping for surgery & she was able to administer medicine with ease. I came home to happy dogs and I will definitely use her again!
Heather was absolutely awesome! She had very clear and considerate communication the entire time and took the best care of our dogs. She truly cares about your pets having a wonderful experience and makes sure you have nothing to worry about. She did a video chat and visit before her stay to make sure we were a good fit and let the dogs get to know her, which I really appreciated. She made sure she had all the information necessary to care for our doggies exactly how we wanted. She sent darling photos letting us know daily how they were enjoying their time playing lots of fetch. She also left our home in excellent condition and even handled our trash, mail, packages and emptying our dishwasher. She has our highest recommendation and will be our dog sitter as long as we live in Charlotte!
