Brian was fantastic from the initial booking request to the moment I picked up my dog. He was responsive and happy to answer my questions. He also accommodated my request to pick up my dog at a different time than initially selected. My dog was well-taken care of and enjoyed her stay. Connie is the sweetest!! We were so nervous leaving Echo for the first time and honestly thought we’d never travel again because we didn’t know who we could trust. Connie completely changed that. She and her family treated Echo like he was their own, kept us updated, and gave us so much peace of mind.
