“Katherine and her husband were amazing sitters! I boarded my Little Dude with them and she was extremely communicative and sent me pictures. It was helpful knowing that my Little Dude was being loved on while I’m away.”

“Christal was quick to respond and very communicative while my pup was with her family! Lots of love and cuddles were given and my pup came home tired and happy! I hope we can board with Christal again!”

“Lauren was truly exceptional! I was pretty nervous about leaving my 13-year-old dog with someone new while we were out of town, but she immediately put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond in every way and completely exceeded our expectations. Lauren provided frequent, thoughtful updates that reassured us our dog was happy and comfortable. It was clear she made a genuine effort to create a calm, loving, home-like environment for Leila, which meant so much to us. You can tell Lauren genuinely cares about the dogs she watches, and her attention to detail and compassion really stand out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and kind sitter. We’re so grateful for her and will absolutely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Our beagle was very happy with Yevheniia and her family. She sent us a picture of our dog letting us know she was doing good. All the process went smooth and she would quickly reply texts. I would recommend her services.”

“Shalyn and her family were wonderful with our 3 year old dog Mary. She is a rescue and it was our first time boarding her so we were nervous. It was also the first time Mary spent an extended period of time with another dog. Their dog Scout was great with Mary. I received several pictures of Mary being loved on and playing well with Scout. Shalyn has a great fenced in yard. I definitely recommend her & will book with her again.”

“Molly and her family were awesome! I received so many pics and daily updates. Riley had several walks a day and tons of playtime. I was able to enjoy my vacation because I knew my sweet girl was in the best hands. I’m a crazy dog mom but would not hesitate to leave my girl with Holly again. Great experience!”

“Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay with Clay and all his clan. We received daily texts with photos of our pups. There is even a pool if you dog wants to go for a dip. We will use them again for our next vacation. Thanks”

“Anne and her husband were most accommodating during our recent in home boarding. Their house is perfectly set up to cater to their canine guests! The huge fenced in back yard was perfect and they provided lots of updates. Exactly what we were looking for with our older dog and we look forward to booking with them in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Kris was amazing. So communicative. Sent beautiful pictures. Chewie had the best time. Her dog Chloe and Chewie got along so well. He looked right at home. Would rebook in a second.”

About: I grew up with dogs in my home since I was a child. I moved to Charlotte in 1999 and got my Jack Russell Terrier Norman and he was so loved he lived until 18 1/2! I thought I’d give it some time before I got another dog but we ended up getting Coco two weeks later and Enzo several months later. The humans in my household are me, my husband, Chris and my two teenage sons, Greyson (17) and Cayden (16). We all love dogs! I’ll be the only caregiver of your pet but just wanted to include who else is in our home. Thank you! I’m a stay at home mom so I’m home to give your dog the care he or she needs. My two dogs are very friendly and love to play! I worked for a veterinarian in college so I’ve been around many types of dogs and cats. At my house dogs are family. They are allowed on our furniture and sleep in our bed. We have a huge fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence.

“Christine and her family were an incredibly lucky find on here when our usual sitters were booked. Christine was professional and communicated well from start to finish, and her and her family kept my dog busy and so spoiled. I didn’t have to worry about him for a second while we were away and came home to a very happy and well taken care of pup. We highly recommend and will be happy to rebook in the future!”

“Our pup is dealing with some medical issues and Daniel was more than willing to help so we could enjoy some time away, and we appreciate that more than we can say! We know our dog is safe and well cared for with Uncle Dan!”

I have been responsible for animal care my entire life. In addition to caring for my own pets, I have farm-sitting experience looking after donkeys, goats, horses, and chickens (but I’m not limited to these animals). I started by pet-sitting for family, expanded to family friends, and am now looking to grow my business further. I am currently a college student with an open schedule for the summer. I am ready to look after your beloved pets while you enjoy your summer vacations! I am fully comfortable with overnight care. When staying at your home, I promise to leave the space spotless, water your plants and collect your mail. I am comfortable providing in-depth pet care, including administering medications. I will happily send frequent photos and updates to give you complete peace of mind while you are away!
“Dominique is hands down the best cat sitter we've ever had! She went above and beyond in caring for our cat, Bb, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Not only did she make sure Bb was well-fed and comfortable, but she also took the time to give him attention, play with him, and keep us updated with photos and messages. She genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Bb was happy, relaxed, and well cared for when we returned, which says everything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Dominique to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy pet sitter. She definitely Bb’s safety person when we are out of town and we will definitely rebook her next time.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for years and have experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. What sets me apart from other sitters is my ability to adapt to each dog’s unique needs, for example, helping energetic dogs burn off energy through long walks/playing in the backyard and attentive care for senior dogs who might need a little more assistance! I’m comfortable administering oral medications, working with puppies on basic manners, and walking dogs that pull on leash. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while in my care! As a college student home for the summer, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to spend with your pets! Since I am currently not working another job, I am available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, playtime, and feeding. I can accommodate most schedules, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and last-minute bookings whenever possible. My goal is to provide reliable care and make sure your pet gets the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve while you’re away! Your pet’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I do have a secure, fenced-in yard where dogs can safely play and exercise. I also have dogs of my own of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, which has given me a lot of experience caring for many different personalities and needs. I carefully introduce dogs when appropriate, monitor all interactions, and can separate pets if needed to make sure everyone is comfortable and safe. I follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any special requests to make sure your pet feels happy and safe while in my care!
“I had the best experience with Joanna as my dog sitter! She was so accommodating last minute, incredibly dependable, and truly went above and beyond. She was loving, affectionate, and patient with my 12-week-old rescue puppy who isn’t fully potty trained yet. Her dog, Sunny, was the sweetest companion and the perfect playmate for my pup. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend Joanna to anyone needing a caring, trustworthy sitter!”

I also understand how important it is for owners to feel at ease while away, which is why I provide regular photo and video updates to offer peace of mind and keep you connected to your pet. As a benefit of working remotely, I have a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to thoughtfully plan my day around pet care needs. This flexibility allows me to prioritize dog walks, drop-in visits, and other bookings throughout the day. Whether it’s a mid-morning walk, an afternoon check-in, or a last-minute request, I’m often available and can adjust my schedule to ensure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets—whether I’m visiting your home for a drop-in, taking your dog on a walk, or welcoming them into mine. About: I have always had a love for all dogs and want to pat every one I see! We had our own beautiful pup previously. We allow pets to go where they feel comfortable whether it be the sofa, upstairs or to sleep in a bedroom. I will follow whatever feeding schedule you prefer and your preferences on where you would prefer they sleep. We have a fully fenced, large backyard for them to run, play and explore.

“I can't give enough praise to Diana for taking care of our two dogs, a German Shepherd and German Shorthaired Pointer. If you don't know, two pretty active dog breeds. Diana truly cares about your pets. She first asked if we would come for a meet and greet, which I think is a must for anyone considering leaving your pets with someone, even for a short period of time. Our meet and greet went great and Diana asked important questions about the care of our pets. Throughout the day, Diana kept us apprised and sent numerous photographs of our pets to give us assurance they were doing just fine. It really set us at ease and allowed us to enjoy our day at Disney World. While at Disney World, we knew we were not going to make it back at the designated pickup time. I informed Diana of this and she was so accommodating and was not upset at all. She wanted us to enjoy our time at Disney and didn't want us rushing back, so she kept our two dogs overnight; she was a lifesaver. If you ever need a passionate, caring, and understanding pet sitter, look no further than Diana. I am so glad I found her and will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you so much Diana.”

“Gabe was amazing with my dog Hank. Hank is a high energy dog and he came home happy and tired after spending the day with Gabe. Great communication and prompt responses, highly recommended!”

“Charlie had a wonder stay with Holly! Thanks so much for taking such good care of him…he came home a happy boy! Appreciate all the pics and updates you sent and thanks for the special paw prints you gave us as welll!”

“From our first meeting, Richa has been nothing but thoughtful and kind. It wasn't an easy decision to leave Maggie in the care of someone I didn't know, but Richa quickly made me feel at ease. Her communication and picture updates let me know that my pup is being well taken care of. Maggie and I are extremely thankful we found her! Cannot recommend enough!”

I am ready to look after your beloved pets while you enjoy your summer vacations! I am fully comfortable with overnight care. When staying at your home, I promise to leave the space spotless, water your plants and collect your mail. I am comfortable providing in-depth pet care, including administering medications. Your animal's health and safety are always my top priorities. I never put my phone on silent while on duty. I will happily send frequent photos and updates to give you complete peace of mind while you are away! My part-time schedule at Chick-fil-A gives me a lot of flexibility to care for your pets. I have every Sunday completely off, alongside 3-4 other full days open during the week. Because I am a natural morning person, I love waking up early and am highly dependable for early-morning feedings, walks, and potty breaks. I am excited to structure my weekly routine around your pet's specific needs! My top priorities are safety, consistency, and maintaining their comfort zone. I strictly follow your specific feeding, medication, and exercise schedules to keep your pet's routine like you never left! I also focus heavily on home security by double-checking locked doors and keeping the space perfectly clean. To give you peace of mind, I am more than willing to send regular photo and text updates after every visit so you always know your pet is safe and happy!

About: I have eight years of professional pet-sitting experience and a lifetime of loving animals! My passion started early—my first word was actually "Bam," the name of my first dog. I launched my sitting business eight years ago by caring for a senior Basset Hound named Baxter. Senior care taught me the tough lessons right away (like cleaning up lots of pee!), so you can rest assured that very little phases me when it comes to keeping your pets clean and comfortable. I’m currently home from University, and waiting to hear back from a few retail jobs I applied for. I’ve got a lot of free time on my hands, so, as of right now, I can petsit or walk your dog at almost any time of day! While I can’t keep pets in my parents home, I’m entirely willing to take your furbaby out for lots of play time, and leave every place like it should be… Even if the mess wasn’t mine.
About: My love for animals started when I was a kid, my mom still laughs about how I wanted to bring home every dog and cat we passed on the street 😅 When I was 13, my family got our first dog - a Labrador named Chelsea, who was my best friend for 12 years. That’s where I learned the real stuff: reading a dog’s energy, handling leash interactions with other dogs, sticking to feeding schedules and planning walks that actually fit the dog’s needs🥹 I now have my own miniature dachshund, so I know firsthand what it means to trust someone with your pet. I treat every dog like my own, with patience, attention and a whole lot of love 🐾 What you can expect from me: • I stick to your pet’s routine so they feel calm and safe, even when you’re away • I’m flexible with timing for walks, potty breaks, and feeding • I always send photo updates so you know your fur baby is doing great • I suggest a meet & greet before the first booking I work mostly from home, which means I have flexible availability throughout the day. I can easily adjust to your pet’s schedule, whether it’s a morning walk, a midday check-in or an afternoon potty break. When visiting a client’s home, I stick to the pet’s usual routine as much as possible, so they feel calm, comfortable and loved even when their parents are not around🫂 Also I’d love to know about your pet’s habits, likes and dislikes, feeding schedule, any dietary needs or meds, and how they like to play. If it’s a dog, I’d also love to know how they do with other dogs and people on walks, whether they prefer active or laid-back outings, and if they have a favorite route or love exploring new spots🥰
“Cam was extremely punctual and took great care of our dogs! He is kind and polite and you can tell he loves and cares for your pet. I cannot recommend him enough! Our experience was above and beyond. Our girls mean so much to us so we appreciate him so much.”

“This was my first time using Rover and I’m so happy! Alice left a detailed description of the dogs walk and included the sweetest pictures as well. She’s been great to work with our crazy schedule. I’ll feel better knowing our dogs are in good hands while we are away. We are lucky to have found her!”

About: I have been caring for pets for the last decade, beginning with my own pets and extending to the senior dogs of close family friends. I’ve cared for pets in all stages of life and understand the unique needs that come with each stage. What distinguishes me as a sitter is my genuine love for animals and the attentive, personalized care I provide. I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in my care. I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities, and I always take time to ensure they feel safe, respected, and at ease.

“Our 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed their stay with Clay and all his clan. We received daily texts with photos of our pups. There is even a pool if you dog wants to go for a dip. We will use them again for our next vacation. Thanks”

“Kris was amazing. So communicative. Sent beautiful pictures. Chewie had the best time. Her dog Chloe and Chewie got along so well. He looked right at home. Would rebook in a second.”

“An amazing experience. My dog was cared for and had such a good time. Received lots of pics and videos of my pooch on his doggy vacation and he was clean and happy when we came to pick him up. Thank you so much!!”

“Aw Nova LOVED Liliana and her family! Nova was happy and at peace when I picked her up and that says a lot! I received pictures and updates which put a dog mana at ease 🩷 I know Nova got plenty of outside time and love. Even my doggy bowls came back cleaned! Thank you to you all! I’m sure Nova will see you again! Blessings friends! We loved you!”

“Albina and her family were wonderful with our two dogs. She was able to accommodate us fairly last minute and sent so many updates and photos which was really appreciated! Would highly recommend”

About: I am simply the biggest dog lover there is, there is something about them that makes me a better person. I have to say hi, pet and kiss every single dog I see anywhere. I've had dogs for more than 30 years and always cared for them as my babies. Taking care of someone else's dog gives me the chance to have another furry baby to spoil even if is just for a few days. I can appreciate that all of them have different personalities and needs and I do my best to treat them in such a way that they don't miss their family so much. I know they might be sad so I just do my best to make them feel at home. I work from home, I am very flexible to go visit your puppy early in the morning, lunch time and dinner time. If they are staying with me, they can have multiple outdoor activities. I big have a fenced yard and two super friendly Goldendoodles (boy 6 and girl 9) who are waiting to play and cuddle with your puppy.
“Ann and her family is amazing! I am thankful we found them and they were available during the holiday weekend. They went above and beyond for my big boy Chuck making him a part of their family. My favorite highlight was the 4th of July pup treats she made for the three dogs. Ann sent updates and lovely pics which put me at ease during my vacation. They were very accommodating and took great care of Chuck. 10/10 I recommend! Chuck will definitely be going back to their family.”

“This was our first experience with Rover. Our dog just turned one and we had boarded her at a commercial facility and a home atmosphere appealed to us as an alternative so we tried it out. Alyssa and Spencer are fantastic. We met with them beforehand just to ease our concerns and the weekend went so well that we rebooked for two more trips this summer. We highly recommend them!”

“Tina is an excellent sitter! I’m a super extra dog mom and I pack every possible thing my dogs could need. Tina listened to every one of my instructions and sent tons of pictures to ease my mind. One of my pups recently injured his back so I was pretty worried about him staying with someone else that’s not me. He did so great and had no issues. They both got back super tired and slept the rest of the day. I’m so happy I found the best sitter and will use her again plus recommend her to everyone!”

“Mara came highly recommended from a trusted friend and we weren’t disappointed! She took great care of our dog, kept us updated with how things were going, and he was good and tired from all the playtime he got. We will definitely use her again!!”

“Wow…Sabina took excellent care of my dog and provided a safe, clean, and loving environment. Communication was great throughout the stay, with regular updates and photos that gave me peace of mind. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious they genuinely love animals and treat them like family. I will definitely use Sabina again and I highly recommend her to other pet owners.”

“Judith took amazing care of our Lava! We have now trusted Judith with our pup twice (once for a week when we were on vacation). If you are looking for a place that your pup can enjoy plenty of fenced in outdoor space with shade, other friendly dogs to play with, and caring caretakers—look no further!”

“Joanna welcomed Daisy our English Cream golden retriever into her home. This was Daisy’s first time away from her family and we were very nervous to leave her. Joanna helped Daisy feel very comfortable which included her in play time with the family and her dog Sonny slept downstairs with Daisy. Joanna sent us pictures and messages multiple times during the day throughout her 5 day stay to let us know how Daisy was doing . She worked with Daisy in keeping her routine the same as home. I would 100 percent recommend Joanna to take care of your dog!”

“Haley, took such good care of Eddie! Even let him eat where he was comfortable. Lol spoiling and lots of cuddles is an understatement. For our first time it was seamless and I wouldn't hesitate to have her watch him again.”
