Even checked in about how to soothe Koko during a thunderstorm. His communication and genuine care meant so much to me. Olivia was incredibly communicative and took such good care of our dogs. Our dogs looked like they were having a blast at her place. Francesca is the BEST! We left our 9 month old Golden Retriever with her for 10 days while we were out of the country. She sent us daily updates and gave us complete peace of mind.
