“I cannot express enough how amazing Dana was with my dog Pongo! To start, I reached out very last minute in need of her help and she responded super quickly and professionally. She asked about the care he needed and even asked for an emergency contact in case something happened since I was at work. Then she of course arrives in time (which is always appreciated) only to find my lock wasn’t working properly so she could get in. Where others would likely have tried calling once before giving up and leaving, she was persistent and waited until she could get in contact with me so she could get into the house to take care of Pongo. Last but not least was her care for Pongo. She went above and beyond showing up, walking him, and leaving. She took excellent care of him playing, walking, and refreshing is water. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
