About: Hi! My name is Isabel and I truly love animals. I have several years of experience caring for pets for friends and family and I treat every dog like part of my own family. I provide a safe, calm and loving environment where your pet will feel comfortable and cared for. I enjoy walking, playing and giving dogs the attention they deserve. I always send photos and updates so you can feel relaxed while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, happiness and comfort are always my priority. During the week I am available in the mornings and early afternoons (8 AM – 4:30 PM). I attend classes from 5:30 PM to 8:15 PM, but I am available again in the evenings after that if needed. On weekends I have more flexibility and can work mornings or afternoons. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. When I stay in a pet owner’s home, I follow their routines and instructions carefully to keep their pets relaxed and happy. I treat every pet with patience, love, and respect, just like they were my own.
About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life which has allowed me to care for puppies to senior dogs on a daily basis with ease. I’m currently a full-time student in mostly online courses, which leaves plenty of time to play, walk, watch, and snuggle all of your pets with enthusiasm. I will treat your pets as if they were my own and provide plenty of love and care with lots of play time and potty breaks whether that be in a fenced yard or out on a walk.
“Stacey did a great job. My dog is very extra and she handled her well. My pup had a accident when she picked her up and she notified me right away and cleaned up the mess as much as she could. Thanks Stacey!!!”

“Anna did a great job with my senior girls, one of which struggles with eating due to kidney failure. Anna made sure she tried all options to get her to eat as much as possible.”

“Shayla has been absolutely amazing with my dog! I’ve had to make a few last-minute requests, and she has always been so accommodating and comes through for me every time. She’s reliable, caring, and very communicative, which I really appreciate. I love that she keeps me updated and sends pictures during the walks—it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my dog is being well taken care of. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust and feel completely comfortable leaving my fur baby with. I highly recommend her.”

About: I'm a devoted pet lover and proud companion to two joyful dogs, 1 cat, I understand how deeply our animals shape our lives. I don’t just watch pets. I welcome them into a space filled with warmth, routine, and affection. I treat each animal with the same love and attention I give my own, making sure they feel safe, seen, and truly at home. At home, pets join my two friendly dogs in a calm, loving space with lots of play and snuggles. In your home, I follow your pet’s routine closely and care for them like they’re my own—gentle, present, and always kind. 🐾 At my place, pets hang out with my two sweet dogs in a cozy, calm space full of love. At your place, I stick to their routine and give them the same gentle care I’d want for mine.
“Sherri did a great job taking care of Pico once again. She was also willing/able to work with us to extend our trip, when our original vacay plans fell through, so the trip wasn’t a loss.”

About: 3 things you should know about me 🐾 1. I’ll follow your instructions to a T — and I’ll over-communicate! I know how important it is to have peace of mind while you’re away, so you can expect plenty of updates, pictures, and check-ins about your pet. 📸 2. Your pet will get LOTS of love and attention. ❤️ I’ll make sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable in their own home while you’re away. Whether that means playtime, cuddles, walks, or just keeping them company, I’m there for them! 3. Your booking also helps me spoil my own baby, Peanut! 🐶 Peanut needs toys and treats too, after all. 😂 So please let me be your pet’s new favorite aunt — I’ll treat them like one of my own! 🐾💕 I am currently taking online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule for drop-in visits. I can plan visits around feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and giving pets attention while their owners are away. Since I do online school, I am organized with my time and can communicate clearly about availability and visit updates. I will care for pets in their own home where they feel most comfortable. I will follow the owner’s instructions for feeding, water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and house rules. I will make sure doors, gates, crates, and feeding areas are secure before I leave. I also have my own dog, so I understand how important it is to treat every pet with patience, care, and respect.
“We absolutely loved having Reina and Leroy take care of our furbabies while we were gone. It was our first time using this service and they went above and beyond. We plan to use them for our next trip and all future trips.”

About: I have had pets for as long as I can remember. Primarily we had dogs growing up but we also had cats, lizards, rabbits etc. currently I have 2 pups, 3 cats, a snake and 2 emu’s! Now I am no expert but I am quite experienced in handling animals and fortunately for me, my girlfriend is a former veterinary technician and currently teaches vet med at the southern Brandon technical college, so I’ll always have an expert on standby if anything were to ever occur. I also have several contacts at livewell animal hospital as well as beacon emergency pet hospital. As a veteran and former law enforcement officer I can also assure you I am great at handling tense or stressful situations and even better at handling unexpected emergencies I work full time as an overnight field supervisor for allied universal security services. At the moment I work Sunday through Thursday from 8PM to 4AM. I am available on these days between 1PM and 6PM. On Friday and Saturday I am available all day I pride myself on following client instructions to the letter. Everyone has their habits and routines that they’re comfortable with and I think it’s important for pets to be able to maintain that comfortable routine when their owner is away

“We cannot say enough about how awesome Amanda is! She is so sweet!! She came twice a day to walk my mom's papillon for a good halfhour each time and little Courtney just loves Amanda! As I live out of town, finding Amanda to walk my mom's pupper was an absolute godsend!! As I'm the one with the River app, I had great peace of mind getting the daily updates that she was picking up and returning little Courtney and the daily pics were nice to get too! We will definitely rebook with Amanda anytime we need her because of the great care she took of Courtney.”

We are delighted with and so grateful to Stacey! It was our first time using this service, and we were a bit nervous, but she exceeded all expectations. Stacey is a true professional! She was punctual, patient (our dog can be grumpy), affectionate, and—above all—respectful; she followed all instructions, sent us plenty of photos, and put our minds at ease. We are certain that Stacey will be our go-to person whenever we need someone to look after our Sansa, so don't hesitate to choose her for your own fur babies. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
